  • She laughed, going over to him. "I've never gotten a part on my first attempt!" She swigged down several gulps of water before pinning back loose strands of hair. She pulled out her cell phone and checked the unread messages from her parents.

  • x Alec stood up from his current spot, and saw missed calls from his mom. He grimaced, then looked at Anneliese. "Do you have a way to get home?" He asked

  • x Alec shook his head. "Now what kind of friend would I be if I didn't take you home?" He joked, smiling.

  • x Alec smiled, and followed her out to the parking lot. Nearby was his gorgeous black Camaro, and he grinned. "There's my pride and joy." He joked, gesturing towards the car.

  • x Alec laughed. "That I am."He grabbed his keys, unlocking the car and opening the passenger door for her before getting in himself. "Where to?"

  • x "Ah, sorry about that... Well, I'm Alec Ryder. I live here obviously, I own a black camaro, and I don't really like school. But I do football and baseball." He laughed, then shrugged.

  • x Alec nodded, grinning. "Sure, that'd be nice of you." He smiled, before looking at her. "Alright, where now?"

  • Anneliese pointed. "The gray one on your right. The one with the big tree- yes." She paused. "Here's my phone number." She handed him a tiny slip of paper.
With that, she got out of the car, grabbed her things, waved goodbye, and went inside.

  • x Alec smiled at her, waving back as she walked inside. He then put her number in his phone before driving off to his house.

  • Inside, her mother sat in the living room. "Hey, why are you home so late?"

Anneliese looked up, setting her bag in a nearby chair. "My dance instructor asked me to stay after to audition for the school ballet. I scored the role of Odette," she smiled, sitting down to take off her shoes.

Mrs. Pierce looked up with a grin. "That's fantastic!"

  • x Alec drove the long way home, playing music as he drove. His mother wouldn't be home until an hour or so, and his father was on a buisness trip.
