Rob, he's a tough one, at a glance he seems fairly nondescript, normal really. Your typical nice-guy, not too showy, just decent-looking. Look closer, though, and you notice see the chisled jaw line, the rough stubble upon his cheeks and the bobbing adams apple. To put it simply, he's handsome, not overwhelmingly so, not cheek-burningly so just a nice balance. The straw-like hair, blonde and sun bleached, sticking up at various angles in a casually uncombed way. The light brown eyes, nothing special, just a dull brown. But there's something, something that makes him different. Maybe it's the sparkle in the eyes, or the effortlessly messed up hair, bordering the just-got-out-of-bed style. It could be his frame, not too tall, just right, muscular but not astoundingly so, skinny but not scrawny. He's almost unnoticeable, almost. But there's something, something special.
Personality:
It's the same story with his personality. Rob is kind, but not insufferablely so, he is clever. Intelligent even, but he doesn't make a big deal out of it, he isn't vain, not in the slightest. No, quote the opposite. Rob couldn't care less. Yes, he can be cruel, but only to bullies. Rob is fair but not a pushover, harsh but not unforgiving. Trusting but not naive, generous but not foolish. Cheerful but not aggravating. He's a amiable companion, easy to get along with and good at striking up conversation. Rob is a perfect mix of everything really, he doesn't stand out particularly, he's always fitted in, blended in with the crowd nicely.
History:
Well, that's a good one. Rob doesn't really talk about his past. 'Don't spend your life regretting' is one of his general life rules. Yes, he's made mistakes, but hasn't everybody? Rob's parents divorced when he was just eleven years old, the pain is still fresh in his mind and he vows that if he ever has a family he'll never, ever leave them. That was what happened. His dad walked out, leaving just him and his broken-hearted mother. Life was hard for Rob even from a young age, though he does his best to hide it. The one thing about him that is rather extraordinary are his clothes. Expensive designer brands, nothing plain to suit his whole being but pricey and showy. Rob has never been particularly well off and may wonder where he gets all the money from. The main theory is he does some illegal business but may believe that he's sold his flat and lives on the streets. But they're all wrong. He earns it other ways, ways he doesn't elaborate one. Ever.
