  • Faith smiled shakily. "Sure I'm okay. But-" A loud nose of skin against skin silenced her, and her blue eyes turned. Summer, fury blazing in her eyes, had viciously slapped Sean. "Who the heck gave you the right to do that?" she growled. It would've been menacing if she wasn't nine years old.
    ~
Sean was slow to act, but he grabbed Summer's wrist, slamming it against the table. A green glint in his left eye was visible, and he seemed to be almost smiling. Almost. "Why, you little rascal. You-" People were protesting now, and Faith was desperately yanking at Sean's hand, forcing him to let go.

    //super rushed

  • Amber felt Caspar and Link pull the the three away from Jack, at this point her eyes were huge. She was clearly frightened, as she hated seeing people fight and get angry. Her family had done it too many times, and she felt like she couldn't escape it. Scrambling out of the room, she shook her head, and walked up to the counter. Luckily, the receipt had been given to them when the food came. Paying the lady with the hundred that Lizzie gave them, she looked down as she walked outside, her hands in her pockets.

Ethan grabbed Jack from behind, pulling him away. With help from Tyler, they dragged Jack outside and pinned him to a pole. The place had rocking chairs all over the place, so Ethan would set Jack down soon enough. "Dude, shut up and calm down! What's gotten into you?" He frowned, his blue hair blowing in the wind.

[dang, drama XD. and it's true, my family fights a lot :/. not as much as they used to, but I would cry sometimes I hated it so much. so, don't be surprised if I start breaking down in the thread a lot lol]

  • //oh my family don't fight, they tell me I'm a disappointment lol
    ~
Faith watched Amber leave and Sean let go of Summer. Leading her sister out, Summer was sobbing. Her wrist was only red from the impact, and Faith should have been the one crying because of the obvious bruise forming on her forehead. However, she was rubbing Summer's shoulder and hugging her, glancing up at Amber. "Hey. Are you okay? I think maybe i did something to make Sean angry." she muttered, unsure of herself now.
    ~
Sean struggled the whole way, a shutter of green sliding over his left eye. "Let me go!" he growled, even when pinned to the pole.
    ~
Tyler didn't cease his grip. "You've gone way too far buddy. Gave a teenager a bruise and scared the sh*t out of a little girl. Not to mention you've made her blame herself for it!" Tyler's voice wasn't venomous or angry - more as if he wasn't trying to be the voice of reason here. Sean spat anyway. "Good! It's her fault anyway! It's Lizzie's fault too!"

  • ooc: aww, but you aren't a disappointment! you're a great person luya c:

Amber blinked the tears out of her eyes, looking up at Faith and Summer. Pulling a weak, fake smile, she whispered. "Yeah, I'm fine, but what about you guys? And, no, I think it was when Lizzie said... She liked Mark. When he found out, he went all... Weird. Do you think he likes Mark?" She asked, messing with her hands. She had never been a Septiplier fan, and so she never really thought about it much.

Ethan slapped Sean in the face. Not hard, but not soft either. "Snap out of it, Jack! THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE DOING! You're hurting two girls who didn't do anything to you, they were just defending themselves, and Lizzie has done nothing to you! When something breaks your heart, ya get over it!" Ethan was angry, and he never really got angry much.

  • Faith rested her hand on Amber's hounded. She was good at seeing through fake smiles - she put them on at home all the time. "I guess it's a possibility. I've only ever really thought about Septiplier once or twice, and I thought neither of them liked it either." Then Faith's attention drew to Tyler, Ethan and Sean. At Ethan's shouts and his...action, she ran over and grabbed his arm. "Hey, hey, calm down! It wasn't that bad!" Well, that was a partial lie. Faith just wanted Ethan to calm down, regardless of whether Sean had been rude to her and hit her with a fork or not.
    ~
Sean struggled again, and eventually elbowed Tyler out of the way. He stumbled forward a bit, cheek stinging and blinded by rage. But upon seeing the damage he'd caused - Amber and Summer cowering, frightened - Mark desperately trying to convince Lizzie not to leave - Link, Dan and Caspar looking on in horror, and lastly, Faith trying to stop Ethan regardless of what Sean did to her, and Tyler glaring at him. Folding his arms, he spun sharply on his heel and began to walk quickly and silently away.
    ~
Tyler blinked, then took a brief step forward. "Hey, Jack!" His voice was cut off when Dan stepped forward and shook his head, motioning to let Sean go.

  • Mark bit his lip, his hand still gently gripping Lizzie's. Clearing his throat, he let go, his arms now hanging loosely at his sides. Looking at Ethan and Tyler pinning Sean to the pole, something seemed wrong with him. Mark knew that he would never act that way, it might be something that was making him weird. Hearing Sean say it was Faith and Lizzie's fault, unease boiled in his stomach. 'Was it when Lizzie said she liked me? Does that mean... Jack likes me?' Deciding not to to think about it much, he waited for her to respond.

Amber's limbs screamed at her to go help Sean, but her brain knew better. She also didn't really know what to do; she was in shock. Shivering, she put her hand on Summer's shoulder. "I'm so sorry you had to see that. Are you alright? Before we head back to Mark's, maybe we could get some ice cream." She smiled, though it was more genuine than the last.

Ethan stopped when Faith told him to and she grabbed his arm. Looking at her, he backed away with Sean left. Fixing his hair, he teared his gaze away from her. He was a bit guilty about slapping Jack, but he didn't want anyone else hurt. He knew that probably hitting him would snap him back to his senses. He was a pretty good slapper, after all.

Link didn't know what to think. He was practically scared out of his wits, and he could tell Dan and Caspar were, too. Shaking his head, he went to go sit down when Sean left. Covering his face with his hands, he groaned. He wished Rhett were here, he was really stressed at the moment, and needed the gentle giant.

Caspar sat next to Link, not bothering to run up with Dan. He was also pretty freaked out, as he had never seen anyone act like that before. Giving a shaky laugh, he looked at all the people staring at them. "Well. This will be on the news tomorrow."

  • — ☆*:・☽ must be love on the brain!

Lizzie just shook her head and pulled her hand away. "I'll just talk to you all later. Maybe by then, Sean will learn that being rude isn't a way to cope."
She said before she just walked away. She was still upset. She quick called a cab and waited until they came to get her.

    fangs °

  • Faith sighed and glanced at her feet, then mumbled something. "I think you did knock some sense into him though." she muttered under her breath, then skidded round so she could see Ethan's face and smile at him.
    ~
Summer shivered. Sean had always been her YouTube idol (not even kidding, she loves him so much) but to see him like this really made her feel conflicted. Upon Amber's offer, a small smile crept on her face. "Yeah, it's fine. I was just a little shocked." 'Little' didn't even begin to say how scared the young girl had been.
    ~
Sean continued on his way, not stopping. Dan moved to stand silently beside the bench, and Tyler watched Mark and Lizzie.

  • listening to the remix rn xD

Mark stared after her, not knowing what to do. Deciding to leave her alone, he walked back towards them. Overhearing Amber and Summer's conversation, he pulled a weak and slightly fake smile. "Ice cream sounds nice, then we can go home and you can all go to your hotels." His voice was a bit shaky, but he kept it otherwise under control.

Amber smiled at Summer, shivering. "Well, I was scared out of my wits. I'm kind of a scaredy-cat. I don't even watch most of Mark's horror games because I'll probably have nightmares. And that's a bad thing really, because I don't know where most of the funny things came from." She has watched Five Nights at Freddy's though, that's how she actually found Mark. She'd been watching those since 2014, and has been subscribed since about 8 million subs. Though, she didn't watch him much and unsubscribed for a while, she came back to watch him in 2016 and has loved him every since.

Ethan smiled at Faith, standing a bit taller. "I guess I did, didn't I?" //low muse

  • Faith pointed her thumb over to the group. "I feel bad for Mark, so let's go see if we can cheer him up." she suggested, keeping her bright smile on her face despite the ugly bruise developing on her forehead.
    ~
Summer nodded and grinned at them. "Ice cream makes everything better. It'll all be sorted out soon!" she promised, smiling innocently. The others all gathered and followed.

  • Mark went and sat down in a rocking chair. Taking a deep breath, he shook his head. Placing his head in his hands, he rubbed her eyes until he felt he was in reality. Standing up, he forced another smile. "Alright, let's head to the ice cream shop." Walking towards his car, he waited for everyone to get in.

Amber grinned, at Summer, and silently agreed. Waving by to everyone, she climbed into the right seat of the car, since Lizzie wasn't there. Looking at Mark in his rear-view mirror, she decided she would give him a hug once they got out.

Ethan agreed, but Mark left before he could say something. Raising an eyebrow, he looked at Faith. "I'm going to go with him to cheer him up." Smiling, he went into the car and sat down.

Link & Caspar went to Link's car and sat down.

  • Faith gave a small wave of bye to all those getting in Mark's car. Then she clambered into the two back seats of Link's car, seeing as Sean wasn't here anymore. Settling down on the very left seat, she reached over and poked Link. "We need to cheer Mark up." Summer instantly agreed with an approving grunt.
    ~
Dan sat in the passenger's seat of Link's car this time, with Caspar behind him. Upon hearing Faith's comment, he twisted around in his chair. "The only thing that could cheer Mark up would be Jack coming back to his senses and Lizzie returning." he pointed out solemnly.
    ~
Tyler sat where he sat before in Mark's car, lightly resting his hand on Mark's shoulder. "Cheer up, buddy. It's not all falling apart and you're gonna put us all in a bad mood at this rate. I'm sure Jack and Lizzie will come back tomorrow."

  • Mark flinched as Tyler placed his hand on his shoulder. He was staring at the road, trying to think of something to make everything better. He blanked out for a moment, feeling a burning rage inside him at the words, but came back to his senses after a second. Luckily, he hadn't crashed them. Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, he smiled; really this time. "Yeah, I hope so. Jack will cool down soon, and Lizzie just needs some alone time." Pulling into the Dairy Queen, he grinned.

Amber blinked. She watched Tyler put his hand on Mark's shoulder, and it almost looked like... Mark glitched out, went all static-like. But after she blinked, he was fine. 'Huh. My eyes must be playing tricks on me.' She also smiled, silently agreeing with Mark. Once they pulled into DQ, her mouth watered. "Oooh, great place to stop, Mark!"

Ethan sat in the back, watching Mark in the reflection. He saw the same thing as Amber, but like her, said nothing. He was shocked; he knew that image all to well from editing with Mark. He hoped it was just his mind, and he was sure it was. Getting out of the car when they arrived, he watched Link's car pull in after them.

Link nodded, along with Caspar. "Yeah, we'll find a way." "Maybe we could pull a prank on him! Joe does them all the time on me." Caspar grinned, while Link chuckled. Pulling into Dairy Queen, he beamed. "Yes, ice cream!"

  • Faith was the first out of the car. She stumbled out even before Link had stopped, taking a deep breath. It hadn't suddenly got stuffy in there for her, and Faith couldn't stand stuffy places. Shaking her head, she pretended it was just her being eager for the ice cream, even though she had very visibly nearly fell. "Everything's fine. C'mon, I can't wait." Her voice lacked enthusiasm. Faith had been strange since the incident - mostly it was an aching pain in her forehead. It was almost as if something abnormal had caused it. She dismissed it as anger for how Sean had handled her sister as Summer clambered out of the car, Dan following.
    ~
Tyler saw it too, hand jerking away in surprise. He'd seen that too, watching Ethan edit and all that. Quickly, but not too quickly in case he raised suspicion, Tyler opened the door and got out of the car, in time to see Faith's little stumble.

  • ooc: I have to post for other threads, but I'm lazy and finishing the new character lol :p [I want to make Joe too, but I don't want any more characters atm xD]

Mark noticed Tyler get out quickly anyways. He had felt Tyler's hand come off his shoulder quickly earlier, and he was slightly confused. All he really remembered from the blackout was the blind rage, and maybe him feeling a bit... Glitchy. Shaking his head, he knew it wasn't one of his "other sides." [omg, I can't want to play Googleplier, Wilford, + Darkiplier YAS OMG] Smiling at Amber, he opened the door for everyone. Once they all were inside, he waited in line, pulling out some money.

Amber practically skipped in. She knew what she would order. [I'm really oblivious sometimes, so sorry I didn't ask you if you were alright. When it comes to food, I ignore everything else tbh xD.] //low muse for myself, still lonely [thinking of a Geico commercial rn lol]

Ethan noticed Faith almost fall, and was automatically by her side. Helping her up, he frowned, but decided to stay silent. He was staying silent lately, except for when he was knocking some sense into Jack. Walking in with Faith and Summer, he stood behind Mark.

  • Come on, baby, catch me if you can-

Natalia stepped off her greyhound, her mind racing in excitement for being invited to Mark's get-together. She hummed to the song playing in her headphones, tapping her thumb on the handle of her luggage as she looked in front of her. She made her way forward towards the depot, looking around for somewhere to sit. She found a bench and placed her luggage beside it, then sat down. Taking out her phone, she slid her thumb swiftly to unlock it, then both her thumbs clicked rapidly on the little letter icons. She was typing a message to Mark.
'Sorry I'm late!' It said. 'I just got into town. Where can I meet you guys at?' Her pointer finger hit send, then she exited the iMessage app to open a game on her phone so she wasn't bored. It had been a long drive, and she was slightly exhausted; she had slept a lot, but still seemed to be a tad tired. Her hair was pulled into a loose ponytail, strands of little hairs tickling her cheeks and ears. She was wearing her favourite pair of black jeans that had a little hole into the right knee; a white tee that was a little sheer, slightly revealing her black lace bralette; a long, grey wool cardigan that was keeping her warm; and her pair of all black Vans. She wanted to keep it comfy and simple, but also didn't want to look like an intire slob.

  • Faith gave Ethan a small smile and followed in, standing near enough Amber and Mark too. Summer started murmuring something in wonder about the shop, and Faith rolled her eyes. "Yeah, dream on. The day Mum lets us live here will be the day I turn twenty. That means we gotta wait seven years." Summer pouted, clearly unhappy with the comment. "Not unless she and Dad come with us!" Upon the mention of their father, Faith flinched but shook her head. "No, no...I think we're better off in England."
    ~
Tyler lined up with Mark and Ethan, only just heard the conversation. "If I'm right, Summer'll only be sixteen then. Not sure if a kid who just finished high school-" "Secondary school. Sixteen year olds finish secondary school, then go on to college or sixth form." "Right, right. Not sure if she'll be allowed." He turned back around to talk to Mark as Faith gave her sister a smug look. "Are you feeling okay? Something weird happened in the car and, well, we all saw it." Unlike Amber and Ethan, Tyler didn't think this was a figment of his imagination and had decided to consult Mark about it.

    ~
Dan followed with Link and Caspar, just listening to the conversations.

  • As the line started to move forward, Mark checked his phone as it vibrated in his in his pocket. Texting Natalia back, he sent it to the group chat so everyone who was late knew, 'We're at the Dairy Queen close to my house. Can't wait to see you soon!' Then turning to Tyler, they moved up in the line. "What do you mean...?" He asked, his voice a bit skeptical. He had a feeling it was something about when he blacked out. He thought he knew what is was, and he had to be right. Putting his hands in his pockets, it felt like his stomach leapt into this throat, like he was riding a roller coaster.

Amber just licked her lips, as they were dry, as always. //low muse for me xD

Ethan frowned for a moment. "Well, first of all, what the heck is secondary school? Sounds stupid." He joked, then became a bit more serious. "America's a cool place and all, but I bet you guys are happy where you live." He smiled softly, turning away from Faith's gaze as his heart rate increased.

Link + Caspar are talking with Dan. //I need more muse for these little ones lol\\

Kathryn, like Natalia, just got ready. Well, she could've gone earlier, but she had some... Business to attend to. Since she lived in Los Angeles, and close to Mark, she didn't have to stay at a hotel. Getting the text, as she just checked her phone, she was actually quite close to the Dairy Queen. She decided she'd take her car, because who knew where they went? Pulling into a parking spot at DQ, she walked in. Looking for them, she spotted them in the line. Beaming, she frowned when she noticed Jack wasn't there. "Where's Jack?" She was probably blushing, but she was wondering.

  • Faith nodded, and Summer was watching them both with narrowed eyes as if she were a detective looking for clues or something. [that was a terrible comparison xD] "Yeah, we're happy in England. And secondary school is kinda like middle school and high school mixed. Primary school is nursery to year six, then secondary school is year seven to thirteen, but year twelve and thirteen are optional." Stopping herself before she started rambling, she moved forward in the line too. When Kathryn - well, she only knew her name because of the invitation - arrived and asked about Jack, Faith gritted her teeth. Summer answered and pointed to the bruise on Faith's forehead. "He got mad and gave Faith that, then started snapping at everyone till Ethan and Tyler hit him and he stalked off to calm down."

Dan shuffled along, trying to start a conversation with Caspar. "It's not even the second day and there's already so much drama." Dan didn't like it.//low muse

Sean's phone pinged, and he got the message. He knew where that was, but it'd take him ages to get there on foot. Regardless, he felt calm again and decided it was due time he owed everyone an apology. Startling a few men and women, he turned sharply and started walking in the opposite direction.

Tyler inhaled softly. "You glitched, Mark. A lot like how Ethan and Cathryn edit you sometimes." //low muse

  • Mark swallowed. "Dude, I think you need to go to the doctor's." He joked, but he was clearly uncomfortable. So he WAS right. But Darkiplier wasn't real, just something he made up. Like Wilford Warfstache, Googleplier, Yandereplier, etc etc. When it was their turn, he smiled and ordered for everyone, as they told him before they got in. [let's just pretend they did, lol. My order is too complicated omg.]

Amber smiled, standing next to Mark. But at the sound of their conversation, she frowned. 'I knew that's what I saw!' But she didn't say anything. She was thinking of telling Tyler he really did need to go to the doctor's, but she couldn't lie. It would hurt her if she did. So, she decided not to say anything.

Ethan smirked. "How weird. In America, it's simple. First preschool, elementary school, middle school, high school, and then college. About 18 years of school. We have grades too: no grades for preschool, but the first grade for elementary school is: kindergarden, 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and then 5th grade. Then you go into middle school and have grades 6th, 7th, and 8th. In highschool, the grades are 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th, but they have names. 9th grade is the Freshman year, 10th is the Sophomore year, 11th is the Junior years, and 12th is the last and final high school year, called Senior. College is just the rest of those, it depends on how many years you have because there can be more depending on your job. It's normally four years." Gasping for breath, he winced as Summer explained what happened. "I hit Jack, not Tyler. Not hard, though, so I wouldn't worry. It snapped him out of his... Daze."

Link couldn't agree more. "Yeah, it's a bit weird. I think everything will be calmed down tomorrow, you think?" He hoped so, or else he'd probably just leave with Caspar and Dan to be honest. Looking at Kathryn as she walked in, he smiled to reassure her.

Caspar agreed with Dan and Link. "Well, I don't like it. I hope it'll all be gone tomorrow." Looking at Kathryn, he saw the look of horror on her face. "He wasn't himself, so I wouldn't worry. He'll be back to normal by tomorrow Kat." He didn't know her well, but he knew her enough.

Caspar was right. The look on Kathryn's face was pure terror. Smiling back at Link, she thanked Caspar for the reassurance. Shaking her head, she sat down at a table. She hated drama, and fighting, a lot like Amber does.
