    The last thing he wanted to do was make Lucy mad at him. He really was trying to win her back and it'd be a giant leap backwards if five minutes after she announced that going to WindClan would get your ass beat he went to WindClan to confront Vader. At least, he assumed it was Vader that caused those welts on her neck and she hadn't denied that it was him. He couldn't imagine that someone else had done it.

    He wasn't exactly "near" the forbidden Clan, he couldn't even smell the borders yet, but their scent had carried on the breeze. He stopped, staring at the path ahead of him. He couldn't continue, but he couldn't turn back without answers.

    "Was your kind not instructed to stay away?" Vader asked- looking down upon to feline from the forest edge of the tree.

    Vader was perched on a branch above- part of him gripping the trunk, and the other, the branch. That's right fuckers. Daddy can climb.

  • [center][fancypost=width: 500px; text-align: justify]His first thought was what the fuck. His second thought was shit, before finally he had a grasp on the situation. Hey, at least it was the guy he wanted to talk to. "We were. Lucy was very adamant about that, but I hardly think I'm close enough to constitute a drop to enemy status." He still refused to call her Sel. It wasn't who she was, she just didn't understand that yet.

    ".....You mean Selfdestruction. That is her name. You shall call her that." Vader said, placing his hands on his belt in a resting position.

  • [center][fancypost=width: 500px; text-align: justify]"Selfdestruction isn't a name. Lucy is. And it's her name, no matter what she's told you." This persona she'd built of this strong-willed leader wasn't who she really was, and no matter how much she denied it he'd always see through it. She was no more Sel than he was Micheal. Besides, what kind of alias was Selfdestruction? She could have picked something more subtle, something that didn't scream "fake name".

    //casually calls self out

    "Darth Vader is a name." The Sith Lord points out, tilting his head at the feline. "Selfdestruction may be called whatever she likes. I know her as Selfdestruction, so that is her name." Vader stated firmly, moving to cross his arms. Of course, he really knew her as SD-2441 and the General. Nothing changed that.

  • [center][fancypost=width: 500px; text-align: justify]"What does your name have to do with this?" Ryan asked irritably. This wasn't about Vader's name, it was about Lucy's. "You don't decide what her name is." What kind of arrogance was this? Just because you know her as that doesn't mean that's her name. He thought, oblivious to his own hypocrisy.
