Rachel woke with a start knowing that she's going to be like if you didn't get up and get dressed soon remove the book that cover her face she bolted for the bathroom and took a quick shower before grabbing your favorite tank top and blue jeans and tossing them on before heading out the door to meet with the rest of the pack for breakfast. " crap I'm late I hope that Daddy doesn't know or if he does he doesn't pay it any attention know how he hates how I am late"

    Rei Jackson- Male, 22
Ugh. The boy blinked as the sunlight struck his eyes, harshly. Don't wanna get up...He turned on his side and grasped his pillow, pulling it to his face to shield it from the striking rays of the sun.
Wait...Pillow? Rei stiffened before remembering where he was. Damn. Right. He'd just joined a new pack yesterday. Groaning and stretching his sore muscles, he sat up and glanced apprehensively at his door. Well. Time to get moving.
    ~Very short time skip~

Rei was shortly down, sitting at the breakfast table.

  • Lilly saw Rei and Teyla. "It's okay, I honestly should have looked where I was going." She replied. She then picked up two plates with pancakes on them and handed it to each of them. "Tell me if there is anything wrong with them." She said. She then sat down and waited for the rest of the pack members to return.

  • Rachel what about the room and smile before fixing everyone breakfast from pancakes to French toast as well as bacon bagels and cream cheese whatever they preferred before passing each one a giant stack so they can take their own servings. "Morning everyone hope you all slept well" she said as she picked yourself a plate of food with a cup of coffee before she sat down.

  • //Okay, clearly people aren't reading through my posts. If you read through my first one you would have known that she had already made pancakes. Anyways....

Lilly frowned. "Rachel!" She exclaimed, mad. "Why are you wasting food. I already made pancakes, giant stacks, and they are right there at everyone's seats." She said, frustrated. "But I guess that's perfectly fine because clearly no one likes my cooking." She groaned, storming up to her bedroom. She then sat there and curled up into a ball. "Why does everyone hate me today!" She screamed, throwing a pillow at the wall.

  • Dakota walked inside. "Nothing's wrong with me, it's what is wrong with my sister Lilly." She said, annoyed. "Look, Lilly has this thing where she cooks pancakes every morning. She wakes up earlier than everyone else so no one else will cook breakfast. But then Rachel cooked breakfast anyways after Lilly had prepared pancakes for everyone in the house like she usually does." She added. "Rachel you should know that Lilly is very fragile after what has happened. Let me remind you it only happened a week ago. She is very fragile and you cooking breakfast for everyone after you already knew she made pancakes is very rude, and it breaks her tiny pup heart." She said, frustrated and annoyed.

At the peak of dawn, beautiful milky red and orange light flitted through the windows of the pack house, brightening up the darkened rooms filled with sleeping werewolves. As the light moves along the window panes, a streak of orange settled on the motionless face of Lennox, the only indication of life being the faint rising and falling of her chest underneath the comforter. Gunmetal grey hues appeared as the femme's eyes opened to slits, the color-less irises barely a sight to see opposed to the rest of her pack.

Per usual, Lennox was up before everyone else, her routine called for it if she didn't want to be disturbed by anyone else. Crawling reluctantly out of bed, she padded quietly over to a pair of running shorts, stepping into them as well as pulling a pair of black socks on following. Chancing out of her white camisole, she pulled a t-shirt on and started her morning off. A strenuous routine of cardio, muscle endurance, and muscle strength went on every morning for approximately 90 minutes, giving her enough time to shower afterwards and still be ready before anyone else stirred.

Doing exactly as she did every morning, Lennox completed her workout with a layer of sweat to prove her accomplishment. Forcing deep breaths into her lungs to calm her heartbeat, she got ready to shower, peeling off her workout clothes and wrapping a towel around her thin, but lithe frame. She made quick of showering, only stopping in hesitation as she passed by the mirror and caught a glimpse of the tattoo that blanketed her back. Her jaw clenched as she remembered once again how her brother and father were killed mercilessly for just being werewolves. They did no harm to anyone, and yet, humanity repays them with death and destruction.

Her hardened face refused to falter while getting on with her morning. Post-shower, Lennox pulled on a pair of skin-tight black jeans and a black tank top to cover her chest and torso. Her father's army green bomber jacket followed, ending with a pair of her mother's old dusky brown work boots. She refused to dress up, not needing a mask of makeup or nice clothes to show off, no- she kept simple and kept to her roots.

Wrapping her wet inky locks into a tight bun, Lennox made her way downstairs where everyone was gathering for breakfast. Her grey optics barely grazed over any of the beings around her while she simply grabbed a cup of coffee and a bagel, flashing Rachel a look of appreciation as she stood stiffly in the corner of the room to eat. She was quite the black sheep of the pack, and her body language and demeanor made that quite clear.

  • " I know she loves cooking but Shee needs to learn a verity too. It makes me sad to see her getting up so early just to cook she should be playing she said as she turned to follow Lilly to her roomdoor and knocked with a sly grin on her face having a harmless prank ready to use.

  • //Lol, if you prank her she is going to run away because she is so fragile at the moment.

Dakota rolled her eyes. "She's not tall enough to reach anything else in the pantry, and she has no one to play with so yeah." She said, but it was too late. Lilly opened the door. "What do you want." She said, her eyes teary.

I wrote: 'what's up with her?" Rei was referring to Lilly, not Dakota.

  • The boy sensed another presence in the room, and swiveled around to see who it was. A slight shock of surprise jolted through him when he saw another pack member, standing only a few feet away from him. Her dark wet locks curled around her shoulders, indicating that she'd already showered. A tense posture and stiff shoulders suggested that she did not want to be approached.
He looked her up and down ( not in a creepy way. ) and nodded as an good morning greeting. Clearly the other werewolf wanted to be left alone. This, he could sympathize with very well.
Rei turned away from her and jabbed half heartedly at his breakfast, apparently having to lost the appetite to eat.

  • //You said: He tentatively looked at Dakota "What's up with her?"

That implies that you were motioning it towards Dakota, Dakota knew that you must have mixed up the names so yeah, it will be fine.

  • I hate to be a nagger, but if he was actually talking about Dakota, he would've said: "What's up with you?"

It's fine if there are miscommunications. I'd just like to explain what I actually mean to avoid further mishaps in the future.

Lennox watched those around her like a hawk, sensing eyes on her after a few moments of standing in her corner. Snapping her head towards Rei, she followed his eyes as he looked her over in a way she did to others, assessing their stance and attitude in one swoop of her hues. His head nodded in a greeting and she simply replied with one back, not one for speaking unless necessary. It wasn't that she didn't want to talk or interact with anyone, it was just that shared no friendly or close relationship with anyone here, though who would want to with a icy femme like herself. She new death and that changed her for the worse.

Desiring to be rid of confined of the house hastily, Lennox devoured her bagel and gulped down her coffee within a few minutes, discarding the cup in the sink and rinsing it out. The arguing and emotion that flooded the house was off-putting, forcing the onyx-haired woman to desert the pack house and push into the forest. It soothed her soul in a way to be out and in the thick of the wilderness, reminding her of home.

Deciding on a direction, she headed east through the treeline, figuring if anyone needed her they would follow her scent and follow her back, though it rarely happened for anything other than a patrol.

    Hate me

    Victoria Beaumont

    "I will not fall
    I will not fade
    Expecting/motherღMate:NoneღChildren:expecting
I will take your breath away."

Up the stairs of the house was a dark wooden door, from under it flowed a strong feeling of power and intimidation the kind that sent chills up the spines of those who walked by it. The being inside shifted around under silken covers of a dark room rising from its bed and releasing a rumbling growl like yawn. Across its back scars laid in criss crossed some bite marks, others bullets, blades, a master piece of a painful life. With rippling muscles the man moved to the curtains opening them too let in the morning light feeling the warmth on his skin in a manner that had him aching. He turned his dark jasper brown eyes towards the bed feeling a slight peg when he didn't see Victoria there. A lot had changed in just the past week she had become more independent and took her own bedroom and even was spending less time with him and more by herself. As he moved towards his dresser a scent caught his attention making him turn towards the bed once more his sharp eyes caught the faint outlining of a body at the foot of the bed under the covers. Softly a smile appeared on his lips kneeling down and moving them back to see the angelic looking face of Victoria, her eyes closed and a hand drawn to her small yet supple, pale rose petal shaped lips. Gently he took a large hand hardened by work and caressed her silken cheek.

Victoria had been resting quite well under Cayden's covers his warmth just what she had needed as her own bed was cold and she just couldn't seem to warm herself. As his gentle yet hard hand caressed her cheek the females blue green eyes slowily opened looking up at his tender smiling face turning her head to his touch. "I was cold... and you are always so warm."

Cayden withdrew his hand from her as she spoke nodding in understanding. "That is alright Victoria." Carefully he stood moving towards the closet where some of her clothes still hung taking out a long sleeve shirt and a pair of maternal jeans. "I'll heat the shower for you, just rest until it is ready." his warm eyes laid on her seeing her nod and lay her head over her arms her long blonde hair a mess about her face and back. She was truly a lovely creature, though he could never claim her as he did not truly love her he did admire her, and in so felt a sense of responsibility in caring for her needs. Carefully he set up the shower to just the right temperature opening the bathroom window so it did not steam the mirror by the time she was done as he knew she would want to do her hair. As the shower heated up he went back out pulling on faded blue jeans and a white wife-beater. Without delay he returned to the bed softly awakening her again with a gentle touch. "The shower is ready, come down when you are done." He smiled as she agreed and pressed her forehead to his before climbing from the bed. under her silken white nightgown he could easily see the growing stoumach seeming beautifully unfit for her lean and delicate form with its smooth round curves. shaking his head he went down stairs to the kitchen neither announcing his presence nor saying a word as he went to the fridge removing five steaks he had been marinating the night before and pulling out the stove top grill and set to work knowing she would be hungry by the time she got down there.

Victoria entered the warmed bathroom with a long stretch having felt Cayden's eyes upon her she some how knew without looking he had a grin on his face. As expected the bathroom was completely set up for her, cloths on the toilets back, spare makeup on the counter, perfume and deodorant on the window sill, and sweet smelling shampoos and conditioner as well as body wash ready in the shower. She took her time knowing he was making her breakfast as he did everyday, her taste for meat growing with each passing day now eating almost as much as Cayden did if not more. once done she dried off and did her hair up into a pony tail carefully doing her makeup in a more natural look, not needing much as she already seemed to glow. As she left the room adjusting her comfortable soft socks with sticky bottoms to prevent slipping on the wood floors the sweet scent of cooking meat caught her attention. In smooth gliding steps she graced through the halls and down the stairs to the kitchen popping up over Caydens shoulder as he sat down her plate kissing his cheek sweetly. "Thank you." Setting down there was no hesitation taking down the three steaks on her plate first then the four eggs and finally started to sip the smoothie he had set before her.

Sighing as he watched her eat so neatly and yet quickly Cayden took a seat across from her. He sat there for a minute noticing how quickly she had devoured her food and wondered if she was still hungry. It was rare for men to share thier food even rarer for Cayden to share his yet willingly he took a steak from his plate and put it onto hers seeing her soft thankful smile before she started to eat made him feel a little better about it. He ate in neat bites occasionally watching the others from over his large cup of coffee pulling it back each time Victoria reached for it simply say it wasn't good for the kid though secretly he had put jack into it and did not want to admit he started drinking this early in the morning.
