    yeah Talyatru I think that would be a lot of fun to write. Do you think she'd be kind of the leader of the group or more just hang out with a couple people?

    I think she is definitely the mother of the group and is very protective over everyone. I will probly make her fall into a leadership roll and if it's ok maybe she could develop a really close almost sibling and, or romantic relationship with Andre?



    Name: Jasper Randall Eckhart

    Age: Seventeen

    Gender: He is male, and continues to identify as such.

    Personality: If one word could be used to describe Jasper, it would be "capable." He is a survivor in every sense of the word, and knows his way about keeping himself, and those around him, alive. He is extremely self-reliant, preferring help from no one; if he isn't able to do something, he isn't likely to ask for assistance, and will figure out a way around it. He is fiercely independent in that regard, and while he isn't antisocial by any means, he does his best work alone. Jasper is content to live off the land, and has a habit of collecting and, in some cases, hoarding materials or anything that might prove useful later on. With that said, he is very kind and enjoys the company of others, but if given the choice between people, his dragon and the wilderness, he will almost always choose his dragon and the wilderness. Jasper has quite the green thumb, and is very good at growing plants and food; he is also great at hunting, and has quite a bit of medicinal experience, which may come in handy if something bad were to happen. While he might come off as a perpetual loner at first, preferring to keep to himself, Jasper is, in fact, very gentle and warmhearted, despite what his distant behavior might have those around him believe. He is known to be quite charming and has a very good sense of humor. He possesses a strong loyal streak, that once made, simply cannot be broken. Oddly enough, he has a deep craving for adventure, and while he won't admit it to anyone, he is very passionate about making his mark on the world, in whatever form that happens to take.

    Background: Jasper was born in England to his parents as an only child, but would later move to Scotland on his eighth birthday. Like any child, he was absolutely infuriated about the move; he had been taken away from the life he had known for eight years, and resented his parents for tearing him away from it. Soon after moving, he discovered a love for the wild, and began disappearing to quench the longing for adventure that coursed through him. It was the thrill of finding new places, feeling the wind on his face, and even getting cuts and bruises that was the beginning of his survivalist nature. He wants more than a simple life, and dreams of one day walking anything but an ordinary path in the road that is life.

    Dragon: His dragon is a massive male Timberjack named Yggdrasil, named after the tree of the same name in Norse mythology. The mythical tree is known as the "tree of life", or the "world tree", and is said to connect all nine worlds. Given how unbelievably gigantic Timberjacks are, the name in itself seemed fitting enough. Recently however, Jasper has shortened his dragon's name to Yggy. Reference

    Nickname: She only goes by Juno, and if you call her by her full name you can bet that you'll be punched in the face.


    Age: 18

    Gender: Female

    Personality traits: guarded, pessimistic, skeptical, clever, smart ass, opinionated, blunt, hotheaded, independent, impulsive, sarcastic/snarky, daring, fearless, loyal once she trusts you, creative, curious, stealthy, comical, protective, not always bitchy, she's kind if she considers you a friend, does what's best for her & the few people/things that she loves

    In depth personality: It takes a special type of person to understand the character of Juno Andromedus. On the surface, Juno is not exactly a person that most would find themselves gravitating toward. Classified as a troublemaker by her teachers, Juno often stirs up situations with intending to (most of the time). Since she's usually targeted by her superiors, 90% of the time you can find her either in the principal's office or detention. In all honesty, Juno doesn't really give a crap about the number of detentions she racks up- and neither does her father - well, neither did her father. When Juno was around eight years old, her father walked out the door in the middle of the night and never came back. He was the only living guardian that she had left since her mom died in a car crash when she was two. Ever since her dad abandoned her, she's been in foster care- switching from home to home because no one can afford to keep up with her troublemaking habits. The longest period of time that she managed to stay in a home was three and a half months, and that was only because the family held on to the belief that they could change her. Though, what this family did not realize was that the damage that her father had done to her when she was young could not be reversed.

    Multiple other factors of Juno's personality also stem from her abandonment. For example, she has extreme trust and abandonment issues because she believes that people are cynical creatures and that they don't care what happens to others around them. They'll leave you in the dust, alone, in a heart beat if it benefits them in any way. Due to this belief, she pushes people away and doesn't let them in because she thinks that it's better for her to distance herself immediately rather than suffer the consequences of getting attached and having them leave her later. Though, a good thing that did come from her father leaving was Juno's gain of independence and her realization that she did not need anyone but herself in order to stay alive.

    In referral to her mischievous tendencies, one could most likely already assume that Juno doesn't spend her time with the best crowd around. She doesn't consider them friends per say, as they don't know much about who she is/her past, though she just thinks of them as people she can show off around and fool around with. They're mostly the burnouts, drunks, 'misunderstood' - essentially the misfits and partiers of the school. Though, Juno doesn't participate in all these illegal activities and run in with the cops multiple times a week for attention. Getting drunk/high/ smoking cigarettes is just an outlet for all the repressed emotions that she can't exactly let out anywhere else and she uses this stuff as a away to distract herself from all of it. This might sound bad, but she doesn't exactly have any other method to deal with her problems.

    If you're able to spend enough time with her before she pushes you away, Juno is actually kind of a decent person. Underneath her facade, there's a part that Juno protected and didn't allow to be broken. It's who she is at her core- the little girl that wasn't damaged by everything she went through. In reality, Juno is just a curious goofball that loves to be the kid that she never got to be when she was younger due to the instability in her life. Once you get her to trust you enough in order to be herself around you, you'll find that Juno has an unforgettable, passionate soul- despite her rough and bitchy surface. She enjoys solving mysteries and uncovering the truth- which is why she can always tell if people are lying to her. She often ask questions to the point of being annoying- her favorite of which being 'why'. Juno also loves to write, though no one actually knows this because she thinks it makes her seem vulnerable. She writes about characters that are similar to herself, and if you read any work of hers, you would have insight to the inner turmoil that she suffers from. If Juno cares about you enough, she'll be loyal to the end- even if that contradicts her instinct to distance herself from people. She's fiercely protective of those that she loves because she's afraid to lose them, whether it be to death or another person taking them away from her. Though, be aware that if you do something to her- even if it's as simple as touching her the wrong way or letting something slip out of you're mouth accidentally- Juno will turn her back on you and never look back (despite how it hurts her to do so). Juno does not give people second chances, no matter who they are and how close she considers them to be, because she learned the lesson 'if someone hurts you, they should never be let back in' the hard way. So if you give her even the slightest reason to not trust you anymore, you'll never see this compassionate side of Juno again and you'll be dead to her.

    Background: lowkey touched on her history in her personality, but I can explain it more if needed.

    Dragon: Juno is closely bonded with a Skrill that is much less aggressive than the rest of its species. She named him Makani, but she prefers to call him Maki. The Skrill is extremely protective of Juno and will not hesitate to electrocute anyone who raises a hand against her. In order to ride her dragon, Juno needs to use a specialized rubber saddle and wears rubber armor (REF: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pini…e913072eb1b566faf2531.jpg) due to the constant flow of electricity within Maki's muscular body. As for Maki's personality, he's extremely arrogant and loves to show off his abilities by sending beams of lightning into the sky and flying in circles full speed around Juno in order to make her dizzy. He enjoys messing with her by doing things like that and also often knocks her off of her feet with a sweep of his tail. Maki will only listen to Juno because she is the only human that has ever shown him that she would risk her life to protect him. This incident is what led Maki to trusting Juno and respecting her. Jasper is accepted - I'll add him when Juno is done. @s t o r m y I think Jasper and Ander would end up being real close because they're both natural loners, or at least I think Ander would recognize that in Jasper and take special interest in him.

    Talyatru I'm 100% cool with Clem being the leader. Seems like a good fit for her. I think she'd have more of a sister-like bond with Ander tho because he's a little old for her.

    @s t o r m y - Hey! I think Ben would be really curious about Jasper and who he is. They don't have to be friends or anything, but maybe Jasper can teach him a thing or two about survival?

    Sorry! Got busy for a bit but should be free for a while so I can keep up! Newblood Queen haven't really thought of much of a plot other than once on the island she breaks out of her shell and becomes a totally new person, especially after getting Shadow as her dragon. She could gravitate towards Connor, I'm totally open about it.

    @s t o r m y I was thinking that Juno would admire Jasper's self-reliance/ independence since she has those traits as well. She would probably observe him for a little bit (not in the creepy 'I'm watching you' way but like she notices some stuff he does) just to see what he's about and if he's worth talking to/trusting. They could possibly develop a close bond after being on the island for a while if you're fine with that? If you are, I'm definitely down with them going on adventures and exploring the island together

    Talyatru Juno would most likely try to remain distant from Clem just because of the whole 'motherly nature' aspect of her. It's not anything against Clem, it's just the fact that Juno never really had any motherly influence in her life and she gets a little touchy whenever someone attempts to fill in that place.
    She also naturally tends to lean away from people in leadership positions, so the same kind of feeling would kind of go for Ander (if he remains the leader of the group alongside of Clem).

    I'm also hella up for Juno having a type of relationship platonic with someone where all they do is make jabs at each other and banter 24/7 if anyone's up for it? //// if anyone else wants to plot I'm totally open!
