    Wavewing shot through the sky trying to make the journey as fast as possible. She was checking to see whether Skyclan was going to have an alliance with the District or not and she hoped they were going to say yes to it. Landing amidst a field of cabins, she yelled out, "Hey, I'm lookin' for a Skyclanner who wants to talk about allies!" She hoped someone would hear her message and negotiate the terms and agreements.

    Summer trotted forward, leopard body so sleek and subtly powerful that her confidence in this form radiated off of her. Hearing the call, she veered towards it with a rabbit in her jaws. Her solitary hunting trip was going to be a little more interesting. Setting it down a little ways off behind a rock and scattering some leaves on top of it, she doubted she'd be gone from it for too long, and she slipped from the mists into view of the stranger. Or the not-so-stranger. She recognized the other as the one who had helped her at the Union meeting with Ringo. "Greetings, we meet again." Looking around the female in front of her, Summer didn't spot any friends of Wavewing, and continued. "Well, I'm fine with hearing about these alliances. What are your current allies and enemies, your political stance, and I assume your entire Clan is a part of the Union in general?"

    "Well Riverclan is having a trial period and we are allies with smaller clans. We are neutral but accepting of both clan stances, and yes we are part of the union. So, alliances. We are on a trial period with you guys and Windchimes sent me to ask if you want to confirm the alliance with us, the Disrict." Wavewing said this quickly and without hesitation. She had practiced her answers for the usual questions so she was very prepared.


    RINGO | SKYCLAN

    Ringo had arrived earlier, frowning once more because he had no clue what they had said. He recognized Wavewing from The Union immediately. Was the District back to talk about alliances? He wasn't sure. The tom cleared his throat quietly - not as a sign of rudeness, just to show that he was there. He really wished he could read lips, or had telepathy.

    Noticing the leader approaching, and remembering that he was deaf from the Union of Hope, she thought/said "Is the trial period with the District finished? Windchimes sent me to see if you will ally with us or not." She thought/said this very clearly and professionally so she didn't sound too immature.

    ROYALGUARD


    The siberian tiger rushed over, perking his ears. He needed to bring up his pace more; he'd been slacking. He glanced to Ringo and Wavewing, unsure of what Ringo would want. The male did not have telepathy, so he was unsure how to communicate with the deaf male. Perhaps he knew how to read. That would be nice. Shaking the thoughts away though, he considered the female's words.


    He was the minister of peace, so he figured he had some sort of say, though he knew Ringo had the final word on it. He had no problem with having new allies, as it was in his nature to have new friends, and The District had not shown them any hostility or reason to not trust them to far. He was unsure how to tell this to Ringo at the moment, though, so he looked to Wavewing. "Could you please tell Ringo I - er, Royalguard, sees no problem with allying the District. I do not have telepathy," he requested, voice kind. He shuffled his large paws, feeling a little weird for having to ask someone else deliver his message.

    "Sure!" she said happily. Their minister of peace was in agreement about being allies which was never a problem. Turning to Ringo, she thought/said "Your minister of peace, Royalguard sees no problem with the District being allies." She looked around the mountainous territory while waiting for a reply. She kept a note in the back of her mind about the statues scattered about.
