    BASIC INFORMATION
    (y/c) has been wanting a pet, specifically a neko, for quite a while; and now, they have ultimately decided to go out and buy one. (y/c), in search for a Pet Store, has finally stumbled across one. Inside lies exactly what they had hoped for; a neko, well, quite a few nekos, really. Ultimately deciding on buying a neko; (y/c) is now responsible for the one that they chose. However, caring for [ and possibly loving ] a neko isn't what (y/c) had been expecting at all. (y/c) will not only have to care for their neko; but raise them as well!

    YOUR CHARACTER
    - Simply post a picture, add a few personality traits/basic personality trait, and say which Neko (y/c) is going to be buying, followed by a starting post. We will start from perhaps when (y/c) is looking between the nekos, and making a final decision [ I'll play the shop owner, or if you want to, you can ]

    James was pacing up and down the area where the nekos where, humming quietly. He kept coming back to the most playful of the lot, smiling as he watched him for a moment. So, he flagged down the shop owner, intending to buy him.

    The Neko's ears perked as he noticed the potential buyer looking at him; so he intended to be as cute as he possibly could. His tail flicked behind him excitedly as he saw the shop owner walk over to the male. They smiled; before gazing upon James. "How may I help you?" They spoke kindly.

    "I was wondering what exactly I'd have to fill out to get this cutie?" He smiled kindly at the owner, eyes flicking over to Kagome. "And then i'll need to grab some things for him."

    The owner smiled kindly; as Kagome's ears flicked as he heard the word 'cutie'. "Of course! The supplies for him you'll find within this shop, and I'll help you find them," They pondered for a moment before continuing; "As well as there will be a few papers for you to sign, but not too much," They held out the said papers.

    "Of course, thank you." He hummed as he quickly signed and initialed on the papers. "And there we go," He handed them over, before looking at the small neko. "So, you wanna help me pick stuff out bud?"

    The owner offered yet another warm smile. "Tell me once you're done picking things out. Again, thank you for adopting," They spoke, before handing the male the kennel that Kagome was within.



    Kagome nodded eagerly; letting out a small churring sound as the other spoke to him. His body seemed to tremble with excitement.

    "Well, first we can see if there is anything in particular you want, then go home. Sound good cutie?" He asked,humming as he walked over to the toys and treats section. "Hmm... I could let you out for a bit, but then again I dunno if your gonna do anything." The last part was spoken to himself. "See anything you like cutie?"

    The small Neko nodded eagerly; leaning back. A small blush appeared on his cheeks as he heard the other once again call him 'cutie'. He quite liked that, and it made him happy. As they walked around, he eyed a particular bag of treats. "That one...?" He asked cautiously; letting out yet another churr before looking over to the bag. He could smell the tasty treats within.

    "Alright, any toys you see that you want cutie?" He asked picking it up, looking around at all the stuff. He was a bit surprised that this shop had so many things to choose from.

    He pointed directly at a toy that was filled with catnip; continuing to purr softly. He quite liked catnip; but what he liked more was the soothing sound of the males voice.

    James nodded, and grabbed it as well. "So cutie, let's grab some of the other stuff, then we can go, alright?" He smiled, walking around the store grabbing some things before going to check out.

    He smiled, putting everything up to be bought. "Ah, thank you." He said, handing over the money, and taking all the bags himself. "We're gonna go home now, kay cutie?" He walked towards his car, opening the doors, and putting the bags in.

    The female nodded; smiling, "Come back anytime!" She waved, grinning as she waved towards the little Neko as well.


    The neko walked beside him; jumping into the car, and immediately jumping in the front seat.

    He grinned, "So, Kagome, can you talk? I know some nekos can't, or wont..." James buckled the smaller one in, before getting in the drivers seat himself. "Since your coming home with me, I may as well introduce myself... I'm James Kei, I work as a coder and watch too many cartoons." The car was started, and he started to drive.

    The neko curled up on the seat; staring up at his new owner with a happy look within his eyes. Pondering for a moment; he finally responded; "I can talk, but my vocabulary is quite limited..." He spoke cautiously, "I'm pretty good at speaking, although body language is easier for me," He let out a soft purr as he now sat up. His ears twitched as he listened carefully as his new owner introduced himself; wanting to know more about him. He smiled over at James; leaning back in his seat.

    "Ah, I see." He hummed, "So I live in a kinda small apartment on the second, but that shouldn't be a problem. And, we're here cutie." James smiled, pulling into a small parking lot. He unbuckled himself and the neko before grabbing the things. "So, if your hungry we can eat if ya want."
