  • It hadn't been a long time since Cass joined Blizzardclan. And while she was adjusted to her life at this point, she barely knew anyone here. Sure, she could live without being friends with a bunch of people. She already lived the majority of her life on her own, or only with a few people. It wouldn't kill her to actually try and get to know her clan mates, though. Besides, she really needed to work out those trust issues of hers, though she didn't really want to admit it. She figured a meet and greet would be a good way to meet new people. Hopefully this clan would at least have more familiar faces at this point. Cass would actually be able to properly introduce herself at this point.

"Meet and greet, over here!" she called out, unsure of what really to say. She hoped that these clan mates would actually be friendly enough to come out and talk to her; she honestly wasn't really sure. Hopefully, she'd actually gain some familiarity with a few people.

He took it upon himself to know every face and name in Blizzardclan so it wasn't a surprise that the kitsune was attracted by the announcement of a meet and greet. Upon catching sight of the speaker, Mieczyslaw was one hundred percent sure that the two hadn't ever met before. That was good, he'll take this time to learn what he could about the feline. "Hi, I'm Mie," the vulpes offered with a slight smile as he joined her, noting her strange white eyes. They were quite strange but appearances were just appearances, there were a lot of unique creatures out there, "and you are?"

Boy hadn't actually met that many people yet, regardless of his general ease being around strangers. He knew several kids like himself, all of them a strange influx of lion cubs, but other than them, there were only a few BlizzardClanners whose names he had. There was Ben, and Lorraine, Sylmae and Luna, but he didn't know anyone else, at least when it came to naming them. He recognized faces easily enough, though he doubted they wanted him making up names he thought suited their appearances, or nicknames in general; Wintercub didn't appreciate it all that much, except if he made less of an attempt to be purposely confrontational, maybe he wouldn't mind. Or maybe he would- Boy wasn't about to find out, because pressing his buttons was a little too entertaining. Anyway, this seemed like a prime opportunity to expand his horizons, so the dark cub trotted over from where he'd been trying -in vain- to make sense of the little letters in books. "Hey there, I'm Boycub, but you can call me Boy or B." Cobalt eyes glanced over at the fox-thing, who introduced himself as Mie. It wasn't directed at B, but he would keep the name in mind nonetheless. "Interesting eyes you have there." He wasn't the only one getting a few apparition-y vibes, was he?

Fadingmoon heard the call for a meet and great and perked her head upwards. She sauntered over and took as eat beside Mie, a smiel spreading across her face. Yes, she had met Cass before. In fact, Fading had been the one to help Cass join and come back to a hut. But that didn't mean she couldn't interact with her some more! "Hey Cass! It's Fadingmoon, if you forgot. How are you settling into BlizzardClan?"

  • [center][fancypost=width: 500px; line-height:1.4; text-align: justify; padding: 2px][size=9]"Can you see out of those?" The eyes, he means. She doesn't have any visible pupils, from what he can see, and pupils typically allow a person to see, so— he's curious, alright? That isn't exactly the most tactful way of asking it, but perhaps his youth'll excuse him — or maybe he'll be chastised for insolence, and he'll ultimately find himself shutting up, staring at the ground and feeling generally irritable for the rest of the day, perhaps even without receiving an answer to his original inquiry. Aside from B, nobody else has bothered to bring up the fact that she's glowing— not just in the eyes, but in the mouth, when she speaks, as though she's swallowed a flame and the light is working to force its way through wherever possible. That's an interesting concept, but it also sounds wholly unrealistic; then again, everything about this place is wholly unrealistic, so maybe he ought to stop applying his own rules to everything he encounters.

This place is strange. It's large enough for him, like some others, to recognise only a small portion of the people about him, and there's an uncomfortable sensation of being swamped that likes to chase him wherever he goes, nipping at his heels if he moves too slowly. Managing it is a task best done by immersing himself in the activities that this place offers, or by attempting to make friends with little-to-no taught social skills, and that isn't always easy, but he doesn't think he's that unapproachable. If nothing else, there's a strange sort of warmth to him that just comes naturally, and even if he's setting out questions as blunt as the one that's just escaped him, he doesn't do it in a tone that intends to offend. Maybe stating that is tasteless, but he'd hate for people to view him as purposely judgemental. Even if he's slowly losing parts of his immediate empathy, he's trying to preserve whatever he has. "I mean— they're pretty cool. I like them," he remedies, sounding no less enthusiastic. It's a start.

In his typical fashion, Robincub flops down somewhere between Boycub and Fadingmoon, the former out of a strange sort of kindred spirit and the latter out of growing familiarity. It's nice, being able to look at people and think I know you. It makes him feel a little less lost. "I'm Robin, by the way. Nice to meet you."

  • As Cass had expected, others were already approaching her. Well, there really was no backing out of this meet and greet now. When the first two approached her, she gave a friendly dip of her head, listening to their greetings. "I'm Cass, nice to meet you guys!" she greeted them, trying to give off a friendly smile. She heard Boy's comment about her eyes. Sure, this was something she expected to hear at some point; she'd generally get some sort of comment on her eyes from time to time. Personally, she wasn't quite a fan of it. She just decided to brush that off for the time being.

"Well, thanks..." she replied to the comment, honestly not sure what else to say. Some relief struck her when she noticed Fadingmoon. She was one of those who helped her out when she decided to join Blizzardclan. It was nice seeing her around. "Hey, Fadingmoon!" she greeted her, "I've been doing well. I'm actually really enjoying my time here!" Cass was honestly surprised that she was handling this whole situation pretty well. She had a hard time trusting people at first when she joined, though, admittedly, she let her guard down way more than she would've in the past.

She soon turned her focus over to Robin, soon after hearing his question. Again, she heard something about her eyes. It wasn't like she was unaware that they were odd, and they practically made no sense. She decided she might as well answer his question. "Yup! I can see. Pretty clearly, actually," she replied to his question. She decided to change the subject for now. "It's nice seeing you all out here. And, uh, if any of you have questions or things you want to know about me, feel free to ask!"

  • [center][fancypost= bgcolor= opacity: 0.5; borderwidth=0px; width: 450px;][font=Lucida Calligraphy][align=justify]Oohh what a perfect opportunity it was to finally get to a meet and greet, especially with new members that she hasn't spoken to yet. The white angora approached the small group, flicking her tail in greet. "Hi, my name is Yuki-Onna. Pleasure to meet you," she greeted Cass with a polite smile. She's only been new here for a month and she glads glad to see some new faces to another BlizzardClanner.

Lottie was the next one to arrive to the scene, following in after Yuki-Onna. Lottie had been just recently just finished resorting herbs inside the medic hut, finally having some extra time. She had noticed the meet and greet forming, and thought it would be wonderful to introduce herself to Cass. She certainly has not spoken with Cass before, it was a perfect opportunity to get to know her. Looking over at Cass with a soft smile, the Head Medic spoke up. "Hello Mademoiselle, my name is Iselotta Daae," She said with a dip of her head, her tail swishing behind her. "It's very nice to meet you!"
