Lean muscles rippled beneath the ebony pelt of the pseudo hellhound as she slipped into the central hub of camp, her long tufted tail tip flicking side to side as she leaped upon the nearest purchase, her ruby eyes raking over those shuffling about. "RIVERCLAN, GATHER AROUND FOR WEEKLY TASKS!" She called in a low, pleasant hum as she shifted her right shoulder briefly to let it stretch. Washing up unconscious on a ocean shore did a number on your muscles. "Or ya' know, just lining up works too." Whatever floats their boat... that's how the phrase worked right? Too late now if it wasn't, not that she cared.
HEAVY IS THE COST — weekly tasks

"Ill take one!" Ninja chimed in as he hurried over in asuper rushed post
-
Jerking her chin to acknowledge her oddly named clanmate the huntress winked before flicking her tail tip passively, "Yo, could you visit our allies and bring them some fancy gift baskets? You can even make a thread assigning people to allies and such, just make sure they know it's genuine and what's in their baskets. None of that superficial shit." After all how were ya' supposed to create meaningful connections with absolutely no personality? Or at least, that's how she saw it all, she had a habit of being opinionated.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — It had been a while since they had gotten a weekly task. It was a melancholic memory, and they found themselves not wanting to consider it. They quickly dismissed the source of sadness from their mind, approaching Mira with a dip of their head. "I'll take one, as well," they said in a quiet voice.
-
Kakima loved the idea of weekly tasks. It was a great way to be more involved with the Clan. Padding up to Mira, Kakima cheerfully barked, "Hey! Got one for me?"

The teen nodded briskly before trotting off to get started

i'm an asshole, baby ( male - 2 years - riverclan - dad friend - tags ) Weekly tasks? Ugh. As much as Jasper despised the notion of being assigned a task to perform, he needed something to do--the same reason he took one on each week. He got bored sometimes of simply lying around drinking or sleeping, and though his ankle made it difficult to get around sometimes, he knew it was for the best to be up and active around the clan. They allowed him to stay after his exile from HawkClan; it was the least he could do. So the hybrid padded (well, more like limped) over to Mira and called out, "Hey hon, I'll take one." -
As more familiar faces filtered in the huntress grinned, offering each a ruby red wink of greeting. "Cendrillion, could you host an OOC and IC meet and greet? Lets all make friends eh?" Next up was... a stranger. Though the african wilddog clearly smelled of RiverClan Mira hadn't quite gotten around to meeting Kakima yet. "Yo sweetie, could you get everyone to clean up debris off the beach and clear up camp a little? A happy home is a happy clan eh?" Or at least she'd gotten real tired of driftwood making the journey to camp the first time, weak and injured. "Hey Jasper babe, why don't you gather up some folks for battle training? Make it interesting like strategy or partner fighting."

"gimme a task." he said, in a lazy track post.

Waterstorm knew she was a bit late but said the same thing as Arcanepaw in her own lazy track post

"Yo, jackass, got anything I can do?" The Caracal called out over the small crowd. While she hadn't planned on joining in on this idiocy, she didn't really have anything to do. Now that she had joined the clan she'd done all her parents wanted. Well, all of it that she was willing to do anyway. So she had just kinda been sitting around. Which had gotten boring quickly.

She was beginning to like this clan more and more, all these strange faces and different people, it was all bound to keep a girl entertained. Spotting the figure of one of her two more than a little intimidating leaders the slim huntress shot him a wink of greeting, more platonic than a flirt truly. What? She was an affectionate person. "Sure thing babe, could ya' gather up everyone and teach the clan something? You can pick what you wanna go over, herbs, negotiation, swimming, whatever you want." Alright next up was... Waterstorm ayeo. "Could ya' start up a game of twenty questions? Let's all get to know eachother." Badabing, badaboom now for the little cutie. "Sure thing sweetie could you hold a good vibes session where everyone says good things and compliment one another? Get some love in this wet place." And last but certainly not least the loud caracal. "Why of course sugartits, why don't you take everyone hunting? We could use a restocky." A wide grin split her maw as she spoke and judging by her tail tip flicking idly to and fro she was in a pretty good mood.

20 questions. This was good because that was one of the only games she knew how to play. She said a quick thanks and walked off to set that up.
// I'll make this later, I have to go to a thing now

"Don't fucking call me that!" Calypso called back. God, this Mira girl was getting annoying fast. Like, most people were annoying, but this bitch was on another level. Wait, what had she said about her task again? It suddenly dawned on her that taking everyone hunting meant talking to people, lots of them. This was going to be interesting.

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Weekly tasks were probably one of the first ideas Ama had with getting involved in her new clan. She got the gist of what they were by watching everyone else. Hopefully that was enough. Taking a deep breath, the fennec fox trotted over to Mira. "Could I have one?" she asked in a nervous tone, looking down at her paws, as to avoid eye contact.
-
Sora strolled over shortly after Amaryllis and calmly took a seat, holding his head high and regal as he briefly surveyed the crowd. What were they doing, handing out tasks? He eyed Ama with mild interest, noting the tentativeness in her posture with a soft, sly smile. "Someone's anxious," he'd breathe, knowing she'd catch his faint words. Then he raised his head to eye Mira. "I shall take one as well."

Ooh, there were a bunch of cuties here. Perking up the canine flicked her tufted tail idly and got to work. First up was... Amaryllis. "Of course doll, could ya' get everyone together to clean out dens and redecorate?" A little summer cleaning never killed anyone after all. Shifting her ruby eyes over to Sora she then cooed softly, "Ooh, and could you host a herb gathering session Sora? Let's make life easier for our medics."

TAGS ✦ ✧ ✦ — Ears twitching slightly, Ama picked up on Sora's words. She didn't say anything in response. He knew she heard him. Her ears perked up when she heard Mira giving her a weekly task. Cleaning and redecorating? That shouldn't be too hard. Ama gave a quick nod and a friendly smile. "I'll go do that," she replied. And with that, she was off.
