Yet his brother disapproved, being to plan against him. As his plot was put into play Jun was wrestled down and thrown into confinement. A collar was put around his neck forcing him to turn into his wolf form and cause him to be unable to change back. His brother sold him off to work as a fight dog. Jun Himura
Shoes clicked upon the hard floor joining the beat of sharp claws. Sharp blue eyes stared angrily forward as Jun was pulled along. Pausing for a moment he was yanked forward causing a low growl to escape from his throat. A muzzle was strapped over his mouth, this was to prevent him from biting any of the handlers. The noises of the steady walk was brought to a pause as Jun's handler leaned over and unhooked the leash from the leather collar. Jun was ushered into a cage with not much in it, other than padding on the floor. Soon enough the room grew silent other than the shuffling of a few other animals. Darkness took over the area as the handler left the area in a hurry, a slight glow emitting from the now full cage.
Jun didn't know how long he was sitting there, waiting patiently, the familiar tightness itching at his throat. It felt like a long time, none of the other animals made noise nor did he. His tail brushed against the padding of the cage, which was just a bunch of rags. Soon enough his attention was brought away from the others that slept soundly in the room to the light that pooled into the room. Automatically commotion sparked in the room, excited dogs yapped, many stuck their head out of their cages. Except for Jun
The male sat there, blue eyes narrowing to look at the figures that filed into the room. A low growl rumbled in his throat as he shifted his position. There was no space for him to stand in the small cage, this was shown by his struggle to stand. His large body practically filled the cage as he tried to arch his back in a stretch. The figures before him approached his cage, paused and began to walk again, except for one of them. This one was interesting, and sparked his interest. Jun's lips curled up to bare his teeth in a warning.
Why was this person taking interest in him? To send him into the pits again? He was strongly built, and that was one of the many reasons why people chose him, because he was easy to bet on. Jun fought for his life and never lost because of that reason. The male didn't want to go to another one of those retched places and he would put up a fight if had to. Yet he knew that they could easily control him. The muzzle over his mouth prevented him from opening his maw and clamping it over anything, and if they didn't want to deal with his claws they could easily just pull on his collar.
Though there was something in him that said that this time it was different, that he wouldn't be going to any pit. Maybe it was true, but he had to be cautious. He could never be cautious. If he fell off guard he knows what could happen. Jun already had fallen off guard, and look where he was now. Stuck in a cage being viewed like he was a piece of art up for sale, or some kind of weapon. Yes he was a warrior back in his tribe, but this was different. He didn't fight for entertainment there, he fought for his tribe.
