  • [center][fancypost=width: 450px; line-height: 120%; text-align: justify;][font='Georgia, serif']Everything that happened... it all felt like a terrible nightmare. The things which Sylmae had said hurt more than anything else the Samoyed had ever experienced. It wasn't the things that were being said that caused her so much distress, no. It was who had said it. Sylmae had been in RiverClan for a while... Ivylee had grown closer and closer to her with each new day. The two had become two friends - Ivylee anointed Sylmae her deputy. Then suddenly, she got stabbed in the back. She hadn't seen it coming. Ivylee had never experienced such a thing... she didn't know what to do. Out of pure heartbreak, she made a mistake that she instantly regretted, and had run off to spend the night in BlizzardClan, her other clan, not wanting to face her clanmates until the morning. They had comforted her in BlizzardClan, and had brought peace to her mind. After she had finally managed to calm down, she knew that she could return to RiverClan, and she knew what she had to do.

One Ivy had reached camp, she pinned her ears back, wishing she knew what had happened when she had left for the night. Sylmae... Sylmae was obviously gone by now. BloodClan must've took her back. Hopefully her clanmates hadn't been harmed over it. To Ivy that would seem awful, and if that had happened, she would likely blame herself, knowing that she should've stayed to make sure that they were safe. But she also knew that she trusted Ramses... he knew how to handle things. Certainly he had everything under control.

"Hey... everyone." Even though she had obviously calmed down compared to how she had acted before, she was still down, and couldn't seem to smile at this moment as she stood on top of the massive seashell, trying her best not to cry over this. "I know what I did was wrong... and I'm sorry. I panicked... I didn't know what to do. I'm so sorry, I know this is how a proclan does not act. This is not how we should act... we're better than anticlans, and we shouldn't stoop down to their level. I'm so sorry..." This seemed to be her way of taking her words back, and turning all the wrongs into rights. "Torturing and capturing - it's not right. I never want it to happen again... please don't let it happen again."

She was shaking, and that was something obvious to tell as she spoke these words, muttering a certain repeated phrase once more. "...I'm sorry."

Well, that was... disappointing. They couldn't at least capture their enemies? Titan had been secretly happy that Ivylee had allowed tortures; finally, a chance to get blood on his paws in this pacifist-esque clan. But now she had revoked the "new rule" and everything was back to the way it was. Maybe it was for the best. Titan should stop focusing on the urge to fight. It wasn't healthy for him, no matter how much he longed to do so sometimes.

Instead of pouting, the snow leopard would maintain a collected expression and clear his throat before commenting, "Noted." Titan noticed that Ivylee was shaking; actually shaking. Was the thought of torturing someone actually that damaging to her? The gore wasn't anything that he hadn't seen before, so it didn't really bother him. Maybe Ivylee was never exposed to such violence. Lucky for her. In an attempt to reassure the leader, Titan would add, "At least your conscience is clear." Now her judgement wouldn't be clouded.

[color=#e0e0e0]Ramses had been expecting this. Hearing her earlier ruling had shocked him enough to snap him out of the bloodlust-revenge state he'd been in, which typically was a difficult thing to do. The large canine padded up to his tiny little aunt and nuzzled her softly with a head that was nearly as large as her entire miniature body. "It's alright Ivy. No lasting damage happened and that's all that mattered." He'd meant to capture Mae to shame her and show her what she'd left behind, but it had turned into something different. He'd been surprised at how out of character their actions had seemed, especially Princess Hope's, and he was glad that Ivy had renounced what she had said, so that Mae's words no longer had as much truth as they did before.

  • Caesar had been at the scene and watched the entire thing happen. He just didn't have anything to add, really... And honestly? The torture had gone too far in his opinion. The serval came over with a frown and stared up at Ivylee. "It's okay." He chirped. "Everything was so tense during that." Like Titan said, at least she had the guts to actually apologize.

She came over, her ears folded down. How dare she even partake in that torture? She set a bad example for Caesar, her own son...if Elixir had come it would have been double the sadness. "I'm sorry too everyone...it's just...I hate betrayal too, and it reminded me too much of Sombra, when he betrayed me, and..." Tears pooled in her eyes and her voice cracked. "It's not how a true medic should have acted. I'm so sorry..."

  • The ruckus had pulled Elixir over, although the moment his mother began crying, he almost immediately regretted it. "Mom.. don't apologize, I know you didn't mean to act that way" the colt would aim to reassure, although he didn't know whether or not he was actually helping much. Of course, he hadn't seen exactly how she had reacted, however half of him didn't really want to know if it had caused this sort of outbreak.

  • [center][fancypost=background-color:;border:0px;width:75%;text-align:justify;font-size:11pt]
She sniffled as she glanced at her son. She reached a hoof out and attempted to pull him closer, and with her other hoof, she attempted to do the same to Caesar. "T-thank you, Elixir. Just...never, ever do that. Torturing and capturing is wrong, no matter what vendettas you have against others." Princess Hope wiped her tears away with her front leg.

  • [fancypost=bgcolor= transparent; border: 0px solid transparent; width: 690px; font-family: georgia; color: #000000]She couldn't apologize because she enjoyed it. The rush of fighting, of beating someone down that had taken the respect and reputation away from something you loved. The tiger stood nearby in silence, armored and blue eyes flickering. She sighed quietly. Esca had known it as soon as she had smacked Sylmae. The others wanted to blood, but now they were guilty. They hated themselves for what they did. ".. If it ever comes to something like that again, let me handle it." She murmured, ears twitching. "Especially if you all are gonna get sad about it afterwards."

What was she, some kind of sacrificial beast that dramatically wanted the claim to the prize to protect others? Probably. Esca didn't mind if it came off that way, truly, because there was no better way to offer the solution in the future. The 'if' it happens solution.

  • Rivulet saw the white pelt of the samoyed and frowned slightly when he heard her apology, he had wondered where she had went. He didn't know where she had gone as he doesn't know everything about the groups and the other clans, so he felt bad when he couldn't find her. Rivulet had to admit that he was glad to see that Ivy was safe and sound and that no harm was done to her physically, but he could tell that she was hurt emotionally. "We are strong and we aren't hurt Ivy!" He says as she approached the skipper, "If you ever need help you could've asked us to help you." He adds some time later.

  • [center][fancypost=width: 450px; line-height: 120%; text-align: justify;][font='Georgia, serif']Gosh... Wild had heard of the incident, and he still felt awful. To see Ivylee this upset... and she had every right to be. She was betrayed by a close friend and the witnessed the torture of said friend. That couldn't have been an easy thing. The tan canine sighed and slowly came to the Samoyed's side. "Ivy... I'm sorry this happened." The minnow finally said. He wasn't exactly sure what he could do at this point, but he wanted to help.
