Stuck like a melody in my head
In the bed of my truck
By the light of the midnight moon
Baby I see you
I see you by Luke Bryan

The blonde stormed from the home, slamming the door behind her as she left, tears streaming down her face as she left. To say she was upset was understatement, like a major one. She had never had heartbreak like this before, and honestly through High School she had been the heart breaker. But now she knew how it felt to have her heart broken. She thought he had been the one, her everything, her other half. Guess not. It all came crashing down in a nasty fight. They had quarrels and bickers before but this time it was different. Something seemed to snap in him and he lashed out, the strike had hit her in the right eye and she could already feel her eyes swelling and bruising up. They never had this problem. He never once had struck out at her, but it stung that he had and she couldn't figure out what happened.
The fight had been over why he wasn't home anymore, a reasonable question which she simply had said if he no longer wanted to be together all he had to do was say it. But then a fight broke out and screaming ensued. She hadn't been prepared for it and yelled a few hateful words, which she assumed hit more than a nerve as his fist came flying towards her, knocking her to the ground. She had gotten up and they both just stared at each other for a moment. She then darted through the house, grabbing the few things she kept there and heading for the door. He had tried to block the door telling her had been an accident but she only shot him a glare and snapped out, "We're done."
She was heartbroken unsure of what the hell was going on. But she did know she had to get the hell out of that home. The young twenty-four year old sat in her old 1990 Toyota Corolla GTS Coupe she had bought off her Uncle when she turned seventeen. The Old Thing stuttered to life as she turned the key. Tears streaming down her face. Was she over reacting to this whole thing? Probably. But he hit her! He never once laid a hand on her in a fit of rage and she was confused and upset. She looked to her driver's side window as his figure had now taken it up and she only cracked the window, "Sasha, come on, come back inside. Please? I swear it won't happen again." How was she supposed to believe that? She had no idea but shook her head. Hitting her was not something she could get over.
She stepped on the gas as tears streamed down her face. She sped from the driveway and down the street. Her bright red coupe disappearing from his view after she turned down a side street. The town she lived in was a growing town on the side of a mountain. At the bottom of a mountain the Ranger River moved angrily, rushing and splashing against it's river bed from the all the rain the day before and earlier this evening. The roads of the mountain were slick, winding, and mostly all downhill from her ex's place. She wiped tears from her eyes as she no longer paid any attention to the speed she was going. Rounding the tight turns of the mountain she really should have been going a lot slower. She rounded one corner and quickly jerked the wheel sharply to the right as a truck horn blared and it's lights shot into her eyes.
She was spinning, her feet trying to hit the brakes, the squeal of the brakes as they tried to work and get the car to stop. The tires, slipping as the car spun off the road, tumbling once, twice, a third time as a scream ripped through her throat and her arms instinctively came up to protect her face and head milliseconds before the passenger side slammed into a large oak tree bringing the car to a sudden halt. Her ears were ringing, everything seemed to be spinning as she tried to focus her blue eyes on anything. Her fingers moved to get the seatbelt off with a click as she open her mouth she could taste the copper of her blood and feel the glass in her mouth. She saw a hand reach in and shut the car off, when had someone gotten here? Her blues looked to the person but clearly weren't focusing on them. They were talking, and she was trying to make out what they were saying, "Leg." She managed out as she figured out the question. It had been are you alright? Anything hurt more than others? Or maybe something along those lines... she thought that is what they were asking. Her leg had searing pain in it now as her adrenaline had run out. Her blue eyes looking to leg now, her pale blue skinny jeans ripped and torn, blood oozing from where glass had cut her legs, and her left leg appeared stuck from how the door and dash board caved in. Her right she could move but her left was just painful.
The person walking to the crumpled car would see the red Toyota Coupe crumpled, the roof slightly caved in, every window broken and smashed. The passenger side door was completely caved in. No one should have survived upon walking up to it that would be their first impression. Upon looking inside the dashboard had snapped in two, the passenger side halfway through the passenger seat, but the driver's side had remained relatively intact with the exception of caving downwards on the left side, trapping her left leg. The airbags were all deployed and now since deflated, the blonde in the driver's seat appeared dazed, confused, and probably with a concussion as her eyes were in-focusing on the person who approached.
OOC ..... I got carried away and am generally pretty bad at starting posts, but I think this is pretty good. XD
