Dexter lept down from the tree soon after she left and landed perfectly next to Lou.
"I understand, just tell them not to be too overwhelming."
He walked after the sprite, but gave her some space.

"I understand, just tell them not to be too overwhelming."
He walked after the sprite, but gave her some space.
"But-" Lou interrupted but stopped as Dexter continued walking. Only to sigh and head to the centre room where everyone was waiting.
"Are they coming or what?" Violet said.
"S-Soon. Alicia's is just getting changed." She stated.
"Alright."

Alicia was soon to change into an outfit she.. Wasn't too sure suited her. After all, it wasn't the flow-like outfit she usually wears since Lou and Violet don't wear that kind of stuff. But once walking out with her hair curling down her shoulders still and her antlers remaining in sight as she didn't wear a hat. Despite looking like a more serious Alicia and one that isn't seemingly care-free, she suited the outfit as it made her look more professional and bold as it fitted her figure perfectly.
But her clouded gaze only looked at Dexter momentarily without a smile before tucking a strand of hair behind her blonde hair and walking with him over to where she could sense everyone else was.
Only to arrive and see a variety of expressions.
Fear... Sadness... Confusion... Surprise... But... Also Anger.

Dexter looked to Alicia and placed a comforting hand onto the small of her back.
"It'll be okay." He said to her mentally.
((THANKS))
Alicia glanced over at him sadly and back towards the others.
"Alright Dexter. You are the translator here." Violet stated as she walked forwards with crossed arms. "Get her to explain why the fuck she just caused a massacre outside... And now have the ENTIRE WORLD knowing about this and making large report systems about it."
She was mad. Real mad.
But Alicia's face never changed. Her gaze was just fixated on hers as she could probably guess that was what she was asking.
Dexter sent an angry glare towards Violet, but turned to Alicia.
"She wants to know why you killed everyone out there." He said gently.
Alicia stiffened at what he said and glanced back at Violet.
She seemed to really hate her right now.
"If you paid attention to the warnings they have given and knew about what they were doing to my kind, then you would know by now."
Dexter swallowed thickly before turning back to Violet and repeating what she said, but he wasn't finished.
"I want you all to listen to me right now." He said sternly, looking to each and every person in the room.
"Want to know what she saw?" He paused. The silence was deafening.
"She saw the decapitated heads of the last of her species."
He glanced to everyone around the room.
"And I'm not fucking surprised that she was ballistic because god knows that if those heads were yours, no one would have survived."
Violet glanced over to the others as they looked at her too.
The purple haired woman gazed at Dexter.
"I know that it may hurt to lose the rest of the species. But acting out of blind rage and ending up causing a worldwide recognition of her, knowing about her and her power, AND about our organisation....
IT WAS FUCKING STUPID."
"Yeah! And now everyone is going to see her as a monster! YOU SAW WHAT SHE DID! SHE COULD KILL EVERYONE! OF OUR OWN KIND." Another man yelled.
Alicia could feel their fear and anger and sadness seep out of their unrecognisable words. Only to glance away from them in depression.
"She just made things ten times fucking worse now Dexter. For herself and the rest of us." A woman added.
"You think we are going to react calmly to that?" Violet finished off rhetorically.
Alicia didn't need to hear what they said. She knew it was all against her.
And so.. Her hair covered her face as she gazed to the ground in self-shame and self-consciousness.
Dexter felt the anger rush up inside of him.
"ALL OF YOU, SHUT THE FUCK UP." He screamed.
His purple eyes showed anger and disappointment.
"Listen to yourselves!!" He pointed briefly at everyone. "What is wrong with you??"
He walked back to Alicia and stood protectively in front of her.
"She is the last of her species!! She has every right to get angry at the people who killed her off!!"
He glared even harsher than before.
"If you can't accept that, then I shall leave and take her with me."
"Take her away then." Violet replied.
"Cause we won't stand for her wiping out our own kind because she lost hers. That there Dexter is greed. But you're too bloody blind to see it. She is more powerful than we imagined. She is uncontrollable. We can't afford such a risk now. Now when our base is being held up by vines and the whole world is against us." Violet stated with a fiery blue gaze out of her one eye.
Alicia understood parts of what she and Dexter said, and her heart practically sunk lower than she ever expected it to.
Lou was silent, she didn't fully agree with what Violet said. But... Everyone else did.
What should she do?
"But if we need that help of yours so much, then we'll let you know. For now, she isn't trustworthy."
Dexter huffed.
"Suit yourself." He spat.
He sent Lou a look that yelled goodbye before leaving the room with Alicia.
He walked down to the exit and grabbed a small cylinder.
Once the doors were opened, he pressed a button on the strange object and suddenly the sound of running paws could be heard.
After a few seconds, a large mechanical wolf sped around the corner.
Dexter grabbed Alicia and threw her onto the running wolf before leaping on himself.
He sat her upright in front of him so he could keep hold of her.
Alicia let herself be dragged off and even allowed him to get her onto the wolf because.. She couldn't think straight. Not at all.. Not when those smiles she once loved turned to frowns. And their warm, kind gaze turned cold.
"They gave up on me... Correct?" She murmured to Dexter as they rode out of the building, racing past the bloodshed.
In which she couldn't help but turn her head to see...
A little girl.. With a woman who looked like her mother that was expecting..
Crying over a dead body of a man.
Alicia couldn't help but raise her hand and focus really hard. And soon enough..
Small, beautiful pink and white flowers grew around them, and the little girl was smiling saying that her daddy was now resting amongst peace now.
And that was what broke her heart again.
Turning away, Alicia covered her mouth abruptly and coughed up some blood. Seems she still wasn't ready to use her powers since she was so weak.
"I don't blame them.." Alicia continued to her previous question.
"I fear myself even more than the enemies now.."
Dexter gently hugged the girl closer.
"I'm not scared of you." He said clearly. "I never will be."
Alicia heard what he said and although it meant everything. At the same time, the pain was still there.. Lingering in her sunken heart. "Thank you.." She whispered to him softly before gazing ahead at the people catching a small glimpse of them. Some in fear, wonder or surprise.
Some by anger or depression.
So many emotions lie here.
"Where are we going..?" Alicia asked without emotion.
Dexter sighed and shot a few glares to people they passed.
"I have a place in the mountains where I go to be alone." He said. "You'll be safe there, no one knows about it."
"If you say so." Alicia stated as she remained silent for the remainder of the journey, only taking in the barren landscapes that nature was once taking over. Leaning back against him, she tried to relax a little, but found it increasingly hard to.
Soon, they reached the mountain house.
Dexter hopped off the wolf before lifting Alicia off.
As soon as contact withe the machine was gone, it ran towards an open garage and disappeared into the darkness.
Dexter walked towards the front door, unlocked it, ushered Alicia in and then closed it behind her.
Alicia gazed around at the warm, comforting inside before glancing back over to Dexter.
"It's nice here.. The air is cleaner a little at least.." She said gently before taking a seat. She still seemed rather distant and lost.
Dexter sat down onto the sofa next to Alicia and looked at her with sadness.
He then opened his metallic arms to her.
"Come here." He said gently.
Glancing over at his arms being held out for her, she shifted over and slumped over into his arms, minding her small antlers from hitting him. She sniffed a little bit, suggesting she was close to crying again but held it back.
