how to keep a clan/group active and interesting?

    yeah, I know I only just became leader of one such group about a day ago, but I really want to know this as soon as possible so I can prevent the activity from dropping this low in the future.

    do lots of events (w just ur clan & involving others)! they can be small things such as sleepovers, or big dramatic ones. but yeah its a good way to keep up interest; don't be afraid to ask for your fellow roleplayers' opinions and find out what they'd like to see.

    you could hold mass adopts, interesting plots, litters, ally events, and just generally maintain a friendly ooc community! <3
