  • -- paris was alone. he had been alone for a few days now, wandering through the large expanse of forest that seemingly had no end. he was starting to get bored of that. but where else could he go? whatever, he was fine on his own. he didn't need help. as much had he told himself he could do this on his own, though, he found himself sitting. waiting for someone to notice him. try as he might, paris hated being alone. eventually he got bored of sitting, so instead he paced back and forth impatiently. waiting.

  • Shadowpoint heard the quick patter of small paws before he sensed anything else. Following the sound he came across a small winged pup pacing back and forth restlessly. He had never encountered a dog with wings before, but he supposed that small nuance wasn't really important. He could ask questions later. Right now, there was a small child all alone in the forest and he was going to help as best he could. Ambling up to the pup slowly, he let out a quiet greeting."Um. Hello. What is your name? How did. You get here?"

  • -- paris turned to face the feline who had spoken. he hadn't seen many cats in his short lifetime, and definitely none with such vibrant black stripes. well, whatever. it didn't really matter to the pup at this particular moment.
    "who're you?" he shot back, staring at the cat with his cold red gaze. he wasn't the most intimidating - and being a child certainly didn't help - but he tried his best to look so.

  • The femme would approach the group, her paws taking her to the scene instead of her usual swooping of the wings deal. Insead her question gaze would lock into the kit, seemed rude for a newcomer. If he wanted anything to do with allies then Stormclan would have to reconsider with this lack of respect. Although if he wanted to join, well that would be another problem as Lunalight would have to converse daily with her clanmates. "Lunalight, one of the ambassadors of Stormclan. We wish to know your name and business on Stormclan territory before we tell you more information."

  • -- storm...clan? paris had never heard of anything like it in his life. he also had no clue what ambassadors were, but that seemed like more of a minor problem currently.
    "my name is..." he began, "sam," he finished confidently, though it was a lie. if he became friends with any of these people, maybe he'd give them his real name. but until then, he didn't see any good reason to be sharing his name with people he just met. same was a pretty co name anyway - not as cool as paris, but it would do. "what is stormclan?" it felt like a stupid question to be asking, but a necessary one at that. regardless, the pup felt somewhat embarrassed asking it.

  • Blazestar would go over as well, offering a smile. "It's a pup Luna, no need to be so formal." The female said, deciding to address that first. Then she would turn to the pup who was on the border. "StormClan is the clan that lives here. We're a group of animals with similar interests that work together and help each other, we also follow the same rules and such." She explained, trying to keep it shorf

  • -- paris nodded as the tabby spoke, though he only understood part of what she explained.
    "um, okay," he replied, "i didn't really know that this place existed." was he trespassing? if it weren't for the slightly intimidating felines before him, the pup would probably though this was quite the cool experience. like a spy or something!

    [fancypost=background: transparent; font-align: justify; width: 34%; font-family: timesnewroman; font-size: 10px;]

  • "I'm not surprised, outside of the clans few know about us." the feline spoke. "If you'd like, you can stay her entire and become part of our group. Joining, as it's most commonly referred to as."

    /sorry this is v rushed

  • Shadowpoint had been too taken aback by the pup's response to say anything. He hadn't been expecting the child to react in any type of hostile manner. Was he just scared? It was hard to tell, Shadowpoint wasn't quite sure how to gauge feelings all too well.

    Luckily Luna came by to help him out, and he breathed a sigh of relief. It turned out even a small pup could scare him into holding his breath for a solid minute. When Blazestar arrived he relaxed even further, though the anxiety hadn't completely vanished from his smile. Still, he nodded along with Blazestar's explanation. Joining had been a great decision for him; even if the pup had scared him, maybe it would benefit the child as well.

  • -- paris looked down at his paws, still slightly intimidated by the larger felines.
    "um," he began, "okay. I guess i'll join." if he didn't like it there, he could just leave. that's how these things worked, right? hopefully - he wouldn't want to be trapped here his whole life, even if he ended up liking it. he was a wanderer, and that meant having the freedom to go anywhere.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; font-align: justify; width: 34%; font-family: timesnewroman; font-size: 10px;]

  • that was good, she was glad she could help the other. Unaware that the pup had given a fake name, she said "well welcome to StormClan Sam, do you want me to show you to camp so you can get settled in?"

  • -- oh, right. his fake name. whoops.
    "oh, uh, my real name's paris," the pup replied quickly, "and, s-sure!" he offered the feline an embarrassed smile as he stood up.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; font-align: justify; width: 450px; font-family: timesnewroman; line-height: 125%; font-size: 8px;]

  • Blaze understood why one may use a fake name, but that didn't mean she necessarily liked it. He had to be a smart kid to think of that though, which was good. She'd let it slide this time. "Ok then paris, follow me to camp." The female said, putting emphasis on the new name to try and help her remember it.

  • -- paris followed the leader into camp silently. he had never seen such diverse creatures in one place before. the notion awed the pup as he glanced around.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; font-align: justify; width: 450px; font-family: timesnewroman; line-height: 125%; font-size: 8px;]

  • The kid seemed obedient once he knew that they weren't going to hurt him. That was good. They entered the camp and she would allow him a moment to get used to the variety of creatures, and then would say "this is our camp. It's where we sleep, raise our kids, store our food and medicine, hold meetings, and all the other things important to clan life. Training is typically done outside of camp in set areas, but you won't be have to worry about that until you're an apprentice. Speaking of which- how old are you?" She said. He looked like he could be an apprentice, though she wasn't the best at knowing how dogs aged. He didn't seem to be quite fully dog a dog he had feathers and wings. Maybe he was younger or older than standard apprentice age. She'd just have to wait and see.

    KOGYN

    PEOPLE DON'T LIKE IT WHEN A FLAME BECOMES A WILDFIRE.
    FUCK THEM.
    THE FIRE BURNS ANYWAYS.

    Kogyn was in the camp laying in the sun when he hears a familiar voice talking about the camp. He opens his eyes and lifts his head, gazing in the direction of the voice. He notices an german shepherd pup with wings. He stands up from where he was laying, walking over to the two. He looks over at Blaze and nods his head in greeting and respect. She was his leader after all. He looks back at the pup, his purple tail swishing back and forth. "A new member of the clan I'm guessing?"

    -- paris absorbed everything blazeheart said like a sponge, looking around with wonder.
    "i'm six," he replied finally, puffing out his chest with pride.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; font-align: justify; width: 450px; font-family: timesnewroman; line-height: 125%; font-size: 8px;]

  • If the poor pup had been scared by the large felines, StarClan bless his soul when Shadow Stalker arrived on scene.

    The massive wolf limped towards the gathering group and the new scent. She would have tried to hide her injuries if they hadn't been so..noticeable. Dried blood still caked her wings, feathers missing on both and the one broken. Numerous gashes, still new but scabbed over, littered her black fur. Her torn ears perked forward as she noticed the newcomer was a canine. That, admittedly, was a bit of a relief. She was beginning to feel a bit outnumbered.

    Shadow moved to stand in front of the pup, head cocked to the side partially.

    "Six...months?" she questioned, eyes sparkling in amusement.

  • -- as expected, paris felt like he had shrunk when the massive wolf approached. he enjoyed the idea of other canines in stormclan, but only really for a similarity reason. the pup frowned at her comment, thinking.
    "six...uh. six." he finally replied, looking at his paws. he wasn't really sure, to be honest.

    [fancypost=background: transparent; font-align: justify; width: 450px; font-family: timesnewroman; line-height: 125%; font-size: 8px;]

  • The older canine let out a low, rumbling chuckle. Innocence was such a rare but relieving thing to come upon.

    "It was Paris, correct?" she asked, crouching down to become mostly eye-level with the pup. It was a difficult task, mostly as she was still stiff and still rather gargantuan for a normal wolf. "My name is Shadow Stalker," she introduced herself, maw tugged back in a smile. "Welcome to StormClan."
