  • Kyler sat, waiting patiently in the room. He was already bored, and no one was even here yet. All he could think about was Tyde. Once the Superiors arrived, he quickly ordered them to sit.

Lyla felt happy as the beta pressed his muzzle into her neck, comforting her before they began walking. "I just feel really dumb. And now I've got to listen to the alpha tell me what I did wrong and then have myself punished." She was obviously annoyed, half from her own stupidity, the other half from having to be reminded of it. She walked with her head down as they entered the Superior Council den, Kyler telling them to all sit pretty much in a semicircle around him.

He looked over at her, understanding her situation as well as the complexity of the situation. "Live and learn. That's how you know what not do to. I know it'll be hard to hear it from Alpha, but you won't do it again hm?" Again, his tone was kind, and words meant to gently tease but also instill comfort. Upon entering the den, he settled right beside Kyler and nodded for Lyla to sit beside him. He glanced over at the other superiors, dipping his head to each one.

  • Kyler cleared his throat and stood, "This pack is young, our families hardly sprouting. And already, we believe we have an enemy." He paused, obviously for dramatic effect. He looked at the other superiors and sat once again, sighing. "We need to devise a plan to protect our growing pack, or we'll be forced to submit and flea." His tail hung low when he stood back up, walking over to know of the walls. "In the words of our ancestors, 'The wolf that flees is weak, and the wolf that fights is strong.'" He turned back to the superiors and sighed. "Steele, as delta, I would like you, along with whoever you see fit to assist, to form a plan for the pack." He nodded in the Delta's direction and then turned his attention to Lyla. She was looking down, clearly upset. The alpha felt sympathetic, but he was unaware of the bond forming between the Keeper and the beta. "Alaric, I have plans this evening. If you could decide upon the concequences for the medic. That would be great. Now, any questions or can I call this meeting to an end?"

Lyla wasn't surprised at the new enemy, but she, in complete honesty, wasn't laying attention at all. Not until she heard the Alpha tell Alaric he had to decide her punishment that she snapped back into reality. She looked down, not sure how to feel. Wait, alpha has plans?? She was impressed and looked up as he stood in the center, asking for questions.

  • king stood in the back enjoying the conversation. His mind didn't drift to far though he listen deeply to the conversation to the bitter end. " Kyler if I must impose...I want to handle my own medic please..The beta needs to figure out plans against an attack..planning a simple punishment should be left with said care taker.. " He stood fully looking between the two, he pleaded with the Beta to take his suggestion " Surly you don't think liking their Alpha would go uncheck..if done killed you I will sure as I am old..Will murder them. His words low and thick with facts he's seen one too many times before.

  • -Waiting on Mark-

Kyler looked at King, nodding, "It's up to the Beta. She's his responsibility right now. Delta handles interactions with other packs, so if he wishes to take up the beta's council, thats his own doing." He raised an eye brow and looked around again, nodding. "Any thing else?"

The beta was paying only slight attention until the Alpha spoke his name. He was to decide her punishment? The rottweiler knew that if he agreed to this, then he'd end up going soft on her. He was about to speak when King spoke up, and he listened to the medic's words. "I feel as though that would be the best course of action. He knows this young medic better and can decide a fitting punishment" Alaric wasn't sure of what King had in mind, but he didn't want the pack thinking he was soft on her and he really didn't want to punish her harshly.

  • He took a deep breath releasing it shortly after. "If possible my punishment will be learning how to fight by my training till then she isn't allowed out on pack missions.." This was simple in some ways. But king wasn't much a easy on the little guys type of dog. His gaze flicked to the Alphas then to the Beta, licking his muzzle he hoped that the Beta understood he didn't want their relationship to have bad blood or his position question..Old but smart. When Kyler looked away his muzzle drew up to a knowing smirk, fleeting as it may out was obvious and humored.

  • Kyler nodded, "Very well, come see me later if you've got other questions. Until then, the council is dismissed." The alpha didn't waste any time to leave the superior den, and look around for Tyde. He was interested in the young girl, hoping her idea of hanging out meant she was interested as well. He stepped outside and sniffed around, finding Tyde's scent and seeking her out.

Lyla knew she wasn't weak, but fighting wasn't her forte. She turned to look at King, hoping he wasn't planning to kill her, because fighting him meant death. The medic looked at Alaric and then back to King. She wasn't sure that this is what she wanted, and she felt extremely nervous. The collie whimpered and stood up, stepping away from the superiors. She can't do this, she wasn't born to fight. Letting her body work before her mind, she turned and ran out of the den, not slowing down until she was sure no one was around. She found herself in a large field and sat by a tree, sighing heavily. She ran from her superiors out of fright... This wasn't like her at all... She was scared of getting close to someone, and scared of getting torn apart.

  • Grounded Tyde is free for minor movements and such I should be back on Wednesday.

Tyde got up and swayed her tail gently "Hi Kyler." She gave a dogish grin "How'd the meeting going?" She hoped she wasn't a bother by asking "If you don't mind me asking." She added quickly. Tyde tried to hold herself steady but her paws still shifted and danced a little in her eagerness to have a new friend.

  • Kyler huffed and shrugged, looking at the warrior. "It was alright. Things might get busy for the pack, and the medic from earlier is being punished. The alpha looked at Tyde closely, smirking a little. "You've got quite the bit of energy Tyde." He teased, watching the dog move around with excitement.

-Lyla is by a field still freaking out-

  • Tyde stopped her paws from dancing and looked up "Sorry." She blushed and looked away. Other than now she was usually quite calm, but lately she'd been acting like quiet the pup. Folding her ears back against her skull she scolded herself mentally, he was only another dog looking for something to do with the company of another dog.

  • Kyler huffed and placed his nose in Tyde's neck, comforting her. "I was only messing with you, its nice to see some life still left in the pack." He looked at her and tilted his head to the side, "there's no need to scold yourself pup." He knew she wasn't a pup. But it was a cute nickname, seeing that she had the energy to fit the name. He enjoyed her company, and being around her more might bring out his nice guy side, his better, less business side. He huffed and smiled at Tyde.

    +Lyla is still freaking out+

  • She flinched at his gesture "Thank you Kyler." She smiled and wagged her tail lightly " we can go now if you'd like?" She looked towards the enterance longingly. Her Dingo ancestry caused her to be a little restless at times of rest.

  • Kyler felt her jump a little and retracted his kindness, pushing anything he was feeling away. He pulled out his alpha attitude and simply nodded, standing up. "I guess we should be going then." He said, his tone flat.

    -Lyla still dying Lol jk-

  • She stiffened and flattened her ears again as he harshened "Agreed." She gave a curt nod allowing Kyler to lead the way. Once behind her gaze softened and she wondered silently what she had done to cause this harsh attitude.

  • Kyler kept his head and tail up, walking ahead of Tyde. His mind raced around, wondering why he got so harsh with the fae. He hadn't meant to, he was just unsure about everything. After walking a few leagues, he turned and looked at Tyde bashfully, "I have no idea where I'm going." He looked down at the ground, his tail low, ears pressed flat against his head. He felt rather awkward.

    -We all know Lyla Lol-

  • "Where do want to head? I know the wood like I know my tail." Her tail gave a shake and she trotted ahead to meet Kyler "Alright where to Mr.Alpha." She playfully batted his muzzle playfully with her tail.

    Sorry low muse XD

  • Kyler's ears perked up, his tail raising as well. "How about that pond you mentioned earlier?" The malamute smiled as she took the lead, and hit his muzzle playfully with her tail. He took a few long strides and nudged her in the side, playfully knocking her almost off balance.
