So I want to kind of kick off my return with a plot that's been plaguing my mind recently. Finals start tomorrow so I wanna get this out so I can concentrate tomorrow morning cx
SO keep in mind that the topics (in detail below) will not become graphic to the point where it violates the site's policies.
PLOT;;
my character is the daughter of a neurosurgeon whose wife is leaving him due to his drinking problems. At this point, my character is just a little girl. As time goes on, her father's drinking problem turns lethal and as he's on his death bed, her mother is rumored to be addicted to drugs. Still a minor, she's taken away by the state of New York and placed in a foster home until her mother can get it together. My character learns that her mother, who she was so close to, has no intention of straightening up. Before it's required, she signs away he parental rights, thus freeing her of the responsibility of her daughter.
Muse takes it pretty hard and her attitude and views on life alter for the worse. Once loving and carefree, she becomes reserved and lonely. Now, Muse struggles with a severe bout of depression and just as all feels hopeless, things begin to look up.
