  • Noelani had always loved fairy tales - especially ones involving castles. The imagery of the flying turrets, the hundreds of rooms, the walls, the guards, all of it. It seemed like such a fantasy, the idea of living in such a structure, but there she was. Right in front of one.

    The creature had been ambling along, with an obviously aimless gait. She had left her old home of SunClan, and she didn’t want to return; why walk as if she had a purpose if she had none? No reason, that’s why. So there she went, dino-esque feathered tail swinging behind her as she hummed a tune jovially, round golden eyes taking in everything she could see. How nice it was, to get away from the ocean and the sand that always got in her feathers! A relief, truly, it was to see a somewhat normal landscape. She had delved her way into it farther with gusto, wings that were just barely too small fluttering at her sides in excitement while the feathered frills along her spine stood up. Noelani tried to imagine she was an explorer, though it was obvious there were residents living here. The scent told her as much. A sudden pang of longing, one for companions, hit her in the gut, her large elf-like ears twitching in annoyance at herself. She had to stop being such a baby all the time! So she stood, squared her shoulders, and followed the trails.

    Now back to the present. Noelani gaped up at the stone structure, eyes as wide as twin stars and shining just as bright. “I can’t believe this! A real life castle!” She exclaimed, feathers fluffed up so much she looked fairly round, talons gripping the partially frozen ground in excitement. Lani craned her neck to peer over the broken outer wall, careful not to get too close - after all, that’s where the scent was coming from. “Hello! Anyone home?” She would call, carefully measuring her voice. She wouldn’t want to be a bother - yikes, that would be awful. Being a bother and a burden was the last thing she wanted, seeing as she always was one. A self-deprecating chuckle escaped her maw before she sat to wait, remembering her last joining, so many years ago.

    Allureya !

    As wicked as you think you are, you're not even in my league.

    "Hello, what brings you to Eden?" A direwolf padded up with happy looking eyes, her body language open and friendly. She had been meaning to greet people like she had done in the first days of new Eden and it would seem that patrolling the border had it's benefits.

    DAHLIA COULTER;;

    Dahlia was pleased with the amount of newcomers arriving as of late. So, upon hearing a voice, the caracal prowled over, a curious expression upon her slender muzzle. It was an interesting creature before her for sure, though the demoness held no distaste. After all, she felt it important to have variety; kept everyone on their toes to expect something new and exciting. Hmm. Maybe Eden did stand the change that she hoped it did.

    Bowing her head in a greeting, the regal caracal paused, taking a seat. "A castle indeed. I promise you, it is even more beautiful inside." this one reminded her of her daughter; though she figured that her daughter was long gone by now. Simply nodding her greeting to the deputy, the caracal waited for a response.

  • [center][fancypost= border-width: 0px; width: 330pt;][align=justify][font='Georgia, serif']Oh yes, a real life castle. Lucas too had been fascinated by the majestic building, but not nearly as excited as this avian was. He offered her a polite nod as he approached, tail held high as he observed the small, enthusiastic creature, blinking. "The castle is quite the sight, hm? Well Dahlia is right, it doe look even better on the inside. It's big, and full of many rooms." Enough for everyone to have their own, which was wonderful, since Lucas did value having a place of his own. He sat down on his haunches, his tail now curling over his paws, though his gaze did not drift away from the feathered creature. "I'm Lucas, by the way." Might as well introduce himself while he was already talking, right?

  • Oh, wow! Back in her old home, no one appeared as fast as these guys did - well, she should stop thinking of her old home as 'home'. It wasn't anymore. With a visible shake of her head to rid it of her spark of negative thoughts the avian creature beamed at the people in front of her, golden hued eyes alight. "Ah, right, sorry!" She chirped, blinking slowly as if she were trying to remember. Oh, right - "I'm Noelani, and I'm here to join! I gotta say, though - I wasn't expecting to actually find someplace to go!" The girl said, turning to each of the people in turn.

    Her eyes widened at the mention of the interior - incredible! They actually lived in a castle! How cool! "That's incredible!" She gushed, taking her talons and smoothing over her feathers that had been fluffed up the excitement. So this place was called Eden? Ah, right, she had heard of this place, but it was a long time ago. Maybe in one of her books...? She wished she could check, but.... it had probably gotten lost. Pity.

  • "Joining you say? Well welcome then, I'm Eden, I hope you enjoy your stay, and prosper well" the liger would greet with a soft rumble as he padded over, his blue eyes landing on the joiner. Ah, it was nice to see them here. It was nice to see any joiner really, but he especially did love the ones that appeared friendly. They were just nicer to look at and less to worry about.
