ICC: Soon enough, despite Polaris' thoughts, Azura herself appeared, even but seeming slightly more disheveled than her earlier appearance.
"I'm surprised that you came back, or entered willing, I believe I should specify from what I heard of my underling."

ICC: Regarding him with a cool head, surprising considering her earlier attitude of earlier, she shifted to put some stardust underneath herself and sit upon it.
"Listen......why don't you tell me about yourself?" This wasn't just about her prejudices because of appearance anymore anyway.

IC: Polaris gave a wry laugh, and sat up straighter. "Well, speaking of death," he started, sitting forward and resting his arms over his knees, not bothering to hide his ring, "got any Witches around here?"

  • OOC:

IC: "Witches. Big crazy things that go around causing despair?" This lady was obviously a mytho. How could she not have heard of them? Were they extinct here? God he hoped not. "Come from Puella Magi?"

  • OCC:

ICC: "......there is no such thing, at least by my knowledge." Azura replied with a skeptically raised eyebrow.
"To your knowledge." A voice with two varying tones, a deep male and high female, came from the shadows. Two yellow eyes appeared from the spires shadow. "Are you a Puella Magi, boy?"
Azura scowled, not even looking in the direction of the voice.

IC: In one motion, Polaris hopped to his feet, powered up, and summoned a pair of chakrams. "Maybe, maybe not," he replied, eyeing the shadowy thing. Nothing good ever came of shadowy things. Well, very, very rarely good came of 'em.

IC: Polaris eyed the thing as it left, and sighed to himself. "And today's freaky magical thing is..." he muttered. Surviving? He'd been through some interesting stuff. What the heck made the local freaky indescribable magical Thing think something was going to give him a field day? Great, some random thing with a Puella Magi vendetta was gonna come and attack the castle, wasn't it? And here he thought the lady was warming up to him.

  • OOC:

IC: "Meh, I'm used to it," Polaris replied blandly. The strange magic of Puella Magi was apparently a curio outside of human cities. All kinds of things came gawking at him when he still slept in trees. "It knew what I was, though. It knew what a Witch is, but you didn't." Fishy.

  • OCC:

ICC: "Because I haven't come across that kind of mythos. I wouldn't be surprised if the Fearling knew what it was though, if it as how you described it." Azura snapped back evenly.

  • OOC:

IC: Polaris raised a quelling hand. "Anyway, I need one. Say, something tells me you're as capable as you are formal, and I'm not as strong as I should be right now. Want to come hunting with me?" He got the feeling she didn't let loose much, and he doubted he'd be quite strong enough to nab himself a Witch after dashing halfway around the planet. Win win.
