  • [center][fancypost= width: 450px; text-align: justify;][size=11][font=timesnewroman]Sweetophelia had made plans to go rock climbing with Ivylee, and so that was what she would do now. However, the BlizzardClan leader also liked the idea of inviting other clanmates to join them in their quest, having always firmly believed in the saying "the more the merrier". There was a small mountain range in the original territory and another in one of the islands. Ultimately though, the pair had decided on scaling the mountain in the original territory, on a whim truly. But fortunately because they were all animals with efficient claws, there would be no need for fancy human climbing gear. As of the moment, Sweetophelia was standing near the foot of the mountain, waiting patiently to begin. She was waiting for Ivylee and any other BlizzardClanners who might decide to take an interest in their activity and join them.

EXCUSE MY CHARISMA — 송하나, BIOGRAPHY & PLOT THREAD

[center][fancypost=background: transparent; font-size: 10px; width: 500px; margin-top: -6px;][align=justify]Hana actually didn't see any sort of entertainment value out of rock climbing: or any use for it at all, honestly. The Oriental mixbreed had heard through the grapevine that Ivylee and Sweetophelia were planning an excursion up the mountains that sat below the islands, curiosity piqued into why they had chosen to do it in the first place. Hana was one of the first to arrive, returning from a brisk walk around the outskirts of BlizzardClan's territory, having decided to swing by the base of the mountain to check if the climb was already underway. To Hana's surprise, it hadn't even started by the time she arrived, an eyebrow quirked curiously at Sweet as she approached. "Hey, Sweet," the bicolour feline greeted, coming to a stop a few feet away from the BlizzardClan leader in an almost tentative manner. Hana's terracotta eyes rolled off of Sweetophelia to turn upward to the crest of the mountain, eyebrows furrowing. What was the use in rock climbing? It was an unnecessarily sweaty way of reaching the top of a rocky hill Hana could otherwise just fly to. Then again, not everybody had access to the sky. "How far up to you plan on going?" Surely they wouldn't be able to go too high before becoming exhausted, right? And what goes up must come down: they'd still need to preserve energy for making their way back down the mountain afterwards.

  • [fancypost=width:50%; text-align:justify; font-size:9; font-family:georgia;]Rock climbing? Lottie couldn't recall a time where she had ever done such a thing, yet it was the great outdoors; a perfect means of exploration. Padding up behind Hana, Lottie would curiously tilt her head as she watched her leader, high above the ground. "Going by yourself? Would it be too presumptious if I tagged along?" she asked curiously. There was always a first time for everything, so why not a nice outing with friends?

    I'LL TAKE ANY DARE — ivylee x. — riverclan & blizzardclan — torbie — she/her

[fancypost=width: 450px; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%][align=justify]Ivylee had seen many viewpoints of the islands, but never from above. Perhaps that's why she had insisted on rock climbing, so that they could climb up a mountain, and experience a wondrous view. She hoped for this to be fun as she finally made an appearance, happy to see that others seemed interested in tagging along, especially Lottie, whom the feline felt like she had the potential to grow close to, and become friends. "Of course you could come along!" She exclaimed, a purr rumbling in her throat as she was sure Sweet wouldn't mind. The paladin couldn't hold back a smile now, exhilarated by what they were about to do. Now this would be a blast, certainly. "I really don't know," she then would admit as an answer to Hana's question, knowing that she'd love to get up hgih enough to see that view, but even she knew that there would most likely be a limit as too how high they could reach without wearing themselves out completely.

  • [center][fancypost= width: 450px; text-align: justify;][size=11][font=timesnewroman]Sweetophelia smiled warmly as the other BlizzardClanners approached her, lingering on Hana's question even after Ivylee had answered the Trainee. "Yeah, we're just gonna wing it, I think," she agreed, winking at Ivylee. Of course there was not much practical use in rock climbing when one (namely Sweetophelia herself) could just as easily and effortlessly teleport to the top in a matter of seconds. But that wasn't the point of this excursion. It was to be... a bonding exercise, a group activity to undertake with clanmates, friends - synonyms at this point really.

"Yeah, of course you can join us, Iselotta." She was pleased by the white panther's interest. "Hana, do you wanna try it with us too?" They had no human climbing gear, but Sweetophelia was unconcerned. She had scaled a few trees, cliffs, and such before in her lifetime. It was doable so long as one was careful and made use of common sense. They would only go as far as they could manage - nothing too crazy.

  • [center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify][size=8]"Try what exactly?" She had no idea as to what they were talking about and she supposed she had missed much of the conversation. Stepping over the alabaster clouded leopardess blended in well with her surroundings. The snow covered land only really making the pink of here skin and her baby blue eyes pop out as she walked with a soft elegance toward the grouping. She was trying to branch out and approach other Blizzardclanners on her own even if she hadn't been around too often. It would be fun to try and at least get her barrings for once. Her tail curled against her flank before she looked over them then up at the mountain with interest, flexing her ivory claws into the snow covered ground beneath her. "Does it have to do with the mountain? Are you guys planning on doing something reckless?" She didn't know why she asked but she felt the need to. If they were going up then what if someone fell down?

  • [center][fancypost= width: 450px; text-align: justify;][size=11][font=timesnewroman]"Hmm?" Sweetophelia turned, looking curiously over at the white wildcat as she approached their little group. "We were just about to go up the mountain side a little ways, like rock-climbing." Usually mountains weren't crossed for exercise or hiking excursions and the like, but Sweetophelia didn't plan on actually crossing over the mountainside. No, they would only go so far as they pleased. "Oh no, there's no need to worry about us," the BlizzardClan leader shook her head. She had done such before. "But you are free to join us if you're so inclined."

  • [center][fancypost=border-width:0px; width: 450px; text-align: justify][size=8]She was free to join them. That actually sounded like fun but she had never really done any mountain climbing of her own before. The female thought it over before she gave a light nod to Sweetophelia, tail slightly stilled in the cold soft breeze around them. Well, she supposed she could give it a try and what could be the worse that could happen? "I've never done any mountain climbing before. So..um, excuse my inexperience." Regardless she would definitely give it a shot and she breathe out softly before she lifted a paw and stretched out the limb before doing the same to the other.

    TAKING MY TIME — sylmae w. — blizzardclan && westeros — piebald husky — she/her

[fancypost=width: 450px; font-size: 8pt; line-height: 125%][align=justify]Rock climbing. An action in which involved climbing up rocks, going higher up into the sky. Nope, was NOT happening with her today. It might sound where for someone with wings, but she was scared of heights. Especially ones she had no control over. Flying was okay, to a certain point, because she was in full control. But what if she climbed too high, fell and panicked way too much to fix her wings so she could fly away safely? What if a rock fell and hit her in the head, rendering her unconscious and possibly making her fall to her death? All of these things were thoughts that shot through Mae's mind as she backed up a bit from the scene and stared at the others. She would be here to watch, to catch anyone who fell, but she was not about to be climbing up them rocks herself.

  • [center][fancypost= bgcolor= opacity: 0.5; borderwidth=0px; width: 450px;][font=times new roman][align=justify]"Is this even safe?" Pierce was tempted to ask as he came over, his mind going straight to every possible problem the climbers could run into. One could slip and fall, or get hit in the head, or get stranded up there... there were so many possibilities, and all were equally terrifying. What if something happened to Ivy? Riverclan would lose a leader - and same went for Sweet, except it'd be even worse because Pierce would have to step up.

Both leaders were vastly loved and respected, and if anything happened to either of them, it would be awful. Maybe Lottie shouldn't go either - she was the head medic, after all, and if something happened to one of the others, she should stay on the ground to take care of them, since Pierce didn't see Wist anywhere. Tail swishing with concern, he looked around at the others. Were they all planning on going? The serval didn't like to stop other from having fun, however, so he simply said, "I think I'll just stay here... to watch you guys." He didn't want to scare anyone, but he didn't want them getting hurt, so hopefully if one of them fell he wouldn't have a panic attack and would instead be able to find help.

  • [fancypost=width:50%; text-align:justify; font-size:9; font-family:georgia;]Lottie smiled warmly, noting the concern on Pierce's face. Flicking her tail lightly, she padded closer to the rocky mountain side in preparation for whenever they decided to go on up. "We'll be fine Pierce. We'll be careful. And I'll scold anyone who's reckless for no reason. I expect you will, too!" she teased lightly, giving him a warm smile. "Though I suppose it's a good time as any to be the annoying Medic. Take it slow, don't rush up the mountain side. Test where you're stepping before you move. I don't want anyone falling today."

EXCUSE MY CHARISMA — 송하나, BIOGRAPHY & PLOT THREAD

[center][fancypost=background: transparent; font-size: 10px; width: 500px; margin-top: -6px;][align=justify]Like Pierce, Hana had little intent on following them up the mountain. The reward simply wasn't worth the risk when she had access to it with safer means. Then again, maybe some present would consider rock climbing safer than flight? The Oriental feline cast a glance over her shoulder toward the others that approached, attention particularly fixed on Weiss as she hesitated before beginning to scale up the rocky incline. Hana had to applaud her moxie: while Hana was courageous where it counted, Hana wasn't as risk-taking off the battlefield unless she was particularly inclined to impress those around her. And with this crowd, well, Hana wasn't out to earn any "good girl" points with them. Sliding her earthen gaze to Pierce, the lithe female gave a curt nod of her head in agreement. "Yeah, I'll just... stay down here." The bicoloured feline spoke, wrapping her tail around her paws with her claws curling into the ground to anchor herself down. "I'll catch someone if they fall, I guess?" Well, not nessecarily her, but Miso. And while he wasn't currently present, he had the ability to appear instantaneously.

  • Fadingmoon

Every breath that you take has meaning...

The pup perked her ears up at the mention of traveling to the mountains to rock climb. While she had never rock climbed int his body, she had lived a majority of her life in those mountains. To think she'd get the opportunity to go back to them? Well, needless to say she was excited. So excited that she practically barreled her way over to the group and skidded to a halt before Ivylee and Sweetophelia. Panting slightly, both from the exertion and the excitement, she would turn toward the pair of leaders and beam at them. "May I come along? I promise I'll be careful!" she exclaimed. She was only a pup in this body, but a six month old one. She was capable of looking after herself. Plus she'd have the others with her to make sure she was safe.

...You are here for a reason.

  • [center][fancypost= width: 450px; text-align: justify;][size=11][font=timesnewroman]Sweetophelia glanced back at the other BlizzardClanners. Weiss and Fadingmoon seemed interested - especially the latter of the pair. But Sylmae, Pierce, and Hana seemed markedly reluctant - although Hana was a big surprise, considering Sweetophelia had been expecting a vastly different reaction. "I have teleportation," she reminded them, hiding her impatience. She didn't know about Ivylee and Iselotta, but if Sweetophelia was to fall, she could simply teleport back to the ground safe and sound - so long as a big rock didn't knock her skull unconscious before she fell.

"Just be careful and stick close to me," the Targaryen decided, her dark tail swaying. What was the point of stopping Fadingmoon now if she could simply go out and do the same later but alone? Frankly, it seemed safer to keep her under supervision. And even despite all of that, Fadingmoon wasn't a child - she looked the part, but she was older than Sweetophelia and any four of her parents. She had been a leader once too, leader of SnowClan, the prelude to BlizzardClan. She surely would have had more experience with mountains than most modern BlizzardClanners.
