Yeah that might be a good idea actually.

Alright!
Hey was wondering if anyone wants to have the death roll system added here or no?
-
That might be a good idea.
-
hm idk, maybe because snow is melting there is like an avalanche so that happens to Rockclan instead of the plague?
-
thats what I had in mind.
Anyone else? Ya' or na'??
-
I like the avalanche idea better. It would be easier to get everyone involved instead of just the medicine cats, leader and a few others.
-
Ya, the avalanche would be a nice way to get everyone involved.
-
But the death roll?
-
No clue what that is. Mind explaining a little?
-
Lyn. the death roll is here you roll a die, if you get odd your safe and even your cat has to die somehow. (unless I got that mixed up.) That is usually done once a week. (at least in murky clan it is)
-
Even is live
Odd is die
Lol
-
Yep, I was wrong. XD
-
I agree that's a cool idea, but I do think the odds are too high for every cat. Kits obviously have a higher chance of dying than warriors and elders having a higher chance of dying than apprentices. That's why I propose that, if we are to do this, we use something similar to the death roller in my clan game.
I've been using a random number generator for mine, I'll do the best I can to explain it, but basically I roll a number out of 100. Let's say I rolled a 64. If I roll a number between 1 and 64, that dies. Anything else and they're safe. For kits, elders and sick cats we could roll for a number between 1 and 100, meaning they have a good chance of dying due to the larger number range, while for healthy apprentices and warriors we could roll a number between 1 and 50.
Using this system means there is a varied chance for a cat to die from day to day, that way it isn't always 50-50.
-
Heh... Iyn I didn't understand
-
Basically there's a fifty fifty chance for some cats, for kits and elders who wouldn't survive something like that so easily it is less of a chance like if it was 150 and if they got anywhere in-between 1 and 100 they'd die. For good strong healthy warriors the chances of death are smaller instead of bigger. (Do correct me if I'm wrong Lyn.)
-
No. That's wrong xD Again, I'm bad at explaining things.
For elders, sick cats and kits, we'd roll for a number between 1 and 100. Let's say, once again, we rolled a 64. If we rolled a 1, 2, 3 etc. all the way up to 64, they would die. Anything above 64 all the way to 100 they would live.
For healthy warriors and apprentices, we'd roll for a number between 1 and 5o instead of a number between one and 100 due to them naturally being healthier. Let's say we rolled a 32. We'd then roll for a number between 1 and 100, and if it's a number between 1 and 32, they'd die and anything from 33 to 10 they would live.
-
hmmm idk
Is there a generator site?
-
honestly I would rather stick to the dice rolling
-
it dies seam simpler
-
I know, but it does make it a little unfair to cats who are extremely strong and healthy. I used random.org.
