If you'd like some free FeralFront memorabilia to look back on fondly, see this thread from Dynamo (if this message is still here, we still have memorabilia): https://feralfront.com/thread/2669184-free-feralfront-memorabilia/.
  • Hello! I'm currently looking for threads that need active players and are at least semi-advanced. I don't always have a lot of muse, but if the threads good enough and fun I can scrap together a pretty good reply. LOL I mainly focus on fantasy, horror, and anything with gore because I find them more fun to RP and you can expand on your character. If you have any or are interested in collaborating to create a thread or have one you'd like me to check out, I'd really appreciate a reply! Thank you! <3

EDIT: If you need a sample of an RP just tell me and I can stir one up for ya!

  • Okay I have an idea for a thread. I actually got the idea from another dude but I'm asking him if we can use the idea (out of principle, technically it's fair game but...). It's one where the thread functioned under a Multiverse where characters from any/all fiction can interact, including OCs (within reason of course). The group goes to different realms of the rpers choice (it works under a voting or a queue system, with everyone taking turns controlling the world and NPCs). After each world the players grow stronger, but so do the challenges they face.

  • The world of Fallout with realistic science (somewhat) is always fun to throw people in. Pretty much anywhere is fair game (including The Hidden Realms, for example). Personally, I would have to sit and think on ideas for realms, but the best part is that we don't have to come up with everything! It actually might be better that you're here, cause every time I run a thread it falls apart cause I'm terrible at moving stories along.

  • //Orokana is here to keep your threads afloat! (I'm all about Fallout! Heck yeah! Maybe the Dragon Age world could be somewhere we could throw people. Just drop them in the middle of something and bam! Mage rebellion! just realized I never asked if you've heard or seen Dragon Age. If not all of this is really out of context. LOL)

  • I am aware of Dragon Age and seen some gameplay, but I've never played it myself and don't real.
My problem with this thread is what character I would make. My friend made it so you played whatever your profile picture was. it was clever and made for some good characters but I prefer freedom to make whatever. (I ended up being Spooderman)

  • //Freedom is good, but too much freedom and you get chaos. So I'd say let them design their characters but limit powers or have their powers have affects. Like with the Hidden realms, they can have magic but there must be something to balance it out. I'd also detour OP characters and/or Mary-sue and Gary-sue characters. But that's just me. how did Spooderman work out for you?

  • Well that was my next point. The GM deemed Spooderman to be too OP, but I spent literally 14 hours researching and listing his powers, so he took away his Spider-Sense to balance him out. I got it back later as an upgrade for beating a universe.

  • On the contrary! It actually added a bit of drama that I was able to play off in the roleplay!
My point is that if they are dead-set on playing a character, we can take away their powers with the promise they will get them back at a later date. Depending on the tone we set, everyone could start off with absolutely nothing and have to work their way up. the problem is we need to set an end goal, something to work toward so that they don't get bored.

  • //Hmm, I see. If it works, then it fits in the thread! :)

end goals, huh? That might pose a problem seeing as even with an end goal people may drop out due to boredom. I pray not, however. Hmm...

Gotta bail for mac and cheese. brbs
