  • Loki ran a hand through his multicoloured hair with a disgusted sigh, why was he waiting out here again? Oh yes, because some brat decided to make him wait. His family decided to move not far from a highschool and it was a surprise to say the least when they wanted him go to the school. He had been homeschooled from a young age thanks to his parents wanting to raise him as a proper gentleman. Though it quickly backfired on them when they realized Loki was even more troublesome staying at home all day. He looked around the schools yard yet another sigh escaping his soft lips. Leaning against the cold wall, he was waiting for his 'buddy' or whatever to help him find his classroom. "Where the hell is he? It's been five minutes." He grumbled impatiently, yawning as he outstretched his arms. I wonder how my class will be? Knowing my luck it'll probably full of loud freaks. How troublesome. He mentally scowled, clicking his tongue and looking once again to the doors.

(Sorry for my short ass post, I didn't know what to write.)

  • Mason wasn't sure why he had to show the new kid around. Not that it wasn't appreciated that he would get out of his first hour class, it was just kind of annoying. Having to talk to some random stranger and tell them where to go and stuff. Mason realized he should stop worrying and complaining to himself and just get to school. The good thing was he lived down the road from school, the bad thing was he didn't want to get to school on time. Nonetheless Mason reached school and saw the kid who didn't fit. The obviously new kid. He walked over to him as most of the other kids ran into the school. Mason looked at the new kid for a moment. "Hey, I'm Mason, and you're the new kid." Shit that sounded weird, but it was true and that's what most of the kids would say to the new kid, so it was like a preparation.

:: mines a bit short as well

  • Loki tilted his head to watch a teen that looked to be about his age approach him, he clicked his tongue scanning he male up and down as if he was a piece of meat. The boy now known as 'Mason' was quite attractive, he looked to have a great body something that he would oh-so happily touch. "Mason, hmm? What a strange name." He muttered under his breath, biting his lip. Realising that he should probably reply instead of checking him out the boy smiled placing his arms behind his back. "Hello, I'm Loki. Please call me Lois. I would say it's nice to meet you but then I would be lying." He said, about to outstretch his arm to try shaking the others hand but stopped himself when he remembered how late the blond was. With a slightly disgusted face he pushed himself off the wall and stood in front the the platinum blond, a mix of disappointed and glee that the other was taller then him exploding throughout his skinny body. Should I tell him he was approximately seven minutes late or not? Well, I guess it doesn't matter now. He rolled up the sleeves of his maroon coloured oversized sweater with an unimpressed scowl.

"The lady at the front desk said you and I had the same schedules so don't be surprised if I suddenly start stalking you because I forgot where the classroom is." Loki stated, running a pale hand through his multicoloured hair.

  • Mason looked at the boy with the multicolored hair silently, a skeptical look on his face. "Okay whatever you say." He muttered and turned away from Loki, or 'Lois' as Mason had been instructed to call the boy. Mason almost asked him if everyone was a prick like him at his old school but decided against it. If this kid was going to be in all of his classes, it would dpo him good to not get on his bad side. He glanced back at Lois and almost said something else to him, but if he wanted to survive at this school he should probably learn to just shut up and go along with things.
Mason walked into the school making sure Lois hadn't gotten lost or something,z he was a bit upset that he had only managed to miss about ten minutes of his first hour class, Physics. Mason walked the Physics class silently and sat next to his friend Finnley. More like the only person he talked to in this class. The teacher told the new kid, Lois that he would be sitting across from Mason and Finnley.
As Physics class dragged on, Mason and Finnley quietly talked to each other. The teacher, luckily, was too indukged in the boring lecture they were giving thew class to notice.

  • Loki sighed watching the teacher while scribbling notes down on his textbook ignoring any strange looks he got from other students, it wasn't like he was planning to stay here forever anyways. He'd most likely move out in a years time to live with his older brother and find a part time job while continuing his schooling online. A frown took place on his pale face, running a thumb over his soft lips but didn't bother telling the teacher he didn't understand what he was explaining. Clicking his tongue the boy decided to leave writing notes and draw small patterns on the edges of the white pages. Loki looked around, his sharp gaze landing on a familiar platinum blond haired boy seemed to be talking with a friend or whatever he was. Nothing interesting going on there. He looked back to the teacher whom seemed to be trapped in a world of her own trying to explain something. Once again, boring. With a sigh he once again tuned in, hearing a word that he hadn't heard in a very long time. Homework. Do they really want students wasting all there free time on something like that? How disgusting. He quietly sighed, brushing his blond and black hair out his face to watch the students leak out the classroom.

Deciding to just do the same he packed his stuff inside his bag walked out, completely ignoring anyone who tried to stop him to 'make friends' couldn't they see he wasn't interested? Practically growling he made his way through the crowd. Loki huffed in annoyance when he got slowed down by a couple who was in the middle of the hallways holding hands and talking sickly sweet to each other. Didn't they care they was going to be late for class? Well, he didn't plan on being so rude on the first day but really what other choice did he have? "Move bitches. Your slowing me down." He hissed breaking them apart so he could once again walk in his own fast pace. The boy walked into the math classroom, looking dully towards the teacher who honestly looked like they couldn't give a damn about anything. "Just find a seat at the back." Ah, so the teacher sounded hung over. What a turn off. "Very well." Loki said walking to the back where he sat in the corner, pulling out his math textbook and starting to doodle the teacher with devil horns and tails while all the slow-walking students leaked in.

The boy with multicoloured hair sighed, sitting crossed leg on the plastic chair. He yawned checking his watch then scrunching up his nose, it was time for his nap. He crossed his arms on the desk and rested his head on the table his eyes fluttering closed, he didn't even try to hide the fact he was falling asleep. The teacher didn't seem to care either.

  • Mason already didn't really like the new kjd. He treated the other students like they were little two year-old children in a fucking knife shop. Math wasn't necessarily any better, Mason didnt have y friends in math and Lois had been place only two seats away from him. He supposed that two seats away was better an sitting right next to him, regardless part of hm wanted to go talk to Lois, he seemed quite interesting. But since he was in math, Masoin just pretended he was paying attention. Finally the class was over.

Mason glanced over at Lois who had somehow managed to fall asleep during the class. He was tempted to wake the boy up, but it would probably make him late for orchestra, the only class he really tried to get to on time besides Engliush. He sighed quietly justr gently tapping Lois on the shoulder and quickly walked out the classroom and through the halls. His blonde hair fell into his eyes and Mason just swept it aside. Orchestra will be fine, you're good at that. As true as it was, a part of Mason felt like orchestra would be a little more interesting than it usually was if Lois really had all the same classes as Mason had.

Mason felt relieved when he reached the orchestra classroom and saw Finnley standing with his viola, Mason grabbed his cello and the two walked into the class together. "You have no idea how glad I am that we have orchestra right now," Finnley chuckled and he and Mason entered hhe orchestra room parting ways and sitting down. Mason sat between a girl named Cho and a boy named Noah, they weren't terrible. Cho was much nicer than Noah, but he was sure he could have a worse seat. He waited for the bell to ring and for Lois to come to class, maybe he wouldn't come. Mason reminded himself to give the new kid a chance. He looked down at the ground quietly ss the teacher ttepped to the front of the class.

  • Loki woke up from his peaceful sleep when he felt the teacher furiously shaking him. "Hmm?" He asked looking lazily up to the teacher while he swatted the hands off his shoulders. "You have to get to your next class." The teacher said groggily making the boy rub his eye with a balled fist. "Fine, fine. I'll go." He stated, packing all his things and exiting the classroom, the hallways this time were pretty empty only the 'troublemakers' were out getting scowled by there teacher or waiting for someone.

He sighed entering the classroom with a dark and tired face, silently making it clear he didn't want to be here. If it was his choice he would've been in art or swimming club, but his mother (who worked in opera) demanded he either sang or do an instrument in school, which he couldn't seem to understand. He already knew harp and piano so why would he want to learn even more? Well, it wasn't his place to say anything. "Hello, Loki? Even though your ten minutes late I'll still let you join. Know anyone here?" The teacher asked, he scanned the classroom eyes landing on the platinum blond hair but after a moment or so he turned to face the teacher again. "No, no one at all. But may I request to just sit and watch for this practise? I wouldn't want to disturb the class anymore then I already have." He said this all in a polite tone and looked into the teachers eyes while he spoke, he watched with amusement when the teacher slowly nodded and pointed to a blue plastic chair next to the desk. "Thank you." The boy said, walking to the chair with wheels and completely ignoring the plastic one he was supposed to sit on.

Loki sighed, nothing interesting was happening around the classroom and to be honest he wanted nothing more then to go home, curl up on his couch with his cat and watch a movie. With a quiet yawn he once again crossed his arms on the desk and placed his head on them, eyes fluttering closed. He could feel the glares he was getting from the students but it only made him scoff.

  • Mason couldn't help but feel a bit glad that the new kid had been late to class. The class began to warm up and the teacher seemed like she was also having a good time. Mason felt like even the new kid couldn't ruin orchestra for him, which was good. He played th the rest of e class until someone broke a string and finally class ended.

Mason walked out of the Orchestra room with Cho, the two had their next class before lumnch tother, French. Mason didnt mind fremch and he was actually quite good at it, but he kept remembering that the new kid would be there. aand mason knew for a fact that he woukd be sitting next to him, Maskn sat next to the empty seat which was really nice, but not anymore. he sat down in his seat and waiting for class to begin pulling out his phone and texting Finnley asking what they had for physics homework.

: sorry it is EXTREMELY short, i had to gfo somewhere with my family halfway through typing my reply

  • Loki simply followed Mason inside the classroom, he let out a sigh when he the only empty seat was by the platinum blond. "Oi! You there!" A French accent rang out making him turn around and basically jumping back in surprise when he saw a old lady standing right behind him. The woman's face was covered in makeup, almost like a character in a horror film would be. "Ce que l’enfer sanglant qui s’est passé à votre visage ?!" He asked in French without realising, but judging from the old lady's jaw dropping he accidentally said it out loud and she very much heard. He nervously chuckled, walking over to Mason and slipping into the spare blue chair, pulling out yet another text book and turned to stare at the other his eyes narrowed as if he was trying to figure something out. "Ah." He said quietly, face lightening up as he turned to focus on his paper. He looked at his finished picture with an amused smile, it was a cartoon version of Mason with a moustache and demon horns. He quietly tore the page off folding it then slyly slipped it to the other.

  • If French had been boring then, it was so much worse now. Mason couldn't stand sitting next to the boy with dual colored hair. It was just so irritating. Mason didn't understand how anyone could do it. When he saw the picture he rolled his eyes. He glanced at hjs phone behind his textbook and slid it into his pocket and looked at the teacher as she excitedly talk. Personally he didntr see what was so exciting about French and didnt know why he had to take it. Lor at least take this specififc French class.

The French class dragged on and Mason just kept thinkinf about English class. English was good, good teacher, good content, good friends. Mason liked English. He didn't like many classes, but English came naturally to him. He kept his eyes down as the class slowly finished and followed the rest of the students out hhe door, but instead of going to the cafeteria or anything, he walked outside with Cho and Finnley, the hhree always just sat outside during lunch. It was pretty relaxng and no ons else ever wanted oo go inside, they liked sitting inside for some reason.

Finnley started talking about the new kid and Mason coukdnt help but roll his eyes. "He's such a prick," he muttered. Cho looked at him, "he wasn't terrible in orchestra." Mason shrugged, "he acts like his fa!ily could buy the fucking school and demolish it." Finnley snorted and they talked about some other random topic for a while. Mason liked being around Cho and Finnley. The three walked back inside a minute before the bell rang and they walked to Emglish together, !ason was so glad he sat next to tholse two and nlt bhy himself or something.

When the three got to class they took their seats and started talkimng, on the board it saod they would be doing latin root words or something, in all homnesty it was better than Fremnch. The class still didnt start for a few minufes and Finnley laid his head on Mason's shoulder boredly. Maslkn stayed still not moving, aware that his friend might just sleep through English class, not that the teacher would care !much, unless there was a substitute today.

  • Loki had heard everything the three said, they weren't exactly quiet about it either. Even though all those words was true he didn't like it, well he'd have to deal with Mason alone. No point in getting in a fight with three people. He walked to the classroom, scanning the empty seat behind the three. He was about to walk to his seat when someone grabbed his hand, the boy with dual coloured hair looked around for the teacher until his gaze settled on a fairly decent looking boy with brown hair.

"You! The one who yelled at me and my girlfriend in the hallway." The boy basically shouted. Ah, it was that boy that had been slowing him down. Loki grinned sadistically down at the male, leaning down down and cupping the face, starting to bring it close to his own, only stopping when there lips were basically touching. "Let me make it up to you outside... By breaking both your fucking hands." He whispered, watched with amusement at how horrified and disgusted the strangers face turned. "Now, how about you leave me alone?" Loki asked while pulling back making the brown haired boy nod.

Straightening out his sweater he made it to his seat, not even bothering to hide the fact that he was glaring daggers at Mason. "New student?" Someone asked, which he could only presume was the teacher. "Here." The boy didn't even move his glare from the back of Masons head when he spoke. "Mind telling us about yourself?" The teacher asked hopefully. "Sure I'm Loki, and apparently I'm a prick." The words slipped out his mouth without him knowing but the teacher didn't seem to care in fact they looked amused.

The class dragged on and Loki honestly couldn't care about anything, he only wanted to leave and sleep. "Excuse me teacher. I feel unwell may I go to the nurse?" He asked boredly. "Hmm sure." The teacher said distractedly making him stand up and pack his things. "Thank you." He stated walking out with a hum of appreciation.

He looked around making sure no students or teachers were around when he slipped out the schools front doors and trotted to the tall gates. "Fuuuck." He complained throwing his bag over the long gates and climbed up them, only to slide down it a second later. "You think for such a bad school they would have holes in there fences." He hissed trying once again until he finally made it to the top.

  • Mason had almost said something when Loki, or 'Lois' was talking. But there was nothing too say, he had heard them talking about them and that was all. At this point Masomn didn't care, not like he cared in the beginniug, but now he really didn't care. English class moved quickly and Mason was disappointed jt was over. He walked down the hall after saying goodbye to Cho and Finnley and walked into the World History classroom. He didn't mind history, it could have been worse with the old teacher who had quit last year, but it still wasn't a very enjoyable ss.

Mason sat in the back of the class gladly remembering that Mr. Tisdale, the world history teacher never assigned seats. He usually just sat in the middle of the class, but the back row always filled up which meant there was no way he would be ng next to Lloki. He still t sure if Loki had actually felt unwell or just wanted to get out of English class. Either way, it shouldn't have mattered oo Mason, he felt a little bad about calling the new kid a prick, but it wasnt an untrue in his opinion.

World History started slowly and dragged on even slower. Masomn didnt look up once knowing iuf he showed the least bit of interest in the teacher's borimng lecture, he would most likely have to answer at least seven questions. So he kept his eyes trained on the notebook in front of him and faked taking notes a few times. He then sighed thinkiunf about what jad happened earlier, If he acts like some sort of pretentious rich kid, he should expect to be treated like some sort of pretentious rich kid. Feeling a bit better, Masoin and world history finally ended, Mason stood up and walked out the door. Only one more class until school was over.

Mason walked to Health class tiredlyt, he was fortunate enough to have his final class with Cho, but not Finnley. He walked into the classroom and sat down in his assigned seat, he knew he was going to end up sitting next to Loki, if Loki showed up that was. Mason wasnt sure if Loki had come to world historyt or noit as he hadnt been paying any attention to anyone or anything except for his notebook during the class. mason brushed e of his hair away from his face and looked at the teacher who reminded the class that they began in three minutes and that there was homework due next Monday.

  • Loki yawned, it took him a few minutes to actually get out the school thanks to the slippery fences but finally he made it out 'hell' as he now liked to call it. Picking up his school bag he looked around until his sharp gaze landed on a cat. His usual scowl turned into a bright smile. "Hello there kitty, how are you?" He cooed gently, slowly walking towards the cat until he finally came close enough to stroke it. He smiled, crouching down and happily stroking the multicoloured cat. "Hmm, you don't seem to have a collar. What's your name little girl?" He asked giggling at himself for actually talking to a cat. With a huff he picked it up the small animal narrowing his eyes when he examined the face, the cat look well fed and groomed so it must have a home so there was no need to take her home.

Loki placed the cat down with a rather large sigh. "Bye bye kitty." He said before continuing walking down the street only stopping at a large stone house with vines growing on the walls where a lady was drinking tea in the front garden. "Mother! I'm back." He called walking towards the young looking lady who wore a small dress, high heels and a large sunhat all in black. "It's a bit early, no?" The lady with a French accent replied coldly, but a smile soon broke on her face. "I felt unwell so i-" "You snuck out the school didn't you?" The mother cut him off making the boy with multicoloured hair sigh and nod and sit down on the chair opposite her. "Yes I really don't understand have to be sent there, it's horrible and full of strange people who pick there noses and kiss in the hallways." He complained making the woman choke on the tea with laughter.

"That's highschool dear. Now why don't you have a cup of tea before we go greet the neighbors? Grandfather has made some nice cake for them." The woman explained making him roll his eyes, earning a slap on the back of the head. "So not roll your eyes at me!" She snapped making him pout and pour tea in small teacup. "Mother, where's father?" Loki asked curiously making the woman smile. "He's finding work. Shall we go to the neighbors now?" The lady offered but her tone made it clear she wasn't asking, with a grumble he quickly drank his lukewarm tea. "Ah, sure. I'll get the cake." He hummed, stumbling all the way inside.

(Slightly rushed, maybe Mason should be Loki's neighbor?)

  • :: that's a good idea, that'll move the plot along most likely.

Mason sighed softly as the teacher started to talk about something health related, honestly Mason couldn't care less. He scrawled a few notes on a paper pretending to pay attention to the teacher, and looked occupied. He waited boredly as Health class dragged on and on and on until finally the final bell rang and the students streamed out of the classroom and into the hallway. He walked out of the classroom with Cho, they said goodbye to each other, the south-korean girl walking left towards her locker and Mason walking towards the exit where Finnley was waiting for him.

Once the two boys got out of the school they started to talk. And by they, it really was just Finnley talking. Mason had kind of zoned out until he heard something that caught his interest. "You know what I realized. Noah moved out last month." Mason looked at Finnley, "so?" He asked curiousl. Finnley gave him a small smile, "that new kid, Loki. He probably moved into Noah's old house. Which means he lives right across the street from us." Mason looked at him quietly for a moment. The two boys turned a corner walking down the street they lived on, Mason glanced up at the street sign still processing the information Finnley had given him.

"Wow Finnley, that information just made my day," Mason looked at his friend who gave him a small smirk. "It's not like we could do anything about it." mason looked at Finnley and nodded, "Yeah I guess so." He said, he glanced at the house across from his family's home. he couldn't help but look away after a moment, this was ridiculous. He saw his cat Hester in the front lawn and he couldn't help but smile. He liked his cat well enough, and it helped that she didn't like his sister Layla. he glanced at Finnley who gave him a small smile, "We should do something since we don't have a lot of homework." Mason rolled his eyes looking at Finnley, "you don't have a lot of homework." He commented, Finnley looked at him, "Fine whatever, but will you come and hang out with me for like an hour or something? My parents aren't home and neither are my siblings so I want someone to hang out with." Mason paused and nodded in agreement.
