HISTORY (WARNING SAD AS HELL LIKE MY GOD) ;;

Now like most, Toshi had a decent life. Well, not quite decent later on, but he had a life at least right? With a strict as hell Japanese dad and a somewhat strict yet sweet Japanese-American mother, things weren't so easy for Toshiaki, especially when he was young. He was always pushed to succeed in everything, that failing would practically be the end of his life, and that if anything below a A+ would basically be equal to that of sinning.

Day in and day out he'd have his nose stuck in text books and would be forced to work rather than hang out with people. This caused Toshi to have some issues with antisociality, which made his life worse when he started to get bullied constantly due to his Asian appearance. Often he'd be pushed around or even beat up, to the point where sometimes he even had to go to the hospital due to his injuries.

Though around when he was in 8th grade, Toshi began to not only become more antisocial, but also suicidal as well. He often would hide away somewhere, such as the bathroom or even in the attic, and would cut his arms, bleeding out and feeling pain. Often he would question his self worth, especially when it came to his parents wanting him. His grades began to drop, and his parents would often threaten to take away things. Things that they called "privileges", even though they were things a human would have in life. Phone, computer, TV, even reading books or leaving the house at certain times. Everyday he would feel like he was trapped, and that only made it worse. The only people he had to help him were either his cousins, or someone he had met online once. Someone who had the same fears and issues as him.

As time passed, Toshi still had suicidal thoughts, and even one day tried to burn off his fingers tips. He had succeeded, but had almost killed himself while doing so. To try and help him with his depression and issues, his cousin Calcifer had decided to take him away from the house one day to go and get his hair dyed and possibly some piercings. Despite suffering with those issues, Toshi was still caring towards others, despite not having any friends and was practically bait for others to kick at and destroy. It had been done against his families rules, though on the way back to his home, something.... Strange had happened.

Multiple people had stopped on the roads, and traffic backup was high. And people.... People began to act much different than usual. Cal was busy with trying to get through the traffic, but Toshi saw it. He had seen people being attacked, and it wasn't like a knife attack or a gun attack. Oh no, it was more like people pouncing people and eating then alive attacking. And when he watched it, he began to notice that the attacks were becoming more and more frequent around them with each and every ticking minute. And when there was an opening, he had told Cal, who seconds later noticed. In an act of fear, the two teens practically rammed through the bunched up vehicles, those strange creatures following them. When Toshi tried to call his parents, there was no answer, and reports were coming across all need stations across the globe. He and Calcifer fled the city, and that was a couple years ago. Cal had abandoned Toshi to find help, and had never returned. And the worst of it all, was that it left Toshi with an extreme case of PTSD, especially since he had first hand witnessed the beginning of the apocalypse, right before his eyes.
