History
It all stated out with FeatherClan. FeatherClan was created by Falconeye and Fernstrike. They had three kits, Mousetouch, Cinderfall, and Crowfur. Crowfur became Crowstar when they parents disappeared. Thrushfeather's brother Quailfur left the clan and created QuailClan. Alot of battles happened and eventually Crowstar was murdered by Quailfur, this of which caused the Great Battle. Quailfur's daughter Ravenspirit killed him. After than The Great Flood destroyed both camps so the clan had to move. During the flood, Diamondstar of FeatherClan was killed so Redfur became Redstar. While in the city, Redstar named his stepson Russetpaw deputy, even though he was only 11 moons old and hasn't mentored two Apprentices. His new name became Russetfur. As they left the city they were found by FinchClan, the cats who live in the trees. They were the ones to direct the two clans to their new territory.
But again, bad luck has struck the clans as twolegs bring in toms of dogs and tree waters to destroy their homes one more. FinchClan and CraneClan were sadly demolished. QuailClan and FeatherClan are now on a journey together once more to find a new home.

Other Info
Everyclan has this one tradition that they all use, when a kit turns 6 moons they must go and kill a bird of their choice before the next day ends. When they kill the bird, they are to take any feather and attache it to themselves. This feather is called their Feather Freind. It is said that the spirit of the bird will come and help you go to StarClan when you die, but if you die without your Feather Freind, you won't go to StarClan and you will simply fade away.
Also the spirits of their ancestors don't show themselves in a cat form, but rather their Feather Freind's spirit with the eyes of a cat. For instance, Crowstar, Quailfur, and Finchtail always follow the clan as a crow, a quail, and a finch.

personality: Russetstar has always been striving to do what's best and had became very mature at a very young age. Since he was made deputy so early, he has lots of experience now and is a very protective cat. It's hard for him to admit his feelings towards other cats since both of his previous mates died before his kits were born. Russetstar won't take any crap from anyone.

other kin: Half brother to Lightningstike. Uncle to Tigerfang, Sundance, Sparknose, and Cloud
history: He was born in a litter of two by a kittypet named Rust and a young warrior named Dreamcatcher. His sister was unliked by his mother, but since Russetstar looked most like his father, Dreamcatcher adored him dearly and named him Russetkit, after his father.
During The Great Flood, his sister Forgottenpaw died, as did most of the older cats. His mother was upset that they had to leave the clan territory, but she was fine as long as she had him. The deputy Redfur was unofficially made leader when Diamondstar never showed up. Now Redstar, him and Dreamcatcher fell in love. Them two became mates and Dreamcatcher grew pregnant once more. But a rouge had rapped her and the kits looked like the rouge. She had no clue that the litter was also Redstar's. Russetstar was an Apprentice at the time, only 11 moons old. Redstar had made him deputy and named him Russetfur. Swiftclaw, known as Swiftpaw then, was enraged to know that a younger cat became a deputy before him. When Redstar died, Russetfur became deputy at the age of 18 moons.
Russetstar had became mates with a loner named Honey. He let her join the clan and named her Honeytail. But she died before she gave birth. He then fell in love with her twin sister, Rey. But she too died before she gave birth. The Devastation, or the destruction the twolegs caused, forced him and the other clans to leave. He is now feeling quite lost.

history: She first joined FeatherClan after running away from her brith clan when she had tried to kill her brother. She fell in love with Lightningstrike and had his kits but when Quailclan went to raid FeatherClan she went with Swiftclaw back to Quailclan wanting to join them. Before she had her kits she went back to FeatherClan when Lightningstrike joined Quailclan to be with his mate. When the two legs came she took her kits and went to Quailclan wanting to make sure that Swiftclaw was ok and also wanted to see if she could join again as well.

personality: Brindleshade has quite the creative mind which seems to go hand in hand with her intelligent self, seeming to have more knowledge then normal for her age. She is kind and aspiring, and also quite the determined female, not wanting anything leave her grasp quite easily, but to also make things a brighter place. She is high-spirited as well, but that doesn't mean she isn't airy, constantly daydreaming, or...quite often anyways, but she is also quite cautious. She has gently comforting many a confused queen, or put off apprentice. Brindleshade does her best to impress everyone, and often overworks herself because of it. She is actually really shy with males, besides the few who either are related to her, and some question her sexuality because of it.

Lightfall felt a little lightheaded from all the words that had pushed themselves out of his mouth. He breathed deeply after he had finished talking (or ranting more like).

personality: When most look at Squirrelcloud they see someone who easily falls into line and would be submissive to no end. But Squirrelcloud is no lackey who falls behind someone in her own clan. Squirrelcloud is a real spitfire who is capable of changing from one emotional state to another in less time than it will take you to read this sentence! Hypersensitive and distinctly feminine, she is a charming and childlike, sensitive, gentle, and very capable feline; a femme-fatale, both seductive and daring... A real character who oscillates between timidity, coyness, dependence, submission - and their opposites. It is certainly true that her emotional well-being and equilibrium are necessary for her self-confidence. Thus, she can be alternately shy and reserved, internalized and happy to go unnoticed; then bubbly, mischievous and playful, delighted to be center stage and even rather cheeky if she feels comfortable. She has a short temper and she becomes rather violent when angered. Squirrelcloud is a terrible hunter and tracker, however she is an excellent fighter and a gifted strategist. Despite being independent, she works well in a group. Her recklessness is often a problem, as she takes risks that others normally wouldn't, getting herself into trouble. Squirrelcloud has a tendency to hide her emotions from others, which leads to bottled up sadness or even guilt. And although she needs to break down at times, she just hopes no one is ever around when she does. "It is difficult," the deputy finally managed to say after a moment of silence, her mind going towards the level-headed brown warrior she had called her sister. There wasn't much that suggest Squirrelcloud had been related to Vixenfrost, with their different looks and completely opposite personalities, one wouldn't know they were sisters upon first glances. "I'll miss her," Squirrelcloud sighed heavily, "But she died an honorable death trying to save as many cats as she could." Squirrelcloud said.
