AJ sweatdropped, stepping forward "Woah, hold on now small fry... Zero? You're going to talk... to Zero? Are you insane??"

“Zero cares about his niece,” Diana insisted. “If I tell him what’s going on, he’ll help.”

"Cares about his-" AJ turned away, laughing "Him- actually caring-...!"
"I do, actually..."
AJ straightened fearfully, pupils shrunk at the fact that said android was now standing behind him.

Diana kooked up in surprise, ears instinctively flattening.

"I have a wife, a son, sister and niece..." Zero walked forward, crimson eyes gleaming as he glared at AJ "I would advise you word things... extremely carefully, else you'll trip over a broken tile..."
AJ simply nodded out of fear, trying to hide his fear.
"Zero..." Louise looked to him. "What brings you here?"
"I came to see my niece's girlfriend... is that such a crime?"

“Wait, me?” Diana asked, blinking. “Not Crystal?”

"Yes, you... I know what happened last year, and your recent resurrection."

“M’kay, but... why do you care?” Diana asked with a slight tilt of her head.

He sighed gently "Look, I care more than I let on, alright...?"

“You aren’t more concerned about your niece...?”

"Why...?" He raised an eyebrow slowly "What's wrong with her...?"

“...she disappeared for nearly a year??”

"Yes, I know that... but I've had my own issues. Crystal is a strong girl, she can handle herself."

“all right,” Diana sweatdropped. “What didja wanna ask me..?”

"Do I need a purpose behind everything I do?" He shrugged irritably. "I just wanted to make sure the resurrection went smooth... I know how much you mean to her."

“Oh.” She rubbed her arm. “well, sorry... you just... don’t usually come just to check up on us...”

He rubbed the back of his head somewhat shyly "It's fine... it was a surprise for me too, although... I was hunting down AJ, so..."

“Ah.” Diana chuckled. “That sounds more like you.”
