Pondlily gave him a wink in reply to his gratitude, looking out over the rippling ocean. Once again, it entered her mind on how calm the water sat there. If it was cat, she imagined, its fur would be blue... Like Sharkbite's. But a much prettier color, not so awful and dark. It'd be speckled in white spots, and have eyes so blue the color would be indescribable. Yet, those exotic blue eyes would not be kind in its brightness. The cat would always be a mystery, showering the world in loveliness but created of dangers and secrets. It'd be untrusting, as the water was now, and for a moment, Lily saw the entire scenario play on the horizon. It had taken her a brief moment to recollect herself and glance sideways at the male she'd been speaking to. Oh no, she'd done it again!
"Hm? Oh please Gingey, that collar outlines you in our uniqueness! It's a blatant reminder of how we aren't all the same, and let us thank Starclan for that! Could you imagine how boring? Ew," Pondlily scrunched her pink nose up in distaste, making a face at the mere thought of every cat being the same. Then, looking down to her paw, that was gently resting on the ground with little to no weight, a sigh escaped her lips. "Oh yes, it was perhaps the most invigorating moment of my life. Grumpy ol' crab. I didn't even realize I'd gotten it until after I'd clean myself up! It really did hurt, but I don't think he did on purpose. He must've reflexively closed his claws when I'd tripped over him, because it hurts but isn't unbearable." She then paused a moment and then quietly murmured, "Does the water really give you a frighten?"
