  • FALCONFLIGHT

Falconflight is a lone tabby cat who likes to think he can outrun his problems, and run he can! As far as speed goes, he's a speed demon - but not speedy enough, in his opinion. He gave up a clan life long ago after feeling pressured to live a certain way not to his liking, and is now passing through after doing some traveling in distant parts. He's got stories to tell, if anyone is willing to listen...

"Hey mister! I'm Weed! What's your name?" the young canine would ask happily as he bounded towards the stranger. It was clear no one had yet taught him about the whole stranger danger thing, which would probably become a bad thing in the future if he wasn't alerted about it soon. But in the meantime, he didn't have to worry about that. In the meantime he got to meet this weirdo on the border, how fun!

  • The tabby hesitated when the dog ran over - he'd had bad experiences before with them. However, when the canine introduced himself as Weed (thereby hinting intelligence above chasing cats), he relaxed. "How do you do?" he asked conversationally. "Name's Falconflight. I'm just passing through here, but I realized that I seem to be lacking in some important herbs. I've been traveling for a while, though, so I guess it's to be expected." The cat shrugged his shoulders. "Regardless, I do need to replace them. You think you could perhaps fetch your healer, if at all possible?"

  • [center][fancypost=border-width:0; width: 365px; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-family: arial; font-size: 7pt;]Luke limped toward the two. He glanced between Weed and the smaller feline. "Weed, it is usually procedure to first ask the stranger what they're here for before offering your name." He smiled slightly and turned to Falconflight, "I think we could ask our medic. Do you need anything while you wait? Uh, something to eat?"

  • Hm, a fellow traveler, but it would appear that unlike him, this one would like to remain on the road. He could respect someone like that, but he himself much preferred to stay in some settlements before moving on. The serval in his gray cloak and his sword by his side bowed before settling himself down before Falconflight. "There's nothing wrong with being a little unorthodox sometimes." He said, while perhaps it may not be all too wise to introduce yourself to any old stranger, he didn't see much harm in it. Plus he always appreciated it when someone didn't start with the boring old, "state your name and business".

  • "No, indeed," Falconflight agreed, looking at Amatus (specifically, his sword) before glancing back at Luke. "No, thank you, I ate a while ago, but I appreciate the offer. All I really need is a place to recuperate. Going on adventures throughout the world does leave you rather strained eventually." He flicked his tail and smiled. "If you have the time, I do have some rather amazing tales to tell...but I'm sure you all have better things to be doing than listening to an shaggy wanderer like myself."

"Oo! I wanna hear your stories! I don't have anything better to do!" the canine would cheer happily, his eyes shining as the other made their offer. Now that sounded cool, hearing the tales of a traveller. Not to mention, it wasn't often you got an offer like that.

  • [center][fancypost=border-width:0; width: 365px; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5; font-family: arial; font-size: 7pt;]Unfortunately, Luke had all the time in the world. He couldn't do much with a broken and still healing leg. "I guess I can listen to a story or two."

  • "Right after I find a place for until your healer gets here," Falconflight promised, but he couldn't help but feel pleased. "So, umm, any recommendations? I'd prefer someplace out of the way where I won't bother anyone inside the camp, because I'm certain you have a policy of no strangers inside the camp unless properly introduced."

  • [fancypost=border-width:0; width: 300px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12px][center]DARTH VADER

"Windclan is willing let people in. Unless you prove to be hostile," Vader said as he approached, looming over the others. "You may come to the camp." He continued, looking down at the creature. Honestly, if Vader had it his way, the stranger would be blindfolded on the way there.

  • Atticus was...
What was he? What was he feeling?
Lately his emotions and mentally was incredibly inconsistent, but could anyone blame him? His mind was dying, slowly, surely, he didn't know why or how but he felt his sanity slips every single day he lacked the Opium to cope. It must have been genetic for his father had suffered the same exact symptoms.
It was a horrible life to live, one with hallucinations, delusions and addictions. But it was the one the lord blessed the poor aching veteran with and so he choose to live it.
Stepping to the scene, Atticus eyes the stranger the border and seeing that he was demanding a healer, the moose spoke up.
"Field medic here." The southerner would state before halting at the border and eyeing the other strangely.
    "Watchya need?"

  • "Oh, that was quicker than I expected," Falconflight said, surprised yet relieved. "I'm just in need of a few herbs, that's all. Specifically some anesthetics and to take the edge off hunger in case wherever I'm going isn't exactly rich in food. Hopefully that isn't too much trouble. In the meantime, since I'll be off quicker than expected, I suppose I'd better tell you all at least one story before I go," the tabby said to the others.

[color=white]— kate marsh — plot with katetags

[fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%][color=beige]Kate wandered over, sitting in the back of the growing group as she looked at the stranger. A wanderer looking for herbs? And apparently he was also offering a story as well. Strangers where scary, in her eyes, but she was curious. She wanted to hear what this individual had to share with them. With a small, scared swallow, the serval would attempt to speak up. "Please share a story..."

  • "Well, I'll start with the beginning, since that's how most stories play out," Falconflight said dryly, and he curled his tail over his paws, and began.

I used to live in a clan like you all, many moons ago, but eventually I decided it wasn't quite the life for me. It felt too forced, too...confining for me. So as soon as I was old enough, I hit the road, and left it behind. No looking back for me. I had a whole new adventure ahead of me, and I wasn't going to squander a bit of it. And no one was going to tell me what to do.
