Titan no longer roamed the lands that he had once called home, but as a user of the Force, he could sense a lot of happenings here. He could sense the grief within his children, the darkness encasing the clan. After what seemed of days of pure concentration, meditation, and time to himself, he had finally figured it out: she was dead. She was dead at BloodClan's paws.

The exiled Second Mate wore a cloak, most of his features shadowed. He had donned it ever since he had graduated from his training; it was a symbol of who he now was. A knight of the Force. Concealed was his lightsaber, ready to ignite and deal great destruction like he had weeks ago. He had killed Newt, Crocodilepaw, and Arcanepaw. He had hurt Rosewater and even Himiko, but of course the latter was an accident. There was no going back now. What he was doing here, however, wasn't what you would think.

Titan stepped directly onto the border, not making a sound. The scent of the Exiles was vaguely clinging to him, but he hardly hung around there anymore. He was a rogue, focusing on his own training. Perhaps the older members would recognize him, but he didn't give a damn. He needed to do this.

  • Swift as a River — Velvet Konstantinov — RiverClan Apprentice — she/her
Ever since the brutal massacre and now her mother being missing, things were just becoming more and more dark for Velvet. Her once happy family was no in shambles. There was no way of traveling back to the once peaceful time, those sweet happy times they all once shared. It was over.
Deep within, she felt a power that brew up inside her after her father left. She became more sensitive to everything around her. And she had that feeling...he was going to return. Velvet had raced out from her family's den, allowing her sensitive instincts take over, leading her down the path. At last, she came to a strong halt seeing the dark cloak figure standing right at the border of RiverClan.
It was him. Even though it has been weeks, she has grown slightly bigger and looked almost similar to her mother, Himiko. She was hesitant at first, but made the first few steps to Titan, a weak smile forming on her maw. "Hi, Dad," she spoke almost too weakly, feelings wavering down inside. It had been too long for her, just too long.

  • a growl escaped his maw.

the timber wolf padded up to the snow leopard, and though he was hesitant to even approach the one who slaughtered many of his clanmates, even himself - he had to do it for his clan. he couldn't look like a bad leader by just hiding from his enemies, right?

"you aren't welcome here." he said, a calm yet, with underlying nervosity. every step was cautious as he stood by velvet.

  • RAMSES HARBINGER-XERSES

Unlike Arcanepaw, Ramses had no issue striding purposefully towards Titan's once-familiar form, although instead of launching himself at the feline for having the gall to show up here after he had massacred his friends and family (which is what he'd have liked to do), Ramses instead only went as far as Titan's child, using his large body to shield her and nudge her back in the direction of Arcanepaw. His hackles pricked and rose and he gave Titan an icy glare that made it obvious he was only too willing to reinforce Arcanepaw's words.

  • he is a threat. you can tell from that much, watching as the two leaders order the stranger to leave, one using a verbal warning whilst the other expresses his displeasure, muscles flexing beneath a silky coat. youre a mere child, and not in the least bit intimidating. if titan is to be muscled off of the territory, you cant offer any sort of aid in that field.

you slide in beside velvet, sunkissed hues rising up to observe the beast that towers over all others. you have no words to say since everything has already been said, and therefore you remain mute, absently attempting to manipulate the tension into something more tranquil, so that this encounter has more of a chance to be ended on peaceful terms rather than violent ones.

  • Titan stared down at the first to arrive; his own daughter, Velvet. His expression hadn't changed, though his ears angled. She was a reminder of who he once was, the person that was weak and blind to the truth. The old Titan was no longer, though Velvet, Miki, Mockingkit, and Katrina were still his children. The Force, it could very well run through them as it did him. Perhaps he needed to take the opportunity to help them harness this power, to train them. Only one thing was for certain; they must not become Jedi.

He was about to say something when Double Trouble showed up, Arcanepaw and Ramses. So, these were the new leaders of RiverClan? He had heard that much from passing travelers and murmurs among the Exiles. Titan could've very well become RiverClan's leader if he had stayed on that path, but he had much bigger things to do. If he wanted to be leader, now, he could force a takeover on his own, and not have to work for it. Titan longed for control, and it was a matter of time before he got it. "You're still alive." Titan said, his voice deep and monotone in a menacing fashion. He narrowed his green eyes. He wasn't surprised; it seemed like everyone could come back to life these days. It was still satisfying, hearing his lightsaber slice into Arcanepaw's throat. He wouldn't have wanted it any other way. "I can see right through you." Titan said metaphorically, though his words were confident. "You're weak, and you're only fooling yourself. Pathetic." Whose bright idea was it to make Arcanepaw, a mere doctor, the leader? Probably Ivylee's doing; where was she, anyways?

Titan knew that he was unwelcome; wasn't that obvious? But he had come all this way, so he wasn't moving. His expression darkened as Ramses nudged Velvet away from him, and his gaze lifted to the co-leader. "She is my child, Ramses. There is no hiding her from me." His voice was laced with venom, though it remained firm. This added even more to the amusement. This child, this kid was a leader. Titan couldn't wait until his kingdom crumbled into ruins under his own paws.

The Force warrior hardly acknowledged the silent appearance of Frisk. He didn't know who she was, and this didn't concern her, so why waste his breath? He felt his mind start to cloud, as if someone was attempting a mind trick on him. Titan's deadly gaze landed on Frisk, suspecting her of these mind tricks. Fortunately for him, he was practically a master of the mind. His mental strength was strong, as he had spent most of his life exercising it, so with enough concentration he could push past it. "Her body. Where is it?" Titan said through gritted fangs as he turned back to the others, snowy tail flicking. Hopefully they wouldn't play dumb and just answer him.

Ramses watched Titan with a combination of hatred and mild fascination. It was almost unbelievable who his former Clanmate had become. Where was the Titan who did push ups on the beach? Who doted on his mate and kits? That Titan was seemingly dead, replaced by the lustful and angry monster. Ramses held his ground, shielding Velvet despite Titan's threat. He knew Titan had some freaky power shit going on, but Ramses was arrogant and confident. At the mention of Himiko's body, he felt that familiar red-hot rage begin to rise. He was murderously angry with BloodClan, of course - but he also blamed Titan. Perhaps if the Russian cat's mate had been around to protect her, she would not be rotting in the ground. "I buried her. Something I wouldn't have had to do if you had just stayed and protected her." he spat contemptuously towards the snow leopard. He knew it wasn't a good idea to egg Titan on, but Ramses's emotions were ill-restrained when passionate enough, and Himiko's death had certainly stirred up lots of passion. "Why do you suddenly care where she is?" He could tell by Titan's gaze that he held no real love for his children. Perhaps he wanted them to mold and manipulate, but he didn't love them and Ramses was certain that he felt the same way about Himiko.

The tension was already fierce and intimidating. It didn't bother her at all when Arcanepaw, Ramses, and Frisk also appeared to face off with her father. She was already being protected by Arcanepaw, then Ramses pushing her back close to the leader, her eyes never swaying away from Titan. After everything he had done and ruin the family he once loved, she still couldn't forgive him but reminded herself that he was the only parent left to take care of her and her siblings.
Only mentioning her mother, Himiko, brought hot, welling tears in her eyes and lets them stream down her cheeks. Her loving mother's broken and bloody corpse...the sight of it broke what was left of her inside. Was her family cursed? Was this all some sort of ill-willed fate to have everything taken away from them? She didn't want to believe it, she just kept on denying it.
And deep down, she was angry. Boiling, seething rage for the one that had done harm to her mother and her father abandoning them. So much lost and so little to be gained. Everything just hurted and tore her heart to shreds. Her lilac eyes stared down hard at her father, hearing the cold and venomious word sink into her still mind.
"I have no intention of hiding from my you," she finally spoke to Titan, her lean built body standing tall faces her father, never unwavering.

  • Titan boiled up at the co-leader's words. He was to blame here? The snow leopard's fur bristled and he brushed the hood off of his cranium, revealing his full features. There was a long scar down his face from the time that he had been tortured by ShadowClanners. It was a shameful reminder of who he once was, a weakling just like all of them. His green eyes were ablaze with fury as he raised his voice, "This is my fault, is it? She was your second mate, you were her clanmates. She poured her trust into you, and you left her to die." Pathetic. How dare they blame him? And now his children didn't have a mother. Yes, he could've protected her, but he was exiled at the time, and for good reason. He had his own destiny to follow, a destiny set for him long before he joined RiverClan. He knew that he would have to leave RiverClan eventually. Titan thought that RiverClan could protect their own damned second mate, but he was wrong.

Titan turned to his child. He said nothing, as now was not the time to dote on Velvet. He didn't want to break the dark aura that he carried; he had to remain unmoved. He had to get what he wanted. He would take a moment to gaze deep into Velvet's eyes and concentrate, hoping to send her a telepathic message using the Force. "Tell me, have you discovered any abnormal abilities?" Titan's dark eyes were trained on Velvet, almost as if he were trying to sense her emotions and her thoughts. Perhaps she was strong with the Force as well. It was possible, after all, and he was eager to know.

Looking back at his dark gaze, her body becoming rigid and tense. Velvet could sense him instantly, hearing his voice echo inside her mind. This didn't startle her, seeing that her own father was attempting to speak with her like this instead of doing it publicly just means to her that it was important. Her guard was up, even inside her mind there was a solid wall that even he wouldn't penetrate to read anything personal; she wouldn't allow him that kind of access. But she was already planning to answer him anyway.
"I was lead to you, knowing you were close by," Velvet spoke back to him with her thoughts. "I guess I'm a bit sensitive to things. But I will not be swayed away. I will not follow that path you chose for yourself, father. Though, I am grateful...that you're still alive." Her lilac eyes cast downward hiding some of her sorrow and tender feelings towards Titan, glad he was still here and not dead.

  • Whatever this was it was definitely not something he wanted to get caught up with. Sure, he may be able to help in some small insignificant way but he didn't know who any of these animals were. Granted he knew one face but the rest were just...there to him. The doberman stood behind the group that were confronting the snow leopard, eyes of cyan flicking across the ground before he breathed out a gentle sigh. The tensions were high but he didn't say anything. There was nothing for the dog to say considering he didn't even know what was going on. So the male kept silent, body slightly tense as he prepped himself for some type of confrontation if it came or not.

Ramses's fur bristled even more as Titan attempted to shift the blame onto RiverClan. Regardless of who was responsible, Titan had committed unspeakable acts and had no place anywhere near their territory. The direhound opened his mouth to speak, but stopped himself. His volcanic eyes narrowed as he watched Titan closely. After several heartbeats his gaze shifted to Velvet, who wore the same expression of concentration that her father did. Ramses eyed them suspiciously, unsure of what was going on before it clicked. "Don't speak to him, Velvet." he commanded roughly, giving her another nudge to put more distance between her and Titan. He couldn't know what they were saying - Ramses had no powers of his own, especially not telepathy, but he was quick enough to catch onto what was going on.

  • Swift as a River — Velvet Konstantinov — RiverClan Apprentice — she/her
Feeling the tough nudge, something in her mind snapped away from the connection of telepathy from her father. Her lilac eyes blinked in surprise, staggering back at bit to see a small drop of blood hit the hard ground. She took a moment to see where it came from, feeling the red liquid dripping from her nose. Her paw came from the ground to rub her nose, blood getting smeared onto her fur. She didn't know what happened, but she was a little frightened by this.

  • "I suggest you leave now."

The words that came from the jaguar were snarled, her top lip curling back. A newer member to the clan, she had little idea who Titan was or what unspeakable acts he'd committed. But it was very clear to her that Ramses and Arcanepaw did not want him around. Loyal to her clan and trusting the judgement of the two leaders, this was enough for the feline to speak out against the male as she approached. Muscles rippled under her thick pelt, coated in rosettes as she moved towards the small group. Her steely eyes were on the form of the snow leopard.

For a moment her golden gaze flickered to the child, noticing the blood dripping from the small child's nose. Squaring her shoulders she let her attention move back to Titan for a moment. "Ramses and Arcanepaw have made it very clear that you are not welcome here. And, whatever trick you're playing at seems only to be hurting your little girl." That's what Ramses had meant right, when he'd interrupted the silence by telling the child not to speak to him? It was mind speak, right? No that was not what they called it here. It was telepathy to the clanners.

  • "Obscuro" Zocktok Mortem
    Riverclan - tags - Plotting
Ah, the blessings of being new. Obscuro would have considered this a blessing if the scenario that laid out before wasn't so fascinating. Instead the beast cursed itself as it stalked closer. Azure eyes wide, taking in information while the rest of her body was that of a preditor. Waiting for a signal. it took a moment for her to realize- this was not her normal kind of clan, they were high strung with morals and instantly the beast seemed to deflate. It was unlikely she'd get her claws in today. Rather irritating if you thought about it.

The prospect of not being able to see your own young stirred something in the beast. azure eyes narrowed and ques from the conversation painting a picture. Someone wronged- someone scorned. Wow, did this story sound eerily familiar. "Hey- if you wanted to see your kid, you wouldn't have done whatever the fuck you did to get so scorned by this clan."

Spoken like a true mother. She snorted at her own thoughts, but as her eyes glanced at the other her expression steeled. Claws digging into the ground under her and she was teetering. Waiting- respond- challange me Obscuro was waiting for it, eagerly. She wanted to attack to maim. She had no trouble as her clanmates did. She was quite happy with ripping a few throats out. Not that she would show it unless it was acceptable. Threat on the border? Time to get all trigger happy.
