    I'M YOUR LIONHEART — alice — windclan — she/her — tags

    [fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%]Well, she'd been planning to hold this for a while. Hopefully the turnout would be satisfying; the advisor had put some time and thought into this. It meant conversation - lots of it - but she was capable now. She could handle this. Alice stood near the regular meeting spot at the center of camp, claws tapping the ground anxiously. The aim of this was to encourage everybody to put forth their suggestions. You didn't need to be a s/hp to offer up ideas that would benefit the clan - and such actions were what got you noticed. Windclan needed all the ideas they could come up with at the moment. "Hey, we're holding an idea rally!" the pale-furred girl announced, determined to keep the shaking out of her voice. Public speaking was the worst. "Let us know if you have any suggestions for Windclan - any at all! Even if you think they're not good. We will discuss all the ideas at the end, and you can help us put them into action." Put the spark back into Windclan - it would be wonderful to see all kinds of fun events and games. Perhaps the clanners simply needed some encouragement.

    //if you would like to suggest something ooc, feel free to do that to! everyone can take part in this c;

    [fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%][color=beige]Kate was bubbling over with lots of ideas, but she figured listing them all off would make her look silly, wouldn't it? So she decided to start off slow. Eagerly padding over with a warm smile towards Alice, she shares the first idea that comes to the front of her mind. "What about a dance? Like, a really big one with costumes! And there can be different parts to it; the dance floor, a game room, a place to dine." She hadn't seen any dances occur in a long time, and it could be a fun event for both them and their allies.

    [align=justify]Luke had no ideas, but he was there to listen to others and hopefully think of something while he did.

    Henry would arrive quietly in order to listen to the ideas that would come in. He would nod slightly to Kate. "I'll be inserting my opinion on these, if all of you wouldn't mind," He'd state before continuing, "As for a costume ball, I think that sounds like a lovely idea. One of the weekly tasks given out was an ally-wide feast so, and this applies to all ideas offered today, it may not be implemented for about a week or so."

    [fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%][color=beige]Huh. Another feast? Wasn't that the last ally event they held? Despite this thought, Kate held her tongue on the matter and simply offered a polite smile and nod. "That's fine. Just be sure to let me know when I should start the costume dance up so the events don't overlap!" she requests. Boy would that be embarrassing.

  • An idea rally? That certainly sounded interesting. He wasn't all that sure what would happen though. Did they just give ideas and they went through to be played out later, or did everyone have to agree to them first? It was all very confusing to him, and he wasn't too sure. That didn't mean Alter wasn't going to at least try and participate though. No, it was clear he really needed to start getting more social. It would be hard, but it was certainly a bit necessary living with all sorts of other creatures in close proximity. "H-how about a p-picnic?" the young dalmador would suggest, slowly turning up to the already plotting group. Perhaps that had been a stupid idea, it seemed everyone else was planning a ball, not some lame picnic. Perhaps he shouldn't of spoken after all..

    [fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%]Alice smiled to Kate, nodding her approval. A dance was certainly unique, and if necessary they could split it into separate dances for the kiddos to take part in too. "That sounds really fun, Kate; you should definitely keep that idea in mind for after this feast." The lioness briefly wondered who was holding said feast - she would love to attend. Feasts meant food - and of course, allies. The sandy-furred girl directed her gaze to Alter next, grinning at the shy pup's suggestion. "A picnic is a great idea," she assured the little Hacksaw with a gentle expression. "You could even host that yourself, if you wanted to. It could be a small event, unless you had something bigger in mind." Alice had her own ideas that she wanted to propose; but had allowed her clanmates a moment to start the rally off. For starters, a short-term member swap with one of their allies would strengthen their bonds; even if it was say, two people from each clan for a week. Secondly, a mass adoption to encourage some new members into the community - whether enough adults would be willing to participate or not, she wasn't sure. "I was thinking about a member swap with one of our allies - perhaps Riverclan? If we have any volunteers, that is. Only for a few days or so - the aim would be to strengthen our alliance with them." There was that out of the way. The lioness paused, glancing to Henry hopefully - really it was up to him, she supposed. "My second suggestion is a mass adoption. There haven't been as many newcomers around as I'd like to see - but again, only if people are willing to take part."

    The serval listened intently to both of the lionesses' ideas. She'd heard of mass adoptions being done in the past, but she never actually understood what they were. So she chimed in about the member swap instead. "I remember us doing regular member exchanges with our allies in the past, they were really neat. We used to have someone make a sign up sheet and set a time for how long it'd go on-- It was a very nice way to get closer to our allies." Kate admits with a smile, seemingly interested in Alice's idea.

    Oliver had already suggested an idea, in a closer proximity. After the tournament was finished, he was going to ask Henry about hosting that event.
