  • Moonheart kept walking. She didn't say a word for the rest of the trip to the lake. When they arrived at the lake. She looked up at everybody. She sniffed the air looking for the scent. Then she looked at the wolves again. "If I'm correct he should be around the lake somewhere." She said in a low voice.

Redtail looked at the wolves. "We should split up into groups and look for him. Does someone want to choos the groups. It will and group of three and a pair group. Know who want to choose." He said as he sat down waiting to see if anybody would make the groups. If nobody volunteered he would make the groups himself.

  • (Simular but not that extensive unless we are turning this thread into a pack)

Gem hung msn further and further when they finally reached the lake he was probably half way back to the camp. He felt like his job was fine he escorted the group to the lake, Jamongi will handle it from there. Grumbling he stretched his limbs trying to work the kinks in his muscle.

Jamongi emerged from the lake to find his crew was ask accounted for. Pulling his body from the mirror like lake, taking his time to shift the weight of the water off him onto the snow tundra. I'll just watch he barked from behind the male. Wondering closer noticing Gemini probably left by now.

  • I look forward to joining this thread, but if I may say a few things:
Based off of what I've learned about Lycanthrope, a regular wolf cannot detect the difference between another regular wolf and a werewolf, apart from the fact that hey, this wolf seems to be a bit taller and bulkier than the rest.

I will play a regular wolf, but I must say, because of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, I love roleplaying werewolves.

I am also anxiously anticipating the release of The Elder Scrolls VI.

I am really, truly unsure if you are aware but:

Werewolves do not look exactly like wolves. The have the posture of a human, and are quite larger than the average wolf. Also, unlike wolves, whose pelts can rang in colors from white, black, grey, brown, russet, and even brindle, most werewolves are blackish grey. Lycanthrope are tall, generally ranging in heights around five to six feet. Of course, this is all mythology, so do what you wish, but it truly irritates me when people fail to stick to commonly known things.

    I will join shortly.

  • Ah yes, I am well aware of this my friend, in fact I know lots of things about werewolves. However, for the purpose of the plot, ChangeClaw/Julia is more of an abnormally sized wolf. She still does werewolf things like change during the full moon (granted she isn't a human because she has a moonstone necklace stuck on her.) I based this thread off of a book called Weregirl and my character (Julia/ChangeClaw) is inspired after more "spiritual" werewolves that are basically werewolves, only in their werewolf forms they look basically like normal wolves. Also for the thing about wolves not being able to distinguish normal wolves and werewolves, that is a thing addressed in this thread, as the wolves think she's a normal wolf, but are still kind of weirded out by a strangely large wolf who's an arctic wolf in an area where there is none. Sorry for all of this, I didn't intend to seem rude, I'm glad you're interested in my thread! :D

As for the pack thing, I wouldn't mind this becoming a pack thread or not, as the intro suggests it depends on how the story goes. It doesn't have to be a pack thread if you don't want and if it is a pack thread, we don't need a lot of people we can just make NPC characters

ChangeClaw was about to follow the rest when she heard something. She glanced back and saw Jamongi emerge from the water. She ran towards him. She felt like she should hug him or do the wolf equivalent, but that might be weird. Besides, she did just meet the guy yesterday. "Jamongi! We've been looking all over for you." She said, happy and relieved.

  • Also ChangeClaw is not one of the Twilight style werewolves. I hate Twilight. (But if anyone likes Twilight, that's okay. It's just my personal opinion.)

  • I also despise Twilight.

    Trauriger Blick

    Sorrowful Gaze

Rogue at the moment, until one of the small group finds her

  • Yay Twilight hating buddies!

You didn't have to make a form, but I'm glad you did. Anyways, here's some things you might need to know, just in case:

  • (lol I just read threw the recap and laugh hard st Jamongis seriousness and playing hide and seek with his pack )

Jamongi drew his head up when the she wolf ran over towards him. He figure half a day missing wouldn't send them into total panic. Shifting his footing so he could sit listening to her rushing words chuckling a bit. Indeed..Did you guys learn anything? His question was derived of emotion hiding his true agenda. If they didn't he would simply take them back up east to begin a social bonding. He wouldn't move them unless he deem it worth his shot. This pack must being a pack be closer then their own fur.

Gemini roamed back around camp heading to check the surroundings of the territory. He didn't need this he didn't need the basic trust training Jamongi knew how he felt. That to the golden and pepper male was enough. Pressing on he took up a few good look out rocks, checking the areas for anymore white fur or unnatural looking wolves.

  • Redtail and Moonheart both walked over to Jamongi. "I learned not to panic. I figured we would find you." He said with a smile. "Learning? I learned that you can't blame other for something they didn't do." Moonheart said suprised in herself. When she said this words she felt like a pup again. Not that she had anybody to talk to. She just felt like a pup. "I was blamed formyou going missing. I not going to point any claws either. I was just being blamed for it." Moonheart said in a low voice. She hasn't told anybody that until know. She figured that it wasn't important.

Redtail was happy to see Jamongi. "You want to know what else I learned? I learned that even if your alpha is missing for half a day you don't have to panic you have to keep calm and search or wait until her comes back. The alpha or the most important of the pack of course we were gonna come looking for you" Redtail said as he smiled. Then he heard Moonheart pop out with a question he never thought he would hear. "Umm...Jamongi? Can I join the pack. I know I would have nowhere else to go and I would probably still be out laying in the snow if it weren't for you guys. Another thing I learned is that you can trust others and you are one of those that I trust the most." Moonheart said with a kind warmng smile. She was only hear for one day and she loved the pack. She thought that she would never trust anybody again since her parents had abandoned her in the midddle of somewhere cold.

  • Sorry if this sounds offensive or weird, but sometimes it can be hard to be a newcomer-to-the-pack-wolf because there are other newcomers who do something or say something you were planning to, so I can't respond or else I'll sound like a broken record, but I also don't want to make ChangeClaw a vegetable by having her not say or do anything.

"Well, I-I learned that cooperating with your pack can help you achieve goals, that, to some may seem impossible. It also taught me that your friends and pack have your back no matter what, and they'll always be there for you." ChangeClaw said. Huh, I guess I did learn something. She thought to herself. "But anyways, that's at least what I learned."

  • "Umm... I think I learned that Alpha is a good swimmer." Ambrosia's eyes widened, realizing how dumb that sounded. "I-- I mean... Y-you came out of a lake..." she stammered, mentally scratching her face off. Nice going, me. Fresh out of the pup's den and you've already made a fool of yourself in front of possible new packmate, high-ranking members of the pack, and Alpha himself.

  • Trauriger Blick plodded silently through the forest, unaware when she passed over a scent line. She pricked her ears, hearing other wolves talking, and turned her path onto them. She soon saw them through the bracken, and sat down to watch, her scent concealed by the waving green fronds.

  • ChangeClaw tried not to laugh, though she had the feeling she was being watched. Granted, she always felt like she was being watched, since she was abnormally large for a wolf, and she had white fur for an area that didn't have any Arctic wolves. Except for maybe MoonHeart, but it sounded like she had traveled here from far away some how.

  • Jamongi listen to each and eff word spoken to him. His gaze never leaving a face as each spoke. Finally landing on Ambrosia he knew she was a year-ling he kept hidden from the new members. The distant ruffle of leaves and the silent crunch of a twig snapping. But he ignored it like always because he knew without much doubts that whom ever was just curious. Hmm each gained a knew experience along with learned working together and trusting one another. Leaning back he howled short and to the point. He was calling Gemini back to them. Like change you must prove yourself. Change is no longer the fresh newbie Moon you will need to show me what skills you carry. The big male stood to walk over towards the leaves and snow digging in to uncover a fresh kill. Moon ill have you travel the border with Gemini he will process your skill...also Gemini is nothing like he makes himself out to be..Ambrosia your to young to be on a rescue patrol.... looking to redtail before glancing toward the bush.

Gemini heard the call but he was already on his way to the group. He checked a border and something crossed it without care. He howled back signaling a intruder was near and he was on his way. Growing angry by the minute he shoved the threw the brushes trying his bear to get back.

  • ChangeClaw backed up a bit in shock. "I'm not a newbie anymore!?! But, but I barely know anything! I'm bad at being a wolf!" She said, in disbelief. She stopped as she heard Gemini's panicked howl.

  • Bad at being a wolf? Ambrosia wondered, confused, but before she could give it any more thought, she heard a warning howl. "Was that Gemini?" she cried, surprised by the unexpected sound. "What does that howl mean?"

  • (So I was driving lol sorry for sloppiness)

Jamongi twitched a ear at her sudden surprise. He also didn't go to much into alarm. The howl was single which meant only one intruder. The shock in young Ambrosia wasn't hard to see, clearing his throat before active panic. Ambrosia pack laws state your suppose to wait till I approve that you can leave camp.. back to business as usual, gesturing towards the kill I'm hopes everyone will fill in and eat. Redtail stay here and watch Ambrosia.. Change you too.. Your a subordinate now and your job is to protect Ambrosia..Moon let's go snuff out the intruder.. Just as he spoke Gemini busted into the scene panting hard, quickly he checked each and everyone of them satisfied with their health, the golden pepper wolf flicked his yellow gaze along the brush line. The lakes fresh water masking her scent. But not the trail, Gemini charged straight towards the bush in blind rage snapping at anything moving. He was one bush down from her and was quickly advancing in her general direction. Jamongi took the other side to circle in on whom ever was around them. He was much less aggressive and would be the best one to be spotted by.Jamongi knew Gemini had a bad temper when it came to the packs safety.

    (

  • Trauriger Blick howled in terror, scrambling out into the open and plunging straight past the Alpha's nose, into the lake, as an attempt to escape from Gemini's rage. The brindle wolf paddled strongly, making good distance, until the water clogged her entire, fluffy pelt and began to drag her below the water.
