You draw in a deep breath. The air feels different. Cutting, hard, sharp. It burns your lungs as you inhale, and exhaling is like coughing razors. You don't know what's different since you woke up. You don't know what day it is, how long you've been out, what you've missed. Everything is so.. different.

And maybe you need that. Maybe you need change, some diversity. You sit and wallow in your own self-pity, it's about damn time for some change.Mechanically, you pick yourself up, unsure of where you are exactly. Hunger gnaws at the pit of your stomach, and you're sure you've lost a lot of weight being wherever you were. But it's fine; you want this -- no, you need this. You walk and walk until you feel like your feet are about to fall off. Then you walk some more. You aren't sure where you're going, but at this point, you don't care. Surely you'll come across something.

And you did. You smelled the scent markers in the air and like a robot you went towards it. It didn't matter where it was; at this point, any place was good. A place to recollect, to do some thinking. You stop at the border, swallowing a lump in your throat and taking a seat. This will be good, you tell yourself. This is necessary.

The fennec fox padded up to the border, pale eyes landing and locking on the stranger. He couldn't detect the scent of another clan. A joiner? "Name and business?" Reducedemotions called as he approached the border, never taking his eyes off the creature. He had a tendency to stare.

    - (( welcome to shadowclan!! ))

Some may find the jungles of ShadowClan haunting and jarring, but Punchy didn't mind them. Sure, they were ginormous, but at least they provided some nice shade from the sun. That may seem like a minor positive, but to the dwarfed kitten, that meant a lot. He loved to relax in the shade– it just felt so nice!

Padding into the scene after Reducedemotions, the kitten looked ahead at the stranger, a smile on his maw. A silver tabby? He had seen many gray cats before, but never a pretty silver one! How fun! Sitting himself down, he waited for the fellow ShadowClanner to finish speaking, before piping up himself.

    "Hi!" he mewed. "I'm Punchy!"

And that was that. He didn't know what else to say, so he closed his mouth.

[size=8] now, what the fuck was this guy? she had seen robot creatures before, but this guy seemed to put the cherry on top. honestly, she didn't really know what he was, and probably would never, as she approached the gathering crowd. "hey, welcome to shadowclan. what cha' need?"
