Kate sat still, her lip quivering and her knees shaking violently. How could Lance be so confusing, but also just say he cared about her. He and her had been the worst of enemies, and now everyone at school would have some words. "Lance...your friends don't like me, I have done nothing to them. Dating me, dealing with me will only make them hate me more, and worse you could lose their friendship.. I don't want you to become hurt because of me, so I am choosing for us not to do this. In the end you will thank me, just act like I never happened, you never had to do this with me. That you never fell for me,the same as I never.. f..fell fo..or y..ou." she said in between sniffles. Her heart was breaking, not something she had felt in a long time. No one would be able to deal with her, and it was the best if they acted like this never happened.

Lance clenched his fists and he turned around. "My friends don't hate you. We're boys, that's just the way it goes! Don't you see how much better your life would be if you were with me? I won't thank you - never. I'll always despise you for breaking my heart. Well done, Kate. This car ride is the last chance you're gonna get with me, so better m a k e u p y o u r m i n d."
-
Kate looked him in the eyes, and saw that he didn't realize his friends girl and boy did hate her. "No Lance, my final answer is no. I will not allow you to get caught up in me and myself. Your friends DO hate me, you are on the other fucking end of things Lance. You get what you want when you want, you haven't lived in hell holes, and street places, You don't get bullied, your "friends" are the bullies, maybe take a closer look next time they're just being boys to the whole school Lance. Your ignorance blinds you to the truth, I wish you would take that blindfold off Lance.....I really wish you would." she said staring deep into him. She hoped he could feel it. She leaned forward to his mother and took out an earphone. "Hey Mrs. O'Connor, I don't feel so good, I think I should get home, ya'll can investigate..." She said as the car came to a stop. Kate got out, slammed the door and started to walk. She forced herself not to look back, to keep her watery gaze on the road in front of her.

mmm I might leave because this is hitting too close to home for me...
-
that's ok, we can skip if it is getting too rough, or if it is just too much you can leave.
-
No, I really like this roleplay. Perhaps could we skip to when they're reporting the happenings at the police station and they're actually in a relationship?

of course!!
2 months later...
The office doors flew open as I sat in the cold seats to the police station. I didn't like this area at all, but Lance had said it would be best for us to tell the authorities. We had been trespassing that night in the amusement park, so I didn't know how much they would listen to us. His mom had came to our defense though in all of this. I perked up at the sound of voices nearby.
-
Lance was talking loudly with the police officers, his mother already sat beside Kate. He sat down beside Kate and the police officers opposite him. They wasted no time in starting the conversation. "So, Mr O'Connor, you mean to tell us this amusement park is...haunted?"
-
I peered over at Lance, he seemed calm in this moment of time. I on the other hand, was shivering and fidgety. It was part of my social anxiety. His mom was smiling, and proud of her baby boy, I could tell. I put my hands in my jacket pocket and started to glare at the door. This whole thing didn't feel right, like a distant reality in a way. No one would believe us, that we had good reason to be trespassing in the amusement park. Hell, I thought what we did was stupid, and we needed to keep it in the past. Yet the whole experience was what had drawn Lance and I together in the first place. We had come across crazy clowns, and figures who had attacked us both. Maybe in the end, someone would listen to us, and it'd be investigated.
The officer who was across from Lance looked to be in his mid 30's, so he had experience. The deputy at the door was a lot older, maybe late 50's? He didn't seem to be amused at all, but I mean why would you be?

will post soon

okie

Lance's brown eyes narrowed. "That's exactly what I'm telling you. Kate and I were dared by our mutual friend to trespass in the amusement park. We understand that in itself was illegal and we are sorry for that, but technically we would've gotten away with it if we weren't going to you about this. We were attacked by mysterious figures and clowns." The deputy still looked bored, while the younger officer began to take notes. Isabelle rested her hand gently on her son's shoulder, nodding at Kate with an encouraging smile.
-
I looked at lance and than at the door. "Hey I'm going to go outside." I arose from my seat and seemed to glide to the door. Everything seemed to be different, like it shouldn't be happening.
Sorry it's short I'm not in the best mood rn
