My ideas consist of types of dragons. Here they are:
Description: thick, armored brown scales, sometimes with amber and gold underscales; large, flat heads with nostrils on top of the snout.
Abilities: can breathe fire (if warm enough), hold their breath for up to an hour, blend into large mud puddles; usually very strong.
Description: blue or green or aquamarine scales; webs between their claws; gills on their necks; glow-in-the-dark stripes on their tails/snouts/underbellies.
Abilities: can breathe underwater, see in the dark, create huge waves with one splash of their powerful tails; excellent swimmers.
Description: scales constantly shift colors, usually bright like birds of paradise; prehensile tails.
Abilities: can camouflage their scales to blend into their surroundings, use their prehensile tails for climbing; no known natural weapons.
Description: purplish-black scales and scattered silver scales on the underside of their wings, like a night sky full of stars; forked black tongues.
Abilities: can breathe fire, disappear into dark shadows, read minds, foretell the future.
(these powers depend on how many 'moons' were present when they were hatched. There are three moons in Pyria (the world these dragons come from in WOF) if all three moons are present, they get mind reading and future seeing, 2 or less i think is one or the other.
Description: pale gold or white scales the color of desert sand; poisonous barbed tail; forked black tongues.
Abilities: can survive a long time without water, poison enemies with the tips of their tails like scorpions, bury themselves for camouflage in the desert sand, breathe fire.
Description: silvery scales like the moon or pale blue like ice; ridged claws to grip the ice; forked blue tongues; tails narrow to a whip-thin end.
Abilities: can withstand subzero temperatures and bright light, exhale a deadly freezing breath.
Description: red-gold or orange scales; enormous wings.
Abilities: powerful fighters and fliers, can breathe fire.
Like I said, we don't have to do my idea if you don't want, but I thought what if there was a land of dragons, but it got invaded by a society of dragonslayers, and the thread was about one dragon who escaped with her eggs and had to find a new safe place to live. That's when she ended up going to a human suburbs and disguising herself as a human so no one would hurt her or her eggs.
I imagine the thread would have three parts:
the first being the dragon adjusting to human life, and maybe even becoming friends with some humans
Second is the dragonslayers start coming to the suburbs where our dragon hero and her eggs are
and the third where maybe some elements from the dragon lands start coming to the town, like maybe a tyrannical, conquesting dragon from her past.

I also had another idea, but after I thought about it for a while, I decided I wanted to make it into a story instead of a thread.
I think that I'm a book nerd in the sense that I want to make books. I mean, seriously. For the idea I said I was going to make into a story instead of a thread, I THOUGHT OF THE WHOLE HISTORY OF DRAGONS. (At least what I think it is.)
Nah this was just an idea I had for my own dragon thread. Also, if this is going to have creatures from eragon and dragon types from wings of fire, shouldn't this be an eragon thread or a wings of fire thread? Because if it's not then you should probably have different, or at least semi different dragon types. No offense.

I love this idea! But we might need to adjust it for all of our characters to be relevant.

What do you mean? If it has the same types of dragons as Wings of Fire, then it should probably be a Wings of Fire thread.
