•
Wolfsong, my RiverClan mother, was forcebred by Darkfrost, a tom played by Blossom. ^^ Here's the plot that I've come up with for these special cats!

    One stormy night, a RiverClan she-cat by the name of Wolfsong gives birth to five kits. She lets them grow in silence, occasionally offering a few words and her milk, though not any more than that. They are as strangers to her; she loves them inconceivably, and she doesn't want to suck them into her hole of depression. So the she-cat leaves as soon as they get to be fully comfortable with eating meat. Their mother's disappearance alights all of the kits' curiosity; soon, they sneak out of the clan, in search of their 'long lost father' and mother.

    In a moon's time the kits end up in WindClan; starving, neglected, and dirty, though nevertheless alive. There they find their mother, and she confesses everything; from how they were conceived up to the point of now. They realize that their mother's stomach is bulging, and they question her about it. She tells them that there was another tom that forcebred her and that the kits are going to be stillborn. The moment she tries to tell the kits who to stay away from, Wolfsong dies. And so the kits are left in despair.

    Knowing they can't continue on alone, the defeated kits walk to WindClan, keen on keeping their mothers secret. There Dreamstar accepts them and they each recieve a mentor. They lie low for about three moons, learning as much as wallowing in sadness. And then a savior comes, or so they think. Guillotine, a tom-cat played by Shalaesaes {otherwise known as Puddles} meets secretly with all of the kits one day on a hunting patrol. They meet with him time and time again - soon, he is as much as their father as their brother. This is when the tom kidnapps Penumbrapaw. He takes her away on a new moon and forcebreeds her that night, knocks her out, and drags her to Barley's farm, where she is held hostage.

    Her two brothers and sisters soon find out about the horrible deed. With Dreamstar's consent, the cats go on a mission to save their sister. It takes the two brothers to fight and hold off Guillotine {in the end, both sides are critically injured}, and it takes both the sisters to get Penumbrapaw back to safety. Yet, somehow, they manage it, and all is soon well. By the time Ambrosiapaw takes a look at the three injured cats {Penumbrapaw and the two males}, she figures that Penumbrapaw is pregnant. One of the males {he HAD to have been particularly close to Wolfsong} figures out the missing pieces. Guillotine was his mother's force-breeder, as he was his sister's.

    You MUST, MUST, MUST stay active for this plot. ^^ It'll take some time to RP out so we all must be patient!

    • Kitten number one {female}! Penumbrakit | Penumbrapaw | Penumbratear, played by me. {Very light silver tabby with golden eyes}

    • Kitten number two {female}! Open. Note - this will be the kitten that tracks down the scents of her sister and Guillotine.

    • Kitten number three {female}! Cyclamenkit, played by Riversoul. {Small brown tabby with green eyes}

    • Kitten number four {male}! Acornkit, played by Blossom. {Silver tabby with amber eyes}

    • Kitten number five {male}! Forestkit, played by Rainy. {Brown tabby tom with golden eyes}

    • Kitten number six! {male}! Open. This is the kitten I've put in so one more person can RP in the plot - 3 male and 3 female kits. ^^

    Yes, an RP example is required. I need someone that can post a paragraph with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Detail is always a plus, too! ^^ Nothing too difficult.

    Kitten's name; Forestkit
    Kitten's appearance; Brown tabby tom with golden eyes.
    Kitten's personality; Quiet and a thinker. Has his head in the clouds quite often, but enjoys company from his siblings. Is particularly close with his mother.
    Role-play sample;

A muscular silver tomcat sat perched on a small rock, gazing longingly off into the distance. The WindClan cat spent most of his time away from camp, remaining near the border nearly all day. Floodwatch was definitely homesick. Anybody who happened to look at him could see that, even if they weren't of his Clan.

    With a sigh, he curled up on the stone, green gaze plastered to the old moors he was so accustomed to. How much longer would it be? His ticked tabby pelt ruffled in the gentle breeze that blew towards him from across the border. The grass was growing again, and the prey had begun to return. He watched the rabbits dart back and forth across the rolling fields. Instinctively, he unsheathed his claws, ready to chase after one of the small creatures. It wouldn't hurt to go after just one, would it?

    Glancing both ways, and seeing no cats nearby, he propelled himself off of the rock, bounding towards the moors. He swiftly leaped over the stream and tore across the plains, setting his sights on the nearest rabbit. Instinct kicking in, he sped after the animal at top speed, and in no time he had caught up to it.

    Claws sliced across its legs, and it tumbled to the ground in a frenzied heap. Before it could get up again, Floodwatch had pinned it down and clamped his jaws around its throat, ending its life.

    Floodwatch picked it up, satisfied, and quickly returned across the ThunderClan border. Nobody had seen him, right? He'd be alright. Even if they had seen... well it was his own territory. He wasn't stealing or anything. The steel-coloured tom returned to his rock and placed the rabbit at his paws. That had felt good...

  • The she-kit, I'll try for, since Rainy tried for the tom.

    Kitten's name; Cyclamenkit
    Kitten's appearance; Little brown tabby with green eyes. Very small in size. Maybe the runt?
    Kitten's personality; A very happy and inquisitive kit. Always trying to figure things out and questions everything. Shewill love the company of her siblings and rely on them for protection and support.
    Role-play sample; This is just the first one I found.

    Her large eyes scanned the area ahead of her. There was a waterfall and a small pond just below it, a very pleasant area it seemed. But this she-cat had been fooled before. Strolling forward, she allowed her eyes to scan the clearing. There was the faint scent of another cat here, but Willow could not be certain it was safe. Still, she bent forward, her legs folding beneath her as she drank deeply from the cool, refreshing water. As though in a trance, the white she-cat closed her eyes, relishing the taste of absolutely nothing.

    It was dusk and this particular she-cat was looking for a suitable place to rest. Green eyes, an almost blue, drifted slowly to the dark sky, only a few heavy clouds burdening the lovely night. Only a couple of Starclan's warriors had come out but soon they would be dotted and weaved through the endless black, too many to count. Sitting back on her haunches, Willow took the time to reflect a little. A feathery white tail was now wrapped securely around her paws as though she thought it could protect her.

    Her little journey had brought her to this place of peace. It had been a tough trek, but it had clearly been worth it. Lifting a paw, she was disgusted by the amount mud plastered to it. Glancing around her body, Willow could see numerous patches of dirt, caking her fur together and making her quite an eyesore. Sniffing with distaste, she wondered what would be the easiest and most efficient way to clean herself back up. Her mouth became wet as her tongue curled in protest. Then she noticed the pond, but for a much differerent reason.

    Easing herself in to the water was no easy task for Willow. At this time of the day or rather, night, there was no sunlight to warm the clear blue. Dipping a paw in, she sharply drew it back, shivering as she did so. After a few moments hesitation, the pretty she-cat decided there was only one way she could get in to the water. Her intake of breath became deeper and she finally did it. Leaping forward, Willow landed rather gracefully in the pool, kicking out madly with her legs to stay afloat, only to realise it wasn't deep at all.

    The skin beneath the female's fur became hot with shame and she looked around to make sure no one was watching. Well, at least all the mud would be gone.

  • I'll try out for one of the femmes. x]

    Kitten's name; Allurekit or Daffodilkit....whichever sounds best. *shrug* Or Heliotropekit....Or maybe Serenadekit....
    Kitten's appearance; Lithe, silver tabby with golden eyes.
    Kitten's personality; Thoughtful, intelligent, but with a sharp tongue and some sass. She's not afraid to speak up against the warriors.
    Role-play sample;

xx "I'm going to cover up your scent, okay?" mewed Almondwreath, holding his kits in his jaws. He couldn't believe what a mess he'd gotten himself and Sakurabloom into. Lithiumkit might never get to have the normal clan life she should have, Zirconkit and Luminikit would have to go through life with the knowledge - or maybe without it - that Almondwreath ruined it all for them. Mothkit would probably have to be stuck with malevolent glares from her clanmates if they were accepted back into RiverClan, and if they didn't, she and Sakurabloom would be stuck living the lives of loners. Almondwreath just couldn't bear the knowledge that he'd done this to his mate and kits. He'd thrown that normal, peaceful clan life away. He regretted saving Sakurabloom that day on the Thunderpath. He should've just picked the catnip first like his mentor had instructed. Then none of this would've been happening. He would be sitting by the warrior's den. Perhaps sharing prey with his clan-born mate if he hadn't seen Sakurabloom that day.

    xx Almondwreath steeled himself. What was done was done. He set his kits down in the mud. "Here," he said softly and started scooping mud onto Luminikit and Zirconkit's pelts. "It'll cover up your scent so they won't smell the ShadowClan in you." Luminikit, completely unaware of the horror Almondwreath was in, started rolling playfully in the mud. "Like this?" he trilled. Almondwreath couldn't help but give a small, sad smile. "Just like that," he praised the little kit. He ran his tail in the mud and put some on Zirconkit's pelt.

    xx After covering up the two's scent, he picked them up again and headed towards camp. He managed to put an innocent look on his face before walking in. His eyes probably portrayed his fear. If Crystalstar found out, he would probably be exiled. That wouldn't do. Not at all. ThunderClan was his only home. Almondwreath couldn't stand living as a loner. That would be like....like having his tail pulled off! Only worse. Ok, so he was being dramatic.

    xx "Crystalstar?" he called in a sickly innocent voice. He had to convince her that these kits were just loners he'd picked up. "You two must keep quiet. Do not say a word unless I tell you to. And do NOT say your names or that you're from ShadowClan, okay?" he whispered hurridly to the kits after setting them down. "If Crystalstar should speak to you, I will flick the tip of my tail like this, and you can talk to her. Ok? But do not ever tell her anything about you or Sakurabloom. Don't even let it look like you know anything about the clans. Can you act confused and scared for me?" he mewed quickly. Luminikit nodded quickly and used the facade his father instructed. Almondwreath ruffled up their fur a little so they looked like two genuine lost loner kittens.

  •
Now that I think of it, I did promise Rainy and River a kit. ^^ Either way, I was bound to give each of you one. You both exceed the RP standard that I set and I KNOW you're both active. <3

    Twi, I'll wait until tomorrow night to decide. =] I know you're a great RPer anyway. (:

  • Aw, tanks. x] That RP sample is probably a bit longer than a regular one, I have to admit. xD It was a thread-starter. Plus I had an extra burst of muse that day. xD On a normal post, I'd prolly have about half that. x]

  •
Hey, thanks for being honest! Half of that still exceeds what I had wanted, though. x3

  • Oh, this sounds so completly awesome a plot!

    Kitten's name; Dewkit
    Kitten's appearance; Silver tabby with a shorter-than-average tail, resulting from an accident when she was a kit. Blue eyes.
    Kitten's personality; Always trying hard to be a part of everything, eager to volunteer for the front line of a plan, but replies heavily on the protection and support of her brothers.
    Role-play sample;

    Dewkit giggled to herself as she scampered between a big clump of reeds. She had never been so far from the nursery on her own, and since it was an hour before dawn no clan cat had seen her slip outside. She looked up at the soft, faint pinks and blues of the early morning sky and thought how pretty it was.
    Capering a bit as she went, she started exploring by the river's edge. The gentle flowing water in the shallows made her giggle - she wasn't in the least afraid of the river. There were rocks sticking up in this part of the river and she jumped on one, then to a small pile of them, feeling daring. She balanced carefully, her long tail swinging behind her for balance.
    A split second later her weight put enough stress on a small rock at the bottom of the pile for it to collapse. If she'd been a bigger cat it probably wouldn't have been a problem, but as she fell into the shallows, a rock bounded out of the pile and crashed down onto her tail, pinning her in the water. She screamed in panic, cold water cutting her off as it flowed into her mouth. She tugged desperately, pain shooting up her spine.
    She was trapped.

  • Alright, so I'm not the best RPer, but I'm working on it. I would really like to be part of this plot, but I know I don't have much of a chance after Twi, but I think I'll still try.
    Kitten's name; Magickit
    Kitten's appearance; Silver tabby with dusy green eyes. Rather large cat, lanky and klutzy.
    Kitten's personality; One of those people (cats) who just have an 'energy' about them. She loves life and lives it to the maximum. Sometimes this makes her appear reckless, but she doesn't care. She likes randomly bouncing, and when other cats stare at her, she just laughes and shakes it off.
    Role-play sample; I'll give several, for the sake of honesty.

    The black she-cat sat silently in the near darkness, waiting for her leader. A soft breath off wind stirred her fur, but that was all that moved on her. Lilith's eyes reflected the stars, giving her an ethrial, ancient apperince. The she-cat's mind was a whirl of emotion and confusion; everything from that morning's recruiting of Bell, to painful memories off her family.
    Lilith put on a front, she knew full-well that she did. She just couldn't help it. Her front was how she protected herself, how she made herself distant enough that she would never be hurt again.
    Everyone else in the Fighters had someone. Jet had Frozen Shadow. Ice Cold had her kits, lots of them. Teek and Rurl had each other. Everyone watched out for the serval what's-her-name. The list whent on, but the meaning was clear; She was the only one by herself. Lilith was lonely, and she would rather die then tell anyone.
    and
    Agerona fought back tears that weren’t there. Tried to suppress tears that she couldn’t, wouldn’t cry. She would never cry again. Ever. The gray she-cat shook her un-groomed pelt and sent dust particles flying. Agerona’s swollen sides twinged uncomfortably in response to the sudden motion, a now familiar feeling. Agerona gritted her teeth, but other then that showed no sign to give away her feelings. At least I know that life is H*** now. She though, remembering her painful past, remembering....
    Agerona shook herself again, ignoring the pain that came faster this time. D***. She had tried to forget, tried to just think about her current H***. She knew it was because she was so close to her kitting, knew that the memories were returning because there were so many disgusting parallels between her life then and her life now. She had just been to naive to catch on before. Agerona settled uncomfortably into an unoccupied corner, and ignoring the other queens around her, tried to fall asleep. She would just dream about it- again. But when she was asleep she would be in less danger of going mad because of elusive wisps of memories. Staying sane was one way to get back at Pompeii for doing this to her, not giving him the satisfaction of that. And in a more indirect way, she was trying to get back at Tyler.
    The dreams came fast, just like they always did. She watched as if from a distance as the young Lily’s world crashed down on top of her ears. Lily. In her sleep, Agerona twitched as she remembered the cat that she used to be. She both hated and envied that cat, was that cat and wasn’t. Somehow she still wondered somewhere in the back of her mind if Tyler had been a good cat until she did something that set him off... But he had never loved her, she knew that now. He had just been biding his time before acting.
    The dream was exactly the same as it always was. In hindsight, Agerona realized that Tyler had made mistakes, had slipped up multiple times, he had showed his heart of darkness multiple times. But she had been to in love to notice, she had blinded herself to the truth. Moving faster now, the dream neared Lily’s kitting. Agerona watched Lily reacting to the pain at the start of kitting…
    Agerona awoke with a gasp, feeling the same pain that her old self had felt in her dream. Her silver sides heaving, Agerona felt her pulse raise as her body prepared itself for kitting. She gritted her teeth against the coming waves of agony and started pushing
    *** (Not going to PR the actual kitting, oh well) ***
    The silver queen forced herself to sit-up and take care of the kits that she had just brought into existence. She looked at the five helpless, unmoving kits at her side and forced herself to start licking the first. Agerona felt the thing stir and give a gasp as air entered it’s lungs and blood started pumping through it’s veins.
    Once she was sure the kit was alright, Agerona put it to the side and reached for the second kit. But she paused, why should she help Pompeii’s stupid spawn? It was bad enough that she had had to carry them, and give birth to them. But she wasn’t going to do any more for them; ever. Agerona had decided not to kill them, but that didn’t mean she would make sure they lived either.
    The silver queen heaved herself onto shaking limbs and moved away from the helpless kits, leaving them to she-didn’t-care-what.

  • I already have a Magickit, Huntress. ^^

    This is going to be a VERY tough choice. Every one is great! =] And you all have an equal chance of getting it, no worries - everyone has so far beaten the requirement I've set. x_x

  • *Tailwags* Great! I'd really love to be a part of this, I live for a good plotline.

    ...Wish I didn't feel like I'm competing for get the kit, though, everyone apparently likes the plot too! Not that I'm saying other people shouldn't like the plot or anything *faceplant* I might just stop there.
    *offers Twi and Huntress cookies*

  • How about... Lifekit.

    *takes cookie and munches*
    I don't think that Chris should be in the consideration pool. After all, she is just a newby. *rolls eyes* (so, so joking. please, no one take that to heart.)

  • Newby? How dare you Sir, er, I mean, Madam! *whips out glove* I challenge you to a DUEL!

    *sneaks up and starts quietly chewing on Huntress' Fang siggy*

  • I choose...

    The DOOMINATOR! *fires Doominator, explodes planet*

    Hey, Fang's quite tasty. These Birdkids have an interesting flavour. Dare I mention chicken?

  • Kitten's name; Scallopkit
    Kitten's appearance; Silver tabby with emerald eyes
    Kitten's personality; Waterkit is inquisitive and kind. She is clever but shy and doesn't like to brag.
    Role-play sample;

    (Old)

    Jaggedfang wolfed down a thin vole. He’d have to make do with the shortage of fresh-kill. All cats would. His apprentice, Mistpaw, was asleep in her den. Good. There was no way she could get into some kind of trouble sleeping. Unless of course she rolled over and squished another apprentice. The likeliness of that happening is quite high. The ShadowClan warrior stretched out and flexed his claws. He fluffed up his fur, shivering. The chill of the night was creeping into camp. Frogpaw had just been injured by a snake. Hopefully he would be warm and cozy tonight.
    Mistpaw would be in big trouble tomorrow. Jaggedfang would make sure she understood before they went out training again. New apprentices shouldn’t just go off like that! It was irresponsible and rude to the mentor. Would a young apprentice know what was beyond those rocks, or lurking in the shadows? No, especially one who hasn’t got a tour yet. Jaggedfang still had trouble understanding Mistpaw. He hoped he could soon. Otherwise he’d have to talk to Winterstar.
    Jaggedfang suddenly felt like a dozen warriors were sitting on top of him. Exhausted, he dragged himself toward the warriors den and flopped down in his nest. Without hesitation he fell asleep.
    Light snaked through gaps in the ceiling over the warriors den. Jaggedfang stirred and woke up, yawning. He looked around the den, groggy. He was the second cat up. Careful not to disturb his slumbering denmates, the warrior slipped silently out of the den. The sky was still dark, but paling. Jaggedfang decided to go out for a hunt.
    The ShadowClan warrior hurtled into the pine trees. He could hear rustling. Spinning around he saw a rabbit dart past. Rabbits? Here? Confused, Jaggedfang pursued it. It leapt into a bush. Without pausing Jaggedfang followed. The creature jumped over the roots of a tree. Used to the territory, Jaggedfang followed it with ease. The rabbit slowed down for half a second. Using this to his advantage, the dark male launched toward his prey. He sank his claws into the furry flesh and shook the creature vigorously, violently flinging all life out of it. The rabbit fell limp. He opened his jaws, letting the victim fall and hit the cool ground. Soundlessly Jaggedfang brought it back to camp.

    -This plot sounds very interesting.
