We can start whenever you want.

  • Weiss woke up to an unfamiliar place in front of him. Had he fallen? He couldn't remember. Then he realized he was missing something. He quickly patted his body, frantically searching for it. "Where's that journal..." He became more worried when he heard the echo. "Where's that journal..." He fell over, landing on top of it. He opened it to a blank page, and started writing. He looked at his surroundings, all dark except for the blue and yellow flowers.

  • Joan rolled around in bed. She didn't really want to get up, but she knew she had to. Even though, for the most part, you couldn't see the sun, she still knew that anyone, her parents, or a servant, would go into her and tell her she had to get up.

  • Weiss Finished up a drawing of what the flowers looked like, and looked around once again at the place he was in. It looked damaged and unrepaired, as well as old? Maybe? He couldn't tell. "This is so weird... What's going on here?" He felt awfully curious, so he started to walk in a random direction. There was a door there, newer than the other things. It felt off-putting, as everything here made him feel, so he walked through it, unknowing of what lay ahead.

(Should we make it so they stumble onto each other?)

She held a cup of tea in one hand and a book in the other, and a smile was upon her muzzle. She liked waking up early, since she had more time during the day if she did so. The Queen hummed to herself for a few long moments then shut the book with a quiet sigh, marking the page with the green ribbon provided. It was about time to wake up her daughter, princess Joan. Standing up with a grunt, Eleanor placed her glasses on the book she was reading previously, and resumed her humming. It didn't take long for her to reach her daugher's room, and hesitating at her door for a few moments, the Queen quietly opened her door and peered inside. Silently padding over to her bed, the Queen sat down on the edge of it, and gently placed her hand upon her child's head. "Darling~," she whispered, leaning close to her ear, "it's time to wake up. I've prepared breakfast and tea for you." A small smile graced her muzzle as she gently shook Joan, trying to raise her from her slumber. Eleanor felt kind of bad. She didn't want to take her out of such a peaceful state, but sadly, she needed to.

[center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Eleanor wasn't the only one up; the Captain of the Guard, also known as 'Captain', was lounging around the library, like she usually did in the morning. The couches there were comfortable, and she liked comfortable things. Lying sprawled across the couch, Captain had one arm over her eyes and the other around her gun, which was propped up against the couch. She was still tired, at least a little bit, and didn't feel like doing her job just yet. She was passionate about being the Captain, but sometimes, she just wanted to relax. Luckily for her, no one else was up(besides Djali), so she didn't need to do anything just yet. A content sigh followed by a long yawn escaped her lips, and flipping over onto her side, her eyes fluttered open. "Djali," Captain called, catching the Boss Monster's attention. "What time is it?" she asked, to which he responded with "time to go to work, Captain." A small, quiet whine escaped her lips as she kicked her legs over the couch, and grabbing her gun, she stored it on her back before walking over to the counter. Djali, the librarian, had a coffee in one hand and a book in the other. "Bye Djali," Captain yawned, waving goodbye as she exited the Library. When she was back outdoors, Captain lowered down onto all four legs, then stretched out her limbs and back. Leaping back to her feet, she sighed quietly, rubbed her eyes, then started to walk away. The Royal Guard would be getting up soon, so she could give them orders. Until then, though, she was by herself. A small grunt escaped her lips as she padded towards the castle, which held what she was guarding. The Royal Family.

[center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ At this hour, Djali would still be asleep. He worked early, though, so he lost that privledge. Besides, coffee gave him all the energy he needed. A small hum escaped his lips as he bookmarked his page, shut he book, and placed it atop the counter where he worked. Raisig his arms high above his head, electricity sparked at his fingers as he stretched out, and sighing with content he sat back down in his coldly chair. No one entered the library yet, so he didn't have to do anything.

  • Joan yawned and stretched."Mmkay." She said, groggily. She rubbed her eyes and went off to the closet to see what she should wear for today. She did have classes today, so she had to at least wear something decent. Joan tapped her foot. What to wear? What to wear?

  • Echo sat on an empty spot, surrounded by Echo Flowers, she new that one of the royal part of the family, the captain of the royal guard, or just a guard coming to talk to her, soshe sat and waited, while singing a few tunes "Echo Flowers near the lake, sits a young maiden ready to serve the royal king" she kept singing

  • [center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Queen Eleanor chuckled quietly and stood, then approached her daugher's closet as well. Since she was much taller than Joan, she could search through her clothes without getting in the way. "Hmm, how about this?" Eleanor hummed, holding up a gown. It was decorated with plant-like details, which sparked when light touched them. "It would look good on you," she hummed, placing the gown on her bed. Returning to the closet, she began to look through her clothes once again. As a mother, she felt obliged to help her daughter out when she needed it.

[center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Captain jogged towards the castle, passing by the advisor while doing so. Shouting a short greeting she continued on her path, and when she reached the entrance of the castle, she thought something was off. Pausing for a moment, she turned around and angled her ears towards the noise, then growled. Something was in the ruins. Narrowing her eyes, Captain stared in the direction of the ruins, and growling lowly she decided against investigating. If there was an attack, she'd need her guards. Besides, her was her job to guard, not fight randomly. Who knows, the noise could just be another monster.

  • Joan shrugged. "Alright, just hang on a second, I need to go change." Joan walked into the closet, shutting the door. When she finished she slid down the stairs on the railing and grabbed an apple. She bit it, curious who was going to be her tutor for today. Perhaps it was the royal scientist, or maybe even the Royal advisor, Echo.

  • [center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Queen Eleanor followed her daughter down the stairs, and humming quietly, she approached the counter where her daugher's breakfast was. It was (insert favorite breakfast food) and a cup of tea. Grabbing the tray, she placed it near Joan, and humming quietly she sat back on the chair from before and resumed reading. "The Royal Advisor should be here soon," she hummed, never looking up from her book.

  • Joan looked up at the Sapphire. The teen awkwardly put down her apple and curtsied. She sat back down and started eating her breakfast, a cup of mint tea and a caramel muffin. Her ear twitched as she thought she heard something. She looked out the window and saw Captain Coco going into the ruins. Joan was curious, as the ruins was the closest place to the surface that the monsters have ever encountered.

  • [center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Captain tried her best to ignore the noises coming from the ruins, but it was her job to neutralize any threats to the royal family, and this could count as a potential threat. Adjusting the large handgun strapped to her back, Captain growled lowly and jogged towards the ruins, but made sure to keep out of sight. While jogging, her nose twitched due to a peculiar scent, and when she identified it, she froze in place. A human! A low growl rumbled in her throat as she lowered down onto all fours, and stalking through the shadows, she followed the scent. Humans were dangerous.

  • "Um, sorry. I thought I saw something. In the ruins." Joan said, once again getting distracted. What was going on back there. "Hang on one moment." Joan exclaimed, getting up. She ran outside and started heading for the ruins.

  • Echo looked at her "Princess wait!" She said and followed the princess, and could see a human in one of her future vision "Princess don't go towards the ruins!" She said

  • [center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Queen Eleanor sat up when her daughter mentioned the ruins, and reaching towards her leaving form, she called after her. "Wait, Joan, you can't-..." she began, her tone agitated. However, when she noticed that she was gone, her voice died in her throat. Mumbling something her breath Eleanor hastily stood to her feet, and she quickly left the castle and headed towards the ruins. "Joan please wait!" She called after her, quickening her pace to a jog. She had to stop after awhile, though, since the injuries she sustained from the war were starting to hinder her movement. "Joan please! Is dangerous out there!" Entering the ruins, Eleanor didn't notice the plants sprouting at her feet, which grew thorns almost immediately. Her emotions had a direct effect over the plants she grew, and since she was fearful, the plants displayed this.

[center][fancypost=backgground-color: none; border: none; width: 425px; text-align: justify; color: white; font-family: arial; font-size: 9pt]♡ ♡ ♡ Captain was hiding behind the remnants of a building, and her eyes were locked on her target, the human. A low, quiet growl escaped her lips as she took one of her smaller, more practical guns from its holster and loaded it. One hit, and they'd be dead. If not, injured. An injured human would be easier to deal with. When she took aim, something distracted her, and she didn't shoot. Was that...the Queen? Freezing up, Captain looked around frantically, searching for the Queen. She mentioned Joan, so was Joan here too? Her breath hitched in her throat.

  • Echo could feel the plants sprouting, it was easy to feel that they sprouted because of the human "We should make sure the human isn't dangerous, before we go into action" Echo said, hoping the others could hear her

  • Joan heard her mother and ignored her, though she had a fearful nervous feeling. A human? Nobody's seen a human for eons and never in Vhalia. Joan hid quickly behind a crack in the wall so both Captain Coco and her mother wouldn't see her. She leaned a bit to get a better view of the human.

  • Weiss heard some noises around him, so he started to breathe shakily. "U-Ummm... Hello? Is Somebody t-there?" He began to feel very intimidated, as there seemed to be growls around him. He took another step forward, then freezed, and took a step back. "I'm sorry about this, whoever is here... Please don't hurt me..." His legs started shaking, and his journal slipped out of his hands. It opened to an empty page, one that hasn't been touched. He couldn't see squat. But he had a feeling that someone was watching him intensely. "Can you tell me where I am? I've fallen, apparently." It was just then, that he realized that his journal was in front of him. "Oh jeez, I-I'm such a klutz..." He started to sit down, and fell down on his butt. "Owwww..."
