Last time her best friend was here, she had ended up wandering over to ShadowClan and got herself killed. Before that, she had gotten herself in a situation with another medic that did not end well. Coralie had been through some tough things, and now that she was back, Ivy wanted her to be able to relax. So when she found out that Cora was now two years old, she came up with a solution. Okay, so two really wasn't that old, but Ivy didn't care. She wasn't going to lose Cora again... she couldn't let that happen. This seemed like the only way.


    "RiverClan, please gather for another ceremony! I'd like for Coralie to step forward." Well, there was no turning back now. She hoped that Cora wouldn't take any offense to this, but would instead appreciate it. If she took offense to it, then Ivy was dead, and that's all there would be to it.

    Himiko approached as she heard Ivylee's call, her lilac optics glancing around the crowd. Corali, she knew, was relatively new. She was the one with the cool powers. In reality, Himiko did not yet know of Coralie's past. Regardless, the snow leopard sat, interested in the ceremony that was about to begin.

He wondered what exactly Ivylee was going to do for Cora - maybe recognize her in some way? Who knew. He sat down beside Himiko, looking curiously on.

Who knows though, that could change any moment. Oh please StarClan... please tell me that this is the right thing to do for her. The feline really didn't want to get this one wrong. She wanted her best friend to be able to relax and not have to worry about anything anymore, and so she would never be able to lose her again.


    "Coralie, you have been in RiverClan for quite some time, and now that you're finally back again, I want to appreciate all you've done for this clan as a medic... but now is time for you to retire. You're like two years old, and that's sort of old but not that old but it doesn't matter because you've been through too much and I need you to relax for a while. You are now officially an elder, but it's not because you're old, it's because I love you." Well, that must've sounded strange, and Ivy must admit she had never been put through a more odd situation, but nevertheless she truly felt like Cora just needed a break.


    Surely she'd enjoy sitting around, telling stories, and snapping at apprentices to care for her, right? Maybe she could teach people how to do more things like the smoothie stuff... the point was, that no matter how old Cora was, Ivy knew that her trying to become a warrior or a medic again would put stress on her shoulders, and that never seemed to end well.


    Or maybe she just wanted someone to teach everyone how to make smoothies and knit sweaters. Who knows.

    glitch giggled at coralie's reponse to becoming an elder. she asn't exactly sure what an elder was, but hey! Now she finaly knew one. we, not knew, she never met coralie before, but she would make friends with one. she shook her head, a smile on her maw as her blind gaze seemed to search for her. glitch could only smile- she wasn't sure whether to congratulate her or apologize.
