  • // I don't think so? But then again, I'm not the best at remembering names and such, I'll search them up and see if I've read anything under their name. Just based it off on a few different stories on how shifting may be.

I'm starting off short right now, but things will get longer and hopefully more decent as time passes//

Christopher had gotten in a bit of a fight with a small gaze (group) of racoons. He had been picking at things in the woods surrounding him when he had been mistaken for food, and had barely gotten out alive.

Waddling painfully down a small path, the large crow began to hop forward every other feet. His shoulder had been severely injured, his wing folded in an awkward position, his shoulder bleeding. He was too damaged to be able to shift back into his human form to be able to go home and get fixed up.

Christopher spotted a nice building outline just a few meters before him, and began to hop quicker. Grunting in effort as he continued on his little painful journey, squacking as he forced himself to do a few changes on himself. His third beady eye located on his forehead blending into the ruffled feathers.

  • While she had decent air conditioning, Paige opted to open her windows slightly to the night air. Already, the young woman was preparing to go to bed. Though she took her sweet time in doing so. Paige stopped for a moment to lean against her kitchen counter. She messed around with her phone, checking over this and that. Tonight was peaceful enough that it didn't warrant any worry about 'entrances' being open.

  • Watching from the tree lines, Christopher saw an outline of a figure opening a window. Hopping a few feet ahead, he cocked his head to the side, before flapping his uninjured wing as he continued to make his way down. The large bird got to the house and looked up at the opened window ledge. With a grunt of effort he managed to hop up, his beak grasping the ledge, while his talons worked on helping himself up onto the safety of the shelf.

Seeing the figure that opened the window, he noticed her scrolling on her phone. Huh, seems familiar. Not completely sure from where though, hopefully she doesn't mind having company he thought, quietly hoping off of the ledge and into the kitchen tiles. Talons clicking against the hard floor, Christopher managed to hide behind a small hard to get area.

  • Hmm?!

Paige hadn't been COMPLETELY absorbed in her phone. She heard something skitter on into her house. She even thought she saw something black bolt into the room. Doing the logical thing, the blonde put her phone right down as she began searching the kitchen for whoever broke in. To...Not so much luck.

  • Shifting himself to a more comfortable position, Christopher huddled against the corner as he heard the shuffling of footsteps start up. Please don't find me, I'm a friendly.. er, bird he thought as he buried his beak into his chest. Feeling his heart beat start to quicken as the steps grew louder, and the vibration of the floor frightened him. If she would find him, he didn't know what would happen, if the figure was friendly or not.

Christopher let out a sigh of relief as the steps left the area he was in and sighed in content, his feathers ruffling in relief. He looked up and looked around to see where exactly he decided to hide in. It seemed to be behind a fridge, the warm stuffy feeling suddenly making him feel really uncomfortable.
