History: Of course, as an only child going to private schools his entire life, he wasn't used to working with others or very much social interaction. He had a somewhat normal life, he guessed. It was the only normal he knew. His mother was a computer scientist and his father a weapons smith, each working together to develop technology that would be useful to New York's heroes. As he grew up, he was put into various activities at once and kept up with them every week for the vast majority of his life. He was put into selfdefence classes, karate, ballet, and gymnastics, and was also taught rock-climbing and how to use the various gadgets that his parents made as well as shoot different types of guns. He was pretty average, despite all that, up until the point where both of his parents died. They were hit by a train that got derailed by some sort of accident that was caused by a superpowered being, and decided to go into the business they built things for. He uses their weapons and gadgets to this day.

Powers & abilities: Powers? No. Abilities, yes. Due to years of ballet, gymnastics, karate, and whatnot, he's trained efficiently in the marhsall art and is incredible agile and flexible, even if clumsy at times. He knows how to handle most guns and has good accuracy when it comes to throwing other weapons. Though it doesn't look it, he has surprising upperbody strength and minor skills when it comes to technology. He knows enough to get a very minor task done, should Jetsam be busy with something else.

Clothing Style: When not doing missions, often Rich just walks around in casual clothes consisting of hoodies, geeky T-shirt from movies, sweatpants, and sneakers.

Family: Orphaned, counts Eliza and a majority of his teammates as family.

History: When Rich was born, he was an artificially made child born from test tubes and samples of male sperm and female eggs for a very large project known as project F.O.R.M. This project was to test to see of the average human body's genetic coding and DNA could be modified and manipulated to the point where a human being could be able to physically shift into other forms. Rich was one of many test tube children that was involved in this project, and had actually lived a pretty decent life there. Though not treated 100% the best, he and many other children were at least able to survive and weren't abused to death. Well, at least not some of the children.

Rich was heavily tested on as a child, being pushed to the brink of almost killing himself during tests around the facility. Strength tests, speed tests, battle tests, shapeshifting tests, survival tests, and even more sorts of tests and projects built up around him. Sometimes they would even strap him down against a mdecial table and cut into him, extracting blood and bones and any sort of DNA essence they could get. Urine, blood, bone, hair, cartilage, enamel, skin, fat, even stomach acids and sweat. They would get anything they could to learn about every nook and cranny in his body and extract everything they could figure out about him. They began to transform and change the genetic code that made up his body, allowing him to be able to transform into multiple different forms due to the codes they had created. Though two large faults in this transformation though, was not only the limited amount of time, but as well as Rich's issue with a thing called "blipping". When a blip happens, his code goes a little haywire, causing him to randomly transform and not be able to transform back into his original form for a certain amount of time until the code fixes itself.

When Rich was around fifteen, he had escaped during a test with his rattus form, allowing him to slip out of the labs quickly. Though it was rough for him to survive outside of the lab, he was found by one of Eliza's members, and was taken into the facility to be rehabilitated to be able to think and fend for himself.

Powers & abilities: Shapeshifting - Rich is able to shape shift into a numerous number of transformations, each one unique to his DNA. The transformations are made up of genetic code that were placed into his own DNA and genetic code, allowing him to transform into certain forms.

• Volantes form - Rich is able to shift his body to have wings similar to that of an angel's or a bird's, allowing him to fly and do certain attacks in midair.

• Lupus Form - Rich is able to shift his body into that of a mixture of a human and a werewolf, retaining his physical appearance and hairstyle somewhat. This form is often used for strong, swift attacks against enemies.

• Ratus form - Rich is able to shift his body into a small rat form, usually used for getting around tight spaces and going into areas that normally others couldn't go into.
