  • Arkonis nodded along with her words, commiting that to memory. Just in case there was an emergency of course! Yep, emergency only. He stood up from the bed and automatically brushed himself off. The demon muttered another spell and instantly he was back in his usual clothes. Still warm from the spell too, like a nice heated blanket. "Free until tomorrow? Good, I'll try to see if I can get a set date for that prince. Oh, and I almost forgot to give you this." He reached behind his head and slipped his amulet off, tossing it to Loki. "This will teleport me to you if you need me. Just hold it close and say my name and I shall appear. Handy isn't it?"

  • Loki looked at the amulet as she set it on the bed. She frowned slightly and nibbled on her lips as she thought. Did her farther also wear this? She surprisingly quite liked that thought. Loki straightened up when she realised that she was silent for far too long. "Yes, very handy indeed. Can I use this when I want you to take a bath with me?" She asked in a serious manner, standing up with a huff. She turned around before striping to her underwear, quickly pulling on her training clothing. Loki hummed, tying up her hair in a messy bun as she looked in the mirror. Shrugging the girl jumped away and placed a small kiss on Arkonis. "See you tomorrow, love." Loki said as she trotted out the room, humming as she moved towards the gardens.

  • "Well...I mean...you definitely could. You probably shouldn't but you can if you wish." Arkonis rolled his eyes at the question, somehow knowing Loki would do that anyway. The amulet was an invention of his own design, it was way more convenient than someone having to hunt him down. That was always exhausting for every party involved. He smothered a smile as she gave him a kiss, something that confused him. He really needed to get a grip on his emotions. The demon headed out of the room and down the hall not long after Loki. "Right, how hard can it be to find a prince? Oh wait...very hard." He muttered to himself as he left the castle. He knew from experience that royals could be elusive if they chooses to be, however enough gold can convince anyone to talk. All he needed to do now was find someone with information.

  • Loki hummed when she stepped in the empty training grounds, trying to find an man with long grey hair covered in colourful tattoos. She gasped when she felt herself get tackled to the ground by someone, scowling when she noticed it was only Harrison, the old man who she was looking for. After a bit of struggling Loki finally managed to kick the older man off her, eyes narrowing as she threw a punch at his face only to get kicked in her stomach. The fight didn't last that long until the girl had gotten pinned to the ground again. "You've been pretty tame these last few days." The old man said curiously making Loki shrug weakly. "Is there a problem with that?" She snapped, flipping them so she was on top. The girl punched the face with all her strength making the old man's cheek bruise and swell slightly. "Nothing. I just want to know why you stuck around the castle for so long, the Loki I raised would break out the castle any chance she got and play pranks on the castle guards until they quit." He said making Loki's scowl deepen. Harrison never had children so in a strange sort of way he took Loki under his wing and teached her how to steal, fight and pull pranks on people meaning most of her childhood was spent with him and his lovely wife. "I found a new toy."

  • "What do you mean you've got no idea?!" Arkonis said, glaring at the guard captain. This specific captain was responsible for everyone and everything into it out of the kingdom's gate. Which is why the demon was so annoyed by his dumbfounded look. "You literally have total control over the whole main gate! How do you not know that there's a prince coming!?" The guard just offered Arkonis a shrug in response. He groaned and waved the captain off, bidding him back to his work. "How much of a surprise is this?" He muttered to himself, leaving the gate and heading back to the castle. One of the maids had relayed the information, that meant that he had to, shiver, talk to the maids.

  • Loki hummed when she's looked around, Harrison and herself had only practiced for a hour or a so but she was already sweating. She shot the old man a look of appreciation as he threw her a towel, wiping away all the sweat from her face. "How's Molly doing? I trust she's still going on hunting trips?" She asked curiously as she started walking back into the castle with Harrison beside her. The old man only offered her a nod as they walked into the large building. Loki narrowed her eyes when she noticed Arkonis heading towards the maids. She blushed slightly as she passed the demon not even noticing she was clinging onto Harrison's arm as if she was a child.

  • Arkonis glanced at Loki, giving her a nod as he passed. He spared another glance at Harrison, barely recognizing the man. He had seen him around plenty of times sure, just never really talked to him. He didn't stop to talk however, unfortunately he had unfinished business to attend to. Very awkward and even partially scary was one of the many ways to descibe most of his conversations with the maids. However they were determined and loyal so the demon never tried to judge them too badly, even if he did catch them stealing things from his room every now and then. He changed his locks almost every week, he didn't know how they kept getting in. Secret passages he supposed.

  • "Hmm, Loki. You can let go of my arm now." Harrison teased making the girl jump away and scowl. Sighing she fixed her hair that fell out of the messy bun she had out it in earlier. Loki was tempted to walk after Arkonis then follow him around like a lost puppy but she knew that it would be more then a little unfair since it was his off time. "Loki if your trying to toy with the demon I'd suggest you stop now. His kind is not the type to mess with." The old man warned darkly making Loki roll her eyes. "You know I'm going to do it anyways, right?" "Yep." They both snickered and walked into the kitchen.

  • "Look, I'm just asking for the maid that told us about the prince's arrival." Arkonis explained for the third time to the head maid in front of him. The woman didn't seem to care however, a blank look on her face as she listened to the demon. "What was her name?" The maid asked in a monotonous tone. "I...don't know. I didn't ask." Arkonis hesitatingly replied, causing the maid to glare at him. "You don't know her name? Do you even know my name?" She asked, folding her arms in front of her. "Of course! It's...uh...hmmm...Bernadette?" He guessed with a nervous look. The maid brightened up immediately, causing the demon to sigh in relief. "I knew you knew my name! I'm sorry I doubted you sir, let me see if I can find her for you."

  • Loki giggled when she felt herself get kicked out the kitchen with Harrison for stealing some (most) of the alcohol. It seemed like a good idea at the time but now she realised that she probably shouldn't have since she was a lightweight. She stumbled into a suit of armour making her stumble backwards and point a finger accusingly at it. "Watch out you I know karate." She lied, getting thrown over Harrison's shoulder before she could try to kick the suit of armour. "Okay, bedtime." The old man said as he carried her down the hallway. "I don't want to go to bed! I wanna be free! Arkonis heeelp!" She practically shouted, kicking her feet around.

  • Arkonis sighed as he heard the shout, making his way towards where he heard it. He had told Bernadette to just go and find him later once she had found the maid. He turned the corner and could practically smell the alcohol radiating from the girl. "Oh you've got to be-how much did she drink? Smells like a pirate's birthday!" He asked Harrison, not even trying to make sense of what Loki would've said. She barely made sense to him when she was sober, he didn't want to think about what she was like whenever she was drunk.

  • Harrison only snorted at the comment, placing the drunk Loki on the floor so she could stumble towards Arkonis only to fall over her own two feet. "She's your problem now. Make her drink water and take a bath. If you can." He snickered turning the opposite direction before running away. Loki clung to the demons leg, sitting on his one foot her face flustered from drinking. "I-i only had one drink!" She lied loudly while pressing her face onto the demons thigh sleepily

  • "I'm so sure you did, one drink that was a gallon full!" Arkonis sighed as he pulled Loki off of his leg and into his arms, her face was getting way too close to something down there. "Seriously what am I going to do with you?" He muttered, mostly to himself, as he headed down the hall to Loki's room. Bath first, cover up that smell a bit. The demon doubted any human could smell as much as he did, heightened senses and all that. "You do know you're supposed to be the most important person in the whole kingdom right? Being drunk off your arse isn't the best example you can set."

  • "Piss off." Loki snorted referring to his last comment. She squirmed around in the grip, scrunching up her nose in displeasure. "Let's play a-a game!" She yelped excitedly trying to find a way to get out of the demons grasp. Getting a rather idiotic idea she pulled down the demons head. Never once hesitating she kissed the demon, biting hard at his lower lip. As she pulled away she stared hard at the demon but giggled a second later. "Let me go! I wanna play!'

  • Arkonis simply rolled his eyes a Loki struggled, readjusting his grip to hold her firmly. The kiss had honestly surprised him but it did, for whatever reason, lighten his mood a little. "You can do whatever you want after you get sober, plus you were training earlier. You don't want to walk around drunk and smelling like the guards' barracks now do you?" He said, mostly to distract her because he already knew the answer. Once the demon had managed to get the queen in the bathroom he set her in the bathtub and instantly locked the door. Step one, finished. Now came the hard part. "Alright, I know I'm going to regret saying this but, strip."

  • Loki glared up at him, crossing her arms with a scowl. Struggling at first she stood up, almost falling backwards the first few seconds. She stared at Arkonis, pointing a finger at him accusingly. "Dad, I'm not drunk." She said firmly, falling down in the tub second later. Loki shot the demon a dark look before sticking out her tongue childishly. "L-look I'll even tell the c-clock." She said looking to the small clock in the corner of the room. "I'm not drunk." She hiccupped, her gaze lifted from the clock to Arkonis as if he was some sort of alien. The corners of her lips turned upwards in a smile, bursting out into a fit of laughter loudly singing a song about demons between laughs.

  • "First of all I am most certainly not your father. Second, it's bad luck to sing about demons you know. Third, I've never seen someone as drunk as you. Now am I going to have to undress you myself?" Arkonis said, crossing arms as he shot Loki a glare from behind his mask. Thankfully there was already buckets of warm water in the room from the bath earlier. Thank you maids. His question was more of a rhetorical one than an actual one, he wouldn't dare...although knowing her he might have to. He didn't look forward to that at all. Nope, definitely not at all.

  • Loki's drunken laughs finally turned into giggles. She held her arms up in the air, wiggling around her eyebrows in a suggestive manner. "Go on then. Undress me." She said waving her arms wildly in the air before she looked at the demons hand, wrinkling her nose she reached out and yanked him closer to her. Immediately she took one of the hands and sank her sharp teeth into it. "Yummy!" She said around the hand she was gnawing on. She glared up at Arkonis as if she was silently warning him not to take the hand away from her, much like a dog with it's bone.

  • "I am not going to just undress-what're you doing?"Arkonis's glare turned into a look of surprise as Loki grabbed his hand. Then she started...wha-...was she nibbling on his hand?!?! He nearly yanked his hand away until he noticed her glare. A small part of him wanted to yank it away just to see what would happen, the demon quickly banished that thought though. He decided to just wait her out for a little bit. "Why are you knowing on my hand? I don't taste good." He muttered, honestly a bit afraid of whatever answer the young queen would come up with. He knew first hand that she had a history of...strange reasons for doing weird actions.

  • Loki finally pulled away from his hand with a happy smile. "Awe, don't say that. You do taste delicious." She rolled in the bathtub giggling. She paused and stood up, stumbling out the tub. She narrowed her eyes to look at the demon clearly, humming as she scanned him from head to toe. When did he get so attractive? Well, she may as well try to get him to marry her. Loki leaned on Arkonis wrapping her arms around him, or trying to any who. "Did you manage to crawl out of hell? Because your so hot." She whispered while stranding on her toes, attacking the neck with kisses. "Will you marry me?" She asked hopefully, purring as she rubbed her head on his chest.
