Blue's eyes fluttered open to the sound of her pack mates' chatter. She wasn't too interested on getting up from her

nesting spot so she simply observed the those who were around. She didn't listen to what anyone was

saying and instead just studied their body language. Taking note of everyone's general appearance there wasn't

a nearby threat or anything too interesting going on.

[OOC; Blue is open for interaction! I wasn't very sure how to start her

off with others since everyone's kind of found someone to talk with. :b]

It took a few moments for Felix to answer, as his interested gaze flickered from eye to eye, comparing the colors, ears perked forwards. But he then snapped out of it, and cleared his throat as he momentarily looked away. "I prefer not to hunt with others than Jack and Lily. They've hunted with others before, especially Lily, but I haven't. I don't like it, it feels off... although that might just be because I haven't found someone who'd I probably like hunting with yet."

A warm smile spread across her muzzle as a reaction to his grin as she stood as well, tail swishing lightly, in a relaxed manner. She had always been a bit more cautious around those with higher ranks, feeling the need to show them as much respect as possible and therefore not being able to feel fully comfortable around them. But Coal, she felt surprisingly comfortable around, especially when he seemed to loosen a bit up from the role of a beta. She was intrigued, and found herself wishing to know more about him.

"Yes, lead the way" Was the brown and white-pelted husky's light-hearted reply, chocolate hues having the same warmth and relaxation as her soft voice held and her body language emitted. As she began walking next to him, she realized that she was shorter than him, her head reaching his shoulder and a bit above if she made an effort to stretch upwards. Then again, she had never been the tallest dog around, especially not compared to her two brothers. In fact, her build was quite smaller and more lean than their more muscular and tall ones. She didn't mind the difference in height though, not with the brothers and nor with Coal.

Scout smiled and followed her over to the tree, sitting down next to her. He took a bite out of his mouse and after swallowing it he said, "it's nice weather today. Should make for a fine day."

Delilah smiled over at Scout as she took a bite out of her rabbit. "It should be a very nice day. Be a good day for a forest walk" She commented, taking another bite out of the rabbit.

Coal § 4 yrs § Beta § Searching for mate § Tags; Lily

The shepherd noted that she stood just a little smaller than Coal, but he didn't mind. The black brute headed into the forest, the cooling shade felt nice as he swished his tail lightly as it hit the leaves of the trees. His path was set, and he knew where he was headed. A place no one but him knew about, it was his place to relax and calm down, especially after a rough pack meeting or fight. It was his sacred spot, and he hoped that by sharing it with Lily, would show the husky what he truly thought of her without making it obvious. Sharing this with her, would be him saying that she's special to him.

Scout swallowed down the last couple bites of his mouse, "and might you be interested in that? I would love to do that with a dog as lovely as you."

Lily was padding along the besides him, keeping up his pace as she didn't want to fall behind or annoy him by doing so. She had only fallen behind once, and that was because she got caught up in how nice it was, how peaceful it was, how nice the shade was after a warm night in the den with her brothers. She adored the light-hearted and peaceful sensation, and how she enjoyed the larger males company so much. She wondered why he was bringing her along, out of all others from the group. He had caught her interest several other times previously, but she had never had the time to think it through, why it was she felt a light flutter in her chest, because she'd always be dragged off for a hunt or a playfight before that.

Snapping out of it, she caught up to him and offered him a sheepish smile, her tail swishing slightly as the skin under her furred cheeks heated up a bit. "Where are we going?" She asked after a few moments, head tilting ever so slightly, curiosity tinting her soft voice.

Delilah was a little surprised at the offer but blushed as she finished the meal in front of her. "I would love to go for a walk with you" The retriever licked her lips clean of rabbit before standing up.

He noticed she lagged behind a little and couldn't help the small chuckle that escaped his jaws. "Somewhere special" Was all the black male said, before taking a turn on the trail into a very thick part of the forest. This part wasn't his favorite spot, but he knew what laid beyond it. The path he walked now wasn't necessarily a path, the tree branches crossed over each other just above his head, and sticks and fallen branches covered his path. A smart dog wouldn't have chosen this path, but the path they'd been on. "Be careful coming through here, it isn't exactly a walking path" He said, turning his large head to look at Lily. He continued picking his way for a few moments before he came to two large pine trees, their branches intersecting all the way to the ground. It was like a curtain of wood, preventing any from seeing inside. His sacred spot, he'd noticed the first time, was ringed by thick pine trees, creating a large circle around the inside.

Scout stood up with a wag of his tail. "Okay, then follow me. I heard that the stream looks golden at this time of day in this weather." He started out of camp trusting that Delilah would be close bind him and began on his way towards the stream in the woods.

Lily couldn't help a smile at his chuckle, although her cheeks also heated up a bit more. She hoped he didn't see her as immature or anything, as her curiosity and ability to get lost in her own head could emit that illusion. When they turned down a strange, overgrown path she was a bit confused, but followed none the less. Here it came in handy being a bit smaller than him, as the brown/white-furred husky fit on the narrow, overgrown path a bit better than Coal did. That didn't stop her from being clumsy as usual though, and she tripped over a branch but managed to catch herself before ungracefully landing on her face. Glancing down she noticed a small scratch right above her right front paw, but with a shrug and a quick lick to catch the only small droplet of blood, she continued. It was so small it'd be gone or unnoticeable in a day or two. Besides, she got worse wounds when wrestling with Felix and Jack. She was a bit embarrassed at having tripped though, as her occasional clumsiness didn't quite match her usual abilities within stealth and speed when hunting, and she hoped her hadn't seen or heard it. Lily forgot everything about it when Coal stopped, and she stepped up besides him and stared at the branched wall with a tilted head and curiously perked ears. I wonder what place these trees are hiding. She didn't say anything, merely offered him a warm smile, understanding that he hadn't shown this place to anyone else and would take it in his own pace, something she also appreciated greatly. If it was rushed and cocky, it would loose some of the special feeling it had about it.

Delilah nodded before padding after Scout. The shade of the trees were a welcome sight as she followed behind him.

He shouldered his way through the branches, keeping his weight based purely on one tree, so it created an opening. The tree branches bent a bit and he was able to walk halfway through the gap while leaving it open for Lily. His gaze looked upon the waterfall, its noise previously muted by the thick branches. The crystalline water fell into a pool at the base. Flowers and bushes scattered along the ground. He knew that behind the waterfall was a beautiful cave with the smoothest stones covering the ground.

Scout scented the air and followed the smell of the stream. Finally he came across it. "Here we are, and just as nice as I thought it would be."

(i hope this works, i couldn't think of anything else to get him to talk to blue since he was out on a patrol)

Hades found an intriguing smell while out patrolling, and got carried away with following it that he didn't, quite notice the broken glass on the ground in front of him, and walked right into it, he let out a yelp, and quickly stepped back. he took a few more steps back, whining, he laid on the ground and licked his paw, trying to pull the glass out, but it was to deep to get it out by himself, and he was all the way on the far side of the territory, so he would have to limp all the way back. he stood up, walking on three paws proved to be difficult, but he eventually got the hang of it, by the time he got back to camp, their was a steady line of blood dripping from his paw. he whined once more, he took the last few steps to blue's den. finding her laying their. he stood their while he explained what happened "i hurt my paw, i was following a strange scent that seemed somewhat familiar, but i couldn't make it out so i followed it, i got carried away, and ended up stepping right into broken glass" he said to her

Athena sat up. "my mind is going kinda crazy" she admitted. "i have never had pups before, and i'm not sure these pups are supposed to be this big, they have been hurting me a lot lately, and i'm not sure that is normal" she told aspen

Zeus nodded to what the two females were saying, "well let's get this show on the road" zeus said following after the two females. "so where will we be hunting today?" he asked them

Zeus wagged his tail. "bird eggs? if we find them, it will be the first birds eggs this spring!" he said all excited. maybe we can even catch their mother." zeus said, running circles around them excited now

"Then let's get going," Ruby said as she quickly took the lead, soon bringing them to a certain tree in the middle of the forest. "It's up there." Legend good next to the tree and crouched down, "hop on you two. I'll help you get closer so you can get the rear if the way up." Ruby hopped onto her back, waiting for Zeus.

Zeus wagged his tail, and sat on his haunches, quickly leaping up onto legends back. " we will grab the eggs and hand them to you, you will carefully put them on the ground and tell us when you are ready for the next one" he told legend

Legend said, "okay," and stood up to her full height. She could feel Ruby jumping into the tree and heard the sound of her claws dragging her into the branches. Once the dogs were in the tree she stretched up on her hind legs to reach them when they handed down the eggs. She could hear the words of Ruby as she said, "hey look there are tons ofeathers in here too. We can bring them back for Athena."

Jack shook his silvery and white pelt, grey eyes flickering calmly about the camp, noting the absence of not only Beta Coal and Lily but also a few others. He wondered if he should do something as well.

Lily's mind was a bit preoccupied with the flutter of her chest when her soft fur brushed against Coal's as she squeezed by, offering him a thankful smile for helping her get through. But once she looked ahead and saw what he wanted to show her, her jaw fell open and her chocolate hues widened almost comically in wonder. She was breathless, awestruck at the sight and she felt so honored to have been shown this. With light and careful steps, she stepped closer, the tip of her tail flickering and ears perked directly forwards, until she was close enough for a few water droplets to hit her. One hit her nose and caused her to sneeze, making her shake her head briefly to recover before sticking her muzzle out again, eyes constantly flickering about every detail and the glimmering rocks, damp from the watery mist from the falling cool water. "This is... amazing.." She breathed out, returning to Coal's side, tiny water droplets glimmering in her pelt. She had a hard time looking away from it all, but eventually she connected their gazes and gave him a big, genuine smile. "Thank you so much for showing me this... I don't know what I did to deserve this."

Zeus~1 1/2 years~Male~Searching for a mate~Hunter

Zeus climbed into the tree after ruby. "ya, she will love them." he said, he grabbed a bunch of them in hi mouth, and dropped them to the ground, knowing it wouldn't damage them, once they were all making their way to the ground he started helping ruby with the bird eggs. "i think i see another nest, it's just a little farther up. i will go get them, i will pass them to ruby, ruby you pass them to legend" he said, climbing his way to the next nest he began slowly handing them to ruby.
