  • Plot: My character is a small town young woman. She lives and works on her family's ranch where she works cattle and horses. Our characters meet because occasionally her mother takes in troubled teens who need a change in pace, these teens coming from large cities. Your character will be this troubled teen. He will be arriving at the ranch to start and his role will be a stable/ranch hand officially. Unofficially, he will learn that there is so much more to life than gangs and traffic, and noise, as my character will show him.

    Rules:
I dont really have a length requirement, but be creative! Be deep! Lets try really hard to minimize one liners.

Alright now to introduce you to the ranch!!!

    On to my character:
    http://weheartit.com/entry/11167270
    Name: Brooke Rae King
    Age: 19
    Looks: above
Personality: Brooke is incredibly strong willed. She loves her mother, who has taught her the passion which she now holds so dear in her heart. That said, horses are her world. Some call her obsessed, which she is quick to shut down, preferring the term passionate.

  • I'll Join XD I'll post a picture later as my wifi is dead for the next week XD so I'm using my data and my phone is so slow it's not even funny at this point i can feralfront open but
Half the time I can't open threads

  • Once a day is permissible. If it is going to be more without posting, could you just let me know in advance? That would be grand. In the mean time, I'll wait for your form and we can begin.

  • It won't let me post a picture at the moment but here's what I can do.

    Name~Parker Blu Levi

    Age~19

Looks~ brown hair most days is waved/curled I have two face clams for this oc so picture will tell. His eyes are a nice even brown and his body is a little thin and tall but over all he has a well fit body. His skin isn't extremely pale or olive either its over all a pretty even shade.

Personality~ he isn't one with gangs and such but isn't a grand communicator and gets emotionally rapped up easily. He can be found quite attached to city life and isn't one to exercise. His mother believes the county will grow both his emotions and muscles stronger.

This sounds really choppy but my role playing is smoother as I'm terrible at English and role playing is more like talking for me.

  • Brooke is going back and forth between the barn and field, turning some of the horses and and bringing some others in to be fed their special regiment. The young adult pushes up the sleeve of her light coat to look at her watch. Her mother had told her that their new ward/ stablehand would be arriving around 3 and it was now 3:10. She couldn't help but to wonder what this one would be like. She shakes her dark blonde head and unclips the lead line from the halter of a client's horse, letting him loose before she closes and locks the gate.

  • Stepping out of the taxi that dropped him off, Parker unloaded the bags of clothes and such he had brought along. Coughing at the rising dust he squinted and gazed around. His eyes rested on a blonde haired girl before wandering again. Sighing he walked towards what looked like the main building. "Parker Levi. I'm here for the month of June and July." He handed a lady nearby a slip of paper with his information and such. He nodded in response as the lady told him where he would be bunking. Lifting his bags again he started to make his way to a small house the size of maybe a tool shed or bigger. Opening the creaking door he looked around. "Cozy." He muttered to himself before slinging the bags into a corner. Plopping down on the bed he pulled out his phone. "Perfect. Absolutely perfect wifi." He humored himself before adding the fact that he would have to use his data for a majority.

  • Brooke had noted the taxi pull up and drop someone off, *That must be him,* She thinks to herself. Though, she could hardly believe it when he just simply waltzed into the barn as if he owned it and showed himself right on up to the loft where he would be staying. In the end, Brooke decides to continue her work, leaving the kid to figure out that this farm is not some happy little retreat that parents send their kids to to stop cursing or start reading or whatever.
Once Brooke has brought out a couple of the horses that needed to come out to graze for the afternoon, she selects a lovely pinto showhorse,

, leading him out to the round pen.

  • Watching the same girl he saw when he first arrived he wondered what she was doing when she led a horse into the round pen. His curiosity got the best of him and he rose from the bed. Shutting the door behind him he walked over to the round shaped pen. "Whatcha doin with umm. . . Him?" He sort of questioned as he knew nothing about any horses.

  • Brooke heard the young man come up to the pen by his footfalls on the hard ground. She looks over at him, causing the soft breeze to blow hair into her eyes. She brushes her fingers through her hair to push the tendrils out of the way before she walks over to the railing, the lead rope in her hands, "I'm going to do a join-up with him, then you can cool him out if you like. His name is Jupiter's Delight. We call him J.J." She tells him before she introduces herself, "I'm Brooke by the way." She says, sticking out her hand in introduction.

  • I'm Just A Lost Boy, Ready To Be Found.

Connor shook her hand "Connor. Wait like. . . Ride him? For real. Me ride a horse?!" He chuckled at this "I don't even know what a do hickey on its back is!" He laughed " you must think I'm a magician." He replied light heartedly. Running a hand through his own hair he watched the leaves blow in the wind "I guess it's pretty out here though. Well up above. Whenever I look down I'm stepping in some type of crap." he joked.

  • Brooke pulls a small face, "Cool out. Not ride. You will not be riding for awhile, so it seems. Obviously you have a lot to learn before that happens. Though that doesn't mean that you cannot help me with barn chores and such." She tells him before she turns around on her heel and steps into the center of the pen, the lead rope in her hands. She clucks to the pinto and he starts to trot around the arena, though she applies more pressure, pushing him into a canter.

  • I'm Just a Lost Boy Ready To Be Found

Connor chuckled "Good. That wouldn't have ended well." He let his eyes widen "Like what chores? Like bad chores or like okay chores?" He rubbed the back of his neck before running a hand through his hair watching the pair.

  • Brooke sighs softly, "I'll let you figure that out for yourself." She says, silencing herself and returning her full attention to the task at hand. It is not very long before J.J. Begins to show signs of joining up, chewing the air and holding his inside ear in her direction. This is when she stops the pressure and relaxes her stance, lowering her head slightly, inviting him to her.

  • Connor watched silently studying how she worked with the animal. Figuring he should go explore his make shift home he left the scene. Wandering into a nearby forest he decided to start out by climbing a lark oak.

  • Brooke huffs when she realizes that Parker did in fact see himself disappear. *This is not going to be easy,* She thinks to herself sourly. On this note, she walks J.j. Around a couple of times before she starts to do a little desensitizing, rubbing his belly, his hindquarters, etc with her hands and the rope.

  • reaching for the uppermost branches he reached as far as he could go. Looking over the fields and what part of the barn he could see he sighed contently. Reaching to get e but higher he gasped and scrabbled for another branch as the one he reached for snapped. His left hand finally met a branch. Gripping the branch with his other hand he pulled himself onto the branch, but not before it snapped. Gasping again he struggled to find another branch with his hand.
