So i think this is what we're going with but I'm not sure so I'll suggest it anyway:
Maybe the names for the ranks should just be the regular english "boss" "commander" "chief" etc because the scientific plant names are kind of confusing and i don't know many people who would see that and get the reference. So if we leave the ranks as regular names, we can use poisonous plant names for our codenames - like within the mafia, hugo is not called hugo, he is foxglove; sorta to disguise their identity or something.

we basically decided the names for the ranks and that all members should have a codename. the codename should be a poisonous plant of some kind - see HERE for some ideas if you'd like. Check the first post for names that are taken. Aside from that we designed a contract to use in deals, but not much else.also i'll probably be inactive with hugo for a day or two due to school stuff :/ and finding muse rip
