"Hey whats that?" Fozensong meowed as he approached a large old tree. As the tom got a closer look he could see a hole in the bottom of the stump. He padded in and noticed that it was hollow. "Cool" he meowed. His words echoed in the tree. He began to climb the inside of the tree, which was easy since there were what looked like steps going up the tree. When he reached the top, light shone in. What a view.... If only I could share this with some one. He climbed back down, and looked around for any other, he didn't want to give his new hideout away. He turned around as he heard rustling in the bushes.... "Who goes there?"

Icefang padded from the shadows. She had been hunting when she saw Frozensong. "It's just me." the fox-fanged enforced claws sheathed, letting her prey scurry away. The gray flecked silver tabby's green eyes studied the tree. "..Whats that?"

"Oh well um, its- Just come inside." he meowed. Darn.... someone saw me. Hopefully she is nice, he thought. Why did he need to keep it a secret? Frozensong lead the she-cat in. "Its a hollowed tree. I think its very old. If you look up, you can see the sunlight coming in." he purred. He was proud that he had found such a unique place to hang out.

Icefang's ears perked in curiosity as she followed Frozensong. She looked around, smiling lightly at the sight. "Wow... it is really interesting." she nodded. "Quiet."

"No don't be quiet. When you talk loud you can hear an echo." he meowed. He padded up to the "steps." "Look at theses, you can climb up them and reach the top." he purred.

The light she-cat smiled lightly, following the tom. It really was pretty cool. "Echo~!" She purred.

"Woah let me try!" Frozensong laughed. He got in the center of the tree, looked up and meowed,"Ech-echo!!" He loved this tree. Frozensong was getting tired. "I'm going to go and take a long rest. You're welcomed to stay here overnight if you want." he yawned.

The she-cat stared with bright green eyes. "You're staying here?"

"Why wouldn't I? I could watch over it, so no one can take it." Frozensong purred. He curled up and lay down in a small corner. "Goodnight Icefang!" he meowed.

The pale tabby chuckled lightly and smiled. She was tired... and camp was a bit far off. She didn't want to be around her two friends when they were so excited about having kits... She took Frozensong's invitation and curled up.

He saw Icefang curl up. Frozensong went to sleep. What would he dream about tonight? The tree? A battle? Nope, he wouldn't be dreaming tonight. Frozensong was to excited. The next morning he was the first one up. He had never seen the tree with so much light. After all he had only found it yesterday.

The she-cat had dreams of sweet plump mice and the warmth of new leaf... When she woke, she felt the crisp air of leaf-fall and saw the sun. The she-cats green eyes looked around.

Frozensong had climbed up the tree and was sitting on the top branch. He enjoyed all of the sunlight. Frozensong loved the warm feeling of the light. He heard rustling at the bottom of the tree. "Icefang, are you awake yet?" he asked.

The blue she-cat looked around when she heard the toms voice. "Frozensong?" she peeked through the branches, catching sight of his pelt. "What are you doing up there?"

"Climb up the tree and find out!" he laughed. When she came up she would realize why Frozensong was up at top of the hollow tree that he had found while hunting. He wondered if his friends missed him or even realized he was missing.

Fox-re-enforced claws unsheathed as the tabby jumped and started to clamb the tree. Curiosity perked her interest and she., with only a little trouble, gained the distance and balance-walked her way to Frozensong.
Oh wow.... its beautiful." -
"Yeah I.....- Hey do you smell that? I think somethings burning." he meowed. Frozensong knew something bad was going to happen to this tree as soon as they found it. "We have to get out of here!"

Green eyes moved around, looking for the source, but she knew there was no time. The warrior nodded and started down the tree.

Frozensong let Icefang out first. He looked over and saw bright flames. "We need the head back to camp. You and I will meet up again here tomorrow." he meowed. The tom ran off.
