  • ooc:
Thank you. :3 Ah surrogates are wonderful people most of them are. We were thinking adopting once we are a bit older and more responsible.

I agree small time skips would probably help move things along.

  • Kenzie is literally just a dad trying his best. He'll most likely warm up to Victoria, given some time, and I can already hear Amira saying "Aunt Vicora" because she can't pronounce Victoria. Kenzie may ,however, have some social issues with Cayden, most likely avoiding him and fearing he's going to hurt him. The cutie ,Amira, is just going to think him as a friend, calling him "Uncle Cayn". But Amira and Lana are just going to be the cuteness duo and spoiled rotten by Kenzie.

Awwwwwww, Wolfiee :'( :'( You so pure. You get hugs. Amira is obviously calling Raven "Pwetty" all the time because of her silver hair and she just likes to tangle her hands in the long hair.

  • That would be so cute. Raven is going to love Amira so much she will most likely become so attached to her. She will most likely almost feel like a mother to her if thats alright with you. Hehe also thanks for the hugs! :-[

Haha yeah he's my high school sweetheart we stopped talking after our senior year of high school then two years later we met again. We started dating and now here we are lol.

  • Dang you saw right through us lol. Hm I'd also be interested in perhaps Kenzie and Raven forming a friendship and perhaps more down the road. Her being a doctor might even help him to cope with his past.

  • I would greatly appreciate him having people who would like to be his friend to help him and his daughter out. I'm still unsure how I want him to end up relationship wise as his history would make it difficult for him to cope with the thought.

    Personality
Because of his inability to speak, Uri is a quiet soul in general. He finds it hard to grow friendships with people patient enough to take the time to allow him to communicate, though he doesn't let his spirits down. Uriel is very misunderstood, most people he's encountered don't know he's been injured because he can't speak and refuses to make the scar along his throat visible. They just think he's being ignorant or rude not talking.
If anyone actually takes the time to get to know this rustic lad, he's very gentle and considerate towards anyone who shows him he can trust them. Once a bond forms, Uriel will protect that person with his life, not letting anyone hurt them if he can help it.
    History
As a young child, he, his mother and brother were out playing in the forest that was attached to their property. Many times, those woods attracted hunters from all corners of the world to catch the infamous werewolves that lurked in the shadows. That day had shown to be the day terror would strike down.
Learning to shift at a young age, courtesy of his older brother, Uriel did so just as he touched the undergrowth of the forest. The screams of his mother and brother fell to deaf ears as the small wolf pup galloped about, hopping excitedly along the fallen trees that lay in his way.
A rough hand suddenly grasped tightly around his scruff, lifting his small body off the ground despite his mother's desperate cries for the hunter to let him go. It was as if the hunter loved this, because his knife pinned itself against Uriel's throat. "Take me! Don't hurt my baby!" she cried to the man, her arms clawing at air as she hoped the grizzled man would let Uri go.
Uriel would remember the response the hunter said clear as day for the rest of his life. "Why would I give up one when I can take all of your heads? You demons go for a good penny."
That was when his mother shifted and lunged for the man, his hand releasing Uriel's scruff and letting him fall to the ground. He was free, but why wouldn't his paws let him move? He tried to call out to his brother, but the word only came out in a gurgled mess. Blood spilled down his chest, soaking his downy fur and legs in crimson, the liquid pooling around his small paws in a quick frenzy.
His world went to darkness, weeks passing by as he lay in a healer's home, unable to wake from the seemingly never-ending sleep. He did, however, wake up still in his wolf form, bandages gripping snugly around his throat. He tried to speak to his mother that sat at his side, but nothing came of it. Why couldn't he speak?
"Dear boy, your vocal chords were damaged when the knife sliced your throat. I'm afraid we'll have to see in time if the damage is irreparable." the healer told him.
Uriel was never able to speak after that, relying on pen and paper to communicate at first. He later on learned American Sign Language (ASL) when he was in his early teens. His mother and brother died in a car crash when he was around 16, leaving Uri to fend for himself in their family home.
Memories of his mother and brother's death haunted Uriel so much that he burned down the family house and left, leaving behind everything he knew to die in the ash. He's been wandering as a loner ever since, never really finding anyone or any place to stay for longer than a few days.

  • I'll tell you right now this alpha better not touch Amira cause I can sit back with popcorn and tea watching several werewolf mommas (and daddy) turning rabid.

I actually created Amira's character to be autistic because she is just a special little baby girl so she does need all the love and help she can get. It's one of the reasons she can't crawl and is frightened by strangers. Kenzie will just want to be near Raven, confiding in her and to keep him company as he dislikes being alone.
