The sun shone bright in the azure sky, casting brilliant, warm rays down to the Earth. They fell towards the soil, yet found water instead, glistening in the surface of a crystal-clear lake. Frogs and fish basked in the new heat, swimming through the liquid area with quiet pleasure.

Being not a frog nor a fish, Marigold rested on the banks of the water, laying in a field of grass. Cattails brushed her back and small, crimson and cream-colored flowers rested around her paws. A serene feeling settled in the air, enveloping the spirit as she relaxed. It felt has if nothing could ever go wrong, as if war would never seize StormClan...like she could snooze gently forever.

For Marigold, it was a peaceful day, laying on the lake's beach. However, a feeling began to creep through her veins, her nerves, her tendons. Lonliness. Though she enjoyed solitude, she wished for an alternative at that particular moment. She wished for someone to come and join her, lay in the sun beside her, and speak of casual, calming topics. Even if temporary, she wanted a friend.

  • Timur was going to post with Benedict, but seeing that Benny wouldn't of simply talked she would post with Dean instead. After a nap containing a bad dream- a nightmare one may call it- the male found his paws itching to run and get away from the place that caused these bad dreams. So in a flurry of sad brown fur, the tomkit ran until he could run no more. He found himself at a lake, a figure he hadn't seen before by it's side. Was this what he got for locking himself in the nursery? Not knowing his own clanmates? On tired, shaky legs Dean would bring himself over to the other, knowing that at the very least he should know his clanmates. Plus there was plenty of water here, he could get a drink. "Who are you?" The male asked, his head lowering as the adrenaline wore off.
