The jackal shifted into his sable form, smaller with much thicker fur, ignoring the clench in his stomach at the familiarity. There. Now he was better built for it. He made a mental note to himself, should he ever see Zeref, that he was glad sable was his preferred form. He headed straight for the porch of his cabin, ears perked up at the words thrown around him. Clanmates too cold. Asking what was with the weather. Chittering, chattering teeth. "I'm sure it's just a bit of a cold front blowing through; it'll get warmer in a few days." Hopefully.
"That would be great. This- it sucks." Terra stated in reply to Fifer. He didn't know who he was, but whatever, TALKING TO STRANGER IS THE BEST. He had to agree with that though. Its helped him out.

"I want to watch the snow," hummed the five moon old in response to Vader's concern, jumping around the armored lion as she continued to bat at the falling snowflakes. Mostly she wanted to see if someone would get pierced by a falling icicle or just start getting buried alive by the flurries.

Vader's free hand would take the book out of her mouth, and toss it back into the house (rather carelessly) and would drape a portion of his cape over Alice. She would be nuzzled against his pleated inner robe, as the dark colors absorbed light and his cape sufficed as a blanket. "Swe-" No, a Sith would not say that word. "Lions are not built for cold weather, young one. An undeniable fact of nature." Oh, he'd lecture her on it later.
His mask turned to Victorianpup. She wants to be treated more like an adult. She is wolf. She is fine in the cold. A sigh escaped his lips, but it only came out as another hollow breath. "I would prefer you not to be buried in snow, Victorian." a pause. [b]"Get inside before it becomes worse."

The cub's eyes grew wide at the book-toss and she squirmed in complaint. "That's delicate!" she squeaked, staring after the book in longing. But it was a long way down, and her father's cape was a great insulator. She was too warm now and comfortable to hardly consider leaving Vader's arms. She nodded miserably at his short explanation, sneezing as a snowflake landed on her nose.

The smaller female grinned at Wendell's comment, wondering herself how the hell she'd been able to pull the large male into her house. She ushered him over to the TV, quickly hiding the DVD box. Although Wendell had recommended nearly all of the films, Moth wanted this one to be a surprise. She clicked play after dimming the oil lamps, sending a glance Wendell's way to see if he recognised the beginning.

""You're delicate!" Vader interjected, twisting around, and bringing her inside, setting her down on her blankets.
The wolverine didn't question Moth's approach in not returning the greeting, and became thoroughly intrigued as Moth escorted him to the front of her telly. At that moment, he knew that he was in for a surprise, most times he chose the movie on these blessed nights, but tonight, Moth seemed to have already selected a flick for the pair to watch. Wendell knew that the feline shared the same movie preferences with him, so he had a strong feeling that her selection would not disappoint. It was about to start. The lights dimmed, the tv screen became a darker shade of black, and as Wendell read the letters of first opening credits, he quietly said [color=#ECE5CE]"No way". The last time he saw this was before he was even a year old, and at that age, he probably didn't understand half of the jokes in it. However, he loved the film nonetheless, and he still did to this day. The white words read "PYTHON (MONTY) PICTURES LTD in association with MICHAEL WHITE presents". After a few moments, the words changed, then which read "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". This was one of his all time favourites. Everything in the 1974 classic was hilarious until the breaking point, usually generating 2-3 laughs per minute. The screen kept changing who was credited in the movie, and along the bottom were the Swedish subtitles purposely put along the bottom. There were 3 more sets of names before the subtitle joke happened; along the bottom, it read "Wi nøt trei a høliday in Sweden this yër?". At that point, Wendell chuckled. He almost expected Moth to as well, but he recalled that she was dyslexic. Well, that meant that he had to read the fake subtitles to her, but at least they would laugh together. The next slide happened. "See the løvily lakes". Wendell laughed again. He forgot about this part in the movie.
//EDIT: Shoot, wrong account
All that Moth could make out was that she was watching a good film - Wendell was laughing already. She grinned - not because she could read what was on the screen, but because his laughter was just such a brilliant sound. As he read the subtitles out to her, Moth's small giggle grew into a larger laugh. This was quite funny, actually, and she could certainly see why it was on the wolverine's shortlist.
//his laugh is brilliant, is it? This is what Ricky's Gervais' laugh sounds like
"The wøndërful telephøne system", he read with a laugh. He attempted to do a Swedish accent whilst reading the captions, but since he had never met someone who was actually Swedish, he came off sounding someone German or a person from a Slavic country. "And mäni interesting furry animals-", he couldn't even finish 'animals' before laughter overtook him. The scriptwriters were oh-so clever at their job at composing jokes for the Monty Python series, but this one was the best by far. There was the knight who lost his limbs ("It's just a flesh wound"), the singing prince, and the coconut horse hooves. The only movie he though, erase that, knew was funnier, was Airplane!. But Wendell didn't want to dwell on thoughts of other movies when this one was still on. The next slide was a special thanks to certain people, which he told Moth, and there weren't any funny subtitles at the bottom this time. This didn't disappoint Wendell, as he knew they'd come back. More special thanks' and an explanation on how this was all filmed one Scotland. After another two boring slides, the jokes returned. [color=#ECE5CE]"The Characters and incidents portrayed and the names used are fictitious and any similarity to the names, characters, or history of any person is entirely accidental and unintentional. Signed RICHARD M. NIXON- Now I think that's a joke. I think that Nixon was a president somewheres, at least that's what a friend told me, so it wasn't really him who signed that". He wasn't an American human, so the meaning behind the joke was beyond his knowledge. Less than two seconds later, the caption "Including the majestic møøse" popped up, and the wolverine laughed as he read it aloud.
