About the Plot; Dr. Harleen Quinzel became Harley Quinn after falling in love with the Joker when he was admitted to Arkham Asylum. She thought she was curing him, but in reality, she was falling in love. The Joker escaped the asylum, taking Dr. Quinzel with him.
After taking all the Joker's 'tests' and 'trials' Harley Quinn was born. Due to all of the physical and mental abuse Harley went through, her personality completely changed, and she somewhat lost her mind.
And in comes Harley's sister, Alexis Quinzel. The original black sheep of the family. Born with special abilities, Alexis was shunned from her family-except for Harleen, who had always maintained contact with her little sister. Once Alexis had heard about Harleen's disappearance from her family and job, Alexis did some digging until she found her beloved sister. Realizing the Harleen she once knew and loved was gone, Alexis was outraged with the Joker. But seeing the new Harleen-or, rather, Harley Quinn as she was now known-so in love with him, Alexis couldn't bare to do him any harm. Instead, she joined her sister in her new life, becoming Lexi Quinn herself.
She protects her older sister when she can from Joker's abuse. She tests the Joker's patience and control, and at times he wants to kill her, but she's too important to kill. With her abilities and specialties, she's a great asset-just like Harley. And with Harley and Lexi together, they're unstoppable.
Harley is happy to have her sister around, and she knows that when they're together, they can do anything. But at the same time, Harley doesn't like how Lexi sometimes treats Joker. But their fights never last over a day and they're back together, thick as thieves once again within 24 hours.
Lexi's Appearance: Harley went with a new look with her blond hair in pig tails and the trademark pink and blue colors, Lexi, on the other hand, stuck with black and red since they were her favorite colors. Her black hair is as long as Harley's, and the tips are dyed blood red. Taking some of her sister's looks, Lexi tied her hair in two ponytails, only not put up high, but tied just over her shoulders with the same split bangs in her face like Harley. Her makeup consisted of black lipstick and red and black eye shadow. She had the same shade of blue eyes as Harley. Black and red tattoos covered a bit of her body, from her wrists, down to her thighs. When it came to her everyday attire, Lexi stuck with simple outfits such as black, nice fitting pants and black tank tops with some form of red designs on them. Usually accompanied by black and red converse or black leather knee high heels.
A little about Lexi: Her special ability allows her to manipulate the minds of others. If they found her appealing in some way, it's easier for her to get into their heads. She can't completely control someone's actions as of yet-she's still practicing, though. At the moment, she's able to plant thoughts in people's heads and persuade them to do what she wants. If they're reluctant, though, it's harder for her to place her wants in their minds. Which is why she works so well with the Joker's business. She's usually able to get Joker good business with others.
Of course, Harley and Joker are together. And with Lexi around, the Joker isn't as abusive to Harley. Anytime Lexi even thinks he'll harm her sister, she intervenes. So, if you're playing Joker and you wish to go with his original personality towards Harley, you can do so, but Lexi will stop it immediately.
I'm also looking for someone to make a male character as a love interest for Lexi, as well. After all, everyone deserves the chance to find love, right?

Lexi walked in Joker's night club, she knew she was running later than both Joker and Harley would like, but she knew they wouldn't be mad at her. Joker may be a little annoyed since she was supposed to help him lay a deal with some new people, but as long as she made it, looked as good as she could and did her job, no one would give her grief.
She internally sighed. She always had to come to the club showing off her goods just so she could manipulate others easier. Tonight, she wore a short black leather skirt, fishnet stockings, and her favorite knee high, black leather stilettos. On her torso, she wore a black and red crop top that showed off her flat stomach and a bit of cleavage, along with a few of her tattoos. She was a couple cups bigger than her sister, which worked to her advantage when it came to men. She had curled her hair and left it down, flowing in curls down her back.
Pushing her way through the dancing crowd, the music resounded around her. She finally found Harley dancing by the bar, her sister's pale skin complimented the silver and gold dress she wore. Lexi made her way over to Harley, glancing around for the Joker. She spotted his green hair to the side, in a booth that was separated from the dance floor by a wall of seats and some chains hanging from the ceiling(Yes, I'm using the club scene from Suicide Quad).
Greeting her sister, Lexi began dancing with her sister, trying to focus on having some fun herself, just like Harley.
