  • [center][fancypost=borderwidth=0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify;]"Yoohoo, your best buddy, Archangel, is here," he called out as he stopped on the border, though Garrus was talking to nobody in particular. Something to break the silence, since the walk to the Rift from BlizzardClan had been quite the lengthy one. He wished that he had taken someone with him, even though he didn't really know anyone in his relatively new home just yet. Sweetophelia was a sweetheart, but she had much better things to do than tag along on a silly vagabond's trip to an allying Clan. There was no one else he was as friendly with in BlizzardClan, but he was sure that would change. With time. His mind wandered to his old friends, a familiar, caring face flashing through his mind, and he realized with a start that he had been working his claws into the ground. The mountain lion frowned. He had always been the emotional type, unfortunately.

  • Archangel? Hmm. Olive arrived. "Greetings, Archangel. I'm Agent Olive, a Sentry here...though, well, I'm in BlizzardClan too."SHE shrugged.

  • [center][fancypost=borderwidth=0px; width: 500px; text-align: justify;]Garrus stifled an amused chuckle as the name Archangel fell out of Olive's maw. Ah... He hasn't heard that name out of anyone else's mouth in a long time. To be honest, he hadn't expected someone to actually hear him. The mountain lion grinned. "Please. You needn't call me Archangel; that was just a nickname a few old friends gave me back in my heyday. Garrus will suffice," he said. He recognized the other creature from Blizzardclan, and she confirmed his suspicion when she mentioned a dual alliance. Ah. That was a thing? Then why the hell was there an ambassador for the Rift? She made his job rather absolete, if you thought about it. He hid his surprise behind a polite smile. "Greetings, then. I'm the new BlizzardClan Ambassador for the Rift. My name is Garrus Vakarian, since I must make a formal introduction."

"What do Ambassadors do exactly, if I may ask?"
Julian piped up as he padded over with a glow of youthful curiosity in his eyes. Even though he lived in both the Rift and HawkClan the concept of ambassadors had gone amiss in his life so this was new and strange in his opinion.
"Oh! Before I completely forget my manners, I'm Julian, a pleasure to meet you Garrus."
The Saluki would bow his head in a swift and formal greeting, not wishing to seem rude in any way.

  • "Ambassadors travel to other Clans. They try to create events that will get their Clan to bond with the Clan they're ambassador of. For example, Garrus could offer some events to strengthen BlizzardClan's relationship with the Rift, and vice versa." she explained. "And Ir's a pleasure to meet you, Garrus."

"Goodness, that sounds like a lot of important work. Must be really hard doing all of that. How do you manage it, Garrus?"
Julian was stunned by the explanation. He doubted he could manage such a task.
